If I could give this place 100 stars I would. My family had a major tire rod issue the day before we were leaving for a spring break vacation with our kids. We pulled in at 3 pm on a Friday (before Easter weekend!) and these wonderful people saved our Easter by being kind enough to work on our car and kind enough to collaborate with another Urbs across town to get our car aligned. They went above and beyond. I will never trust anyone else for my tire and mechanical needs. They have a customer for life with our family. I am literally tearing up as I type this. Very grateful for them. Cannot recommend them more highly as a business or as human beings!

What can I say, this shop is supreme. They will get you in, they do everything that you need them to do, and they tell you what is a priority today, and what can wait down the line.While other shops randomly suggest repairs that would be protocol, Urbs actually looks at your engine and tell you what is needed.

Woke up in the morning to find a drywall screw in my tire. I had received mailers from Urbs Garage and Tire but hadn t used them before. I was busy that morning and called in the early afternoon to see if they could fit me in for a patch. Most places won t plug a tire anymore as I ve been told by others. This one was the perfect candidate for on of the plug and patch style pieces that requires the dismount of the tire. They were quick and very reasonably priced. I d recommend anyone at the very least giving them a call for any of their car needs. They seemed friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to help you out. I highly doubt they turned a profit on my visit, but I greatly appreciate them for helping me.

Extremely knowledgeable, great service, and best pricing on repairs! I had a suspected bad alternator right before the holidays. Though they were already booked up, I explained the urgent need for the vehicle and they over delivered. Gave me an estimate over the phone that was the best price among many shops I called. When I dropped the vehicle off they explained that they would do their best to have it diagnosed and fixed the same day if at all possible. They were able to complete the repair the same day with an OEM part and also explained in a no-pressure way, additional items that needed service in the future. Very happy with this new shop. You've earned my business and I will be back!

These guys are absolute pros! I've gone to two different Urb's shops now for car issues and they handled my issues so quickly and so nicely! I feel it's super rare you can go to a car repair spot and feel like you're in good hands, and this place is it!

Quick turnaround time on a tire repair. Chris and the staff were great people to deal with. We had some good laughs along the way. 5 Star service.

New place for me.Took over Michels Tire location.Good service.Good prices.Didn t try to up charge on additional unneeded and unwanted service.Update for new repair 11/22/2023:We took our car from AAA on Winton Road to URB s for a diagnostic which was free at this location.They want new customers.AAA said it needed 6spark plugs and 6 coils. Car only has 3 coils. I changed spark plugs. I changed out coils but engine still wouldn t run.They found it was an ignition control module.URB s understood our monetary issue and worked with us on reducing the cost of repair from 425 to 200.We could have put the module in ourselves with an O Reilly part but I decided to have them do the work because they are great.The module at auto parts store would have been around 100.I was willing to pay 100 for their diagnostic integrity and labor.I wish I could give them 10 stars!

So far so good! They got me in within 24 hr to replace 2 tires, had to order, and an oil change. Got me in and out within an hour. Friendly staff and not pushy. I really hope this is a place I can trust. I have dealt with a lot of dishonesty out there.
