I had a problem with my tire. It was pouring down raining. These guys greeted me at the door. Very nice made me feel comfortable offered me something to drink and it was very fast also over looked my car very good service. You know Most shops is trying to make a dollar these guys was honest and they wasn't just there to make a dollar they was there to help me out. There is nothing wrong with my tire. They took their time to make sure even though they took it off the car, They did not charge me! I'm not sure what the managers name was, He was a Black African American,He really sweet knew what he was talking about. I ask him a question. He gave me the best response. I'm definitely going back. These guys are great.! Thanks so much Urbs Garage!

Great local tire shop! I had a leak on an outside wall of my tire that needed replacement and they put on a spare for me and swapped the tires out for me. They did it QUICKLY and were extremely accommodating and friendly. This is the type of customer services and quality work you look for as a customer. Great job!!

Place is amazing and customer service is stellar. Got me in same day and fixed an issue another shop caused! These guys are the real deal and will definitely be coming back again these guys get it done!

These guys are great. Highly recommended. I needed an oIL change and tire rotation. They were running a synthetic oil change deal, roughly 40 bucks. Even though my truck took 2 extra quarts, they didn't charge me more than what they had advertised. You just got the vibe that they cared. Of course, they have to pay the bills. But I left feeling more like a friend, more than a customer,

Great experience, dropped off car with no given expectation of turnaround for repair appraiser and got a call that morning with a check up and then again early afternoon with the diagnosis. This was even with me saying I was in no rush and they went ahead and got it done that day.

Took my Jeep Wrangler unlimited to the shop for what sounded like a lifter rattle. Nick and the boys diagnosed it as possible bad lifter. He fully expected to have to put in new lifters, rollers and cam shafts. He found that the shafts were still good and saved me over a thousand dollars in repair bill. They are an honest auto repair facility and reasonably priced. I would (and do) recommend Hurb s garage to everyone.

I have a 36-year-old Chrysler LeBaron that is in like new condition, but needed a few issues addressed. I contacted URB S and asked if they would be able to work on a car that old. I was told that they would be able to, so I made an appointment. The day that I took my car into the garage I asked if one of their people would be able to drive me back home and they said that would be no problem and immediately got one of their mechanics to drive me home. They called me while they were working on the car and told me what it was going to need and what the price would be. I told them to go ahead with the repairs. They called me when the car was ready to be picked up and I asked if they could have the mechanic bring the car to me and then I could take him back to the shop. They said they would, and they d have him at my house very shortly. my total experience with Urb s was very positive and I will take my car to them again, and I will recommend them to my son and daughter.

Urbs offers friendly and courteous customer service. Great customer service is so hard to find but, Urbs reminds you it still exist. They completed my car repairs efficiently and offered suggestions on future normal maintenance.

I had to get an oil change recently, and I cannot recommend this Urbs Garage and Tire (Montfort Heights) highly enough!! They did the oil change quickly, and I've always found their expert staff incredibly courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are always willing to offer their advice and their expertise to any questions I've had about my vehicle. I can also personally attest to my relatives who have also gone there with more difficult car repairs that Urbs' inspections have really made a difference. I'd recommend Urbs to all my friends and relatives!

I went to URBS for the first time because I was tired of the other sub-par stations that are around them. Everybody that I came into contact with was very nice and answered any and all questions I had. They actually took me into the garage to my car and pointed out and explained everything they had to do and how it got to that condition. No" YOU'RE ARE BOTHERING ME" attitude or "ARE YOU STUPID?" looks because like I said they show you and explain the problem. It's nerve wracking trying to find a garage I can trust. Now I don't have that problem because I will be going there for any car problems I have. Thank you guys and gal.

Urbs takes care of their loyal customers. Always friendly and always giving you thorough and correct information. Prices are reasonable if not lower than most. Try them and see for yourself.

I showed up this morning trying to change the oil for one of my cars with the intention of taking the others to make this workshop my go-to workshop, at first everything was fine, a very kind lady but suddenly a person who was too abrupt and rude appeared with My person, whenever the lady tried to accommodate my cars, this person always refused in an unprofessional manner. I am not asking for any free work. I always pay for my services, so when I saw the way this person treated me, I decided to leave. that place and thank God this happened at the beginning. You know how they say the first impression is the most important and for me today was not a good experience. I will never go to that place nor will I recommend it to my friends. 100% disappointed

I came in for an oil change, but also bc I kept seeing bees swarming around my car! Luckily there wasn t a hive. I really appreciate how thoroughly they inspected. This is my 2nd oil change at Urb s & I ll never go anywhere else. Had an estimate from another garage. Chris was able and to do the same work for a much more reasonable price. He showed me everything he would fix as we walked under the car up on the racks. Work was done on time. Staff very personable and professional. I have been back to this team because I trust them. They present evidence of their recommendations on what they find, not everything is a fire drill when they do find stuff, and they are competitive and often beat pricing of other shops/garages. They also warranty their work so you have confidence in the work completed. Great communication, great staff, even though they weren't able to identify the issue of our truck due to our truck was being stubborn and start to just work all of a sudden lol. But this place is a great place to to take your car for any service they really got me for a free diagnostic is a A++ for me since everything is so expensive and for them to not charge for diagnostics test really help us . Thank you Urb's Garage and Tire.
