I recently bought this 1994 Explorer from the used car lot at U-Pull-&-Pay. I worked with Cailum and it was a great experience. I feel like the vehicle was appropriately described in the listing to reflect the condition and transmission issue. It is able to be fixed and this car luckily didn't end up in the crusher or getting parted out. The sales experience with Cailum was straightforward and he was professional throughout. I signed over temporary power of attorney to enable him to handle the title for me. He did this and got in the mail promptly. I couldn't be happier with the experience and purchase. Thanks, Cailum!

first time experience: bigger than imagined, friendly, easy to find, nice and neat for a junk yard, competitive pricing- update as of 10/18/23 they also offer a free VIP club membership that tracks your receipts and warranties of your purchases. I went yesterday and had to swap a part out and was given free admission as well as the warranty exchange. this is my new go to for used parts. I changed my entire evap system on 2011 fusion including fuel door, evap canister, purge and vent solenoid for $44. nor to mention the warranties.

First time visiting with boyfriend and actually going in.We got there paid for entry and went in I had the website pulled up in the phone the car were where they said they were. It was very cold so I didn't get to look through a lot of the aisles, but found what we were looking for pulled it and paid. Pricing online was a little confusing because of the core but it was fine

11/19/23 I went to pick up a tire and rim that I was told had been pulled off the car and was ready to be picked up. Spoke with Trish at the counter who told me, no warehouse, you go into the yard and pull what you need yourself. Needed 16 rim but car specs said it should be 17 . You can pay to have employee pull parts. Trish had Ryan check cars for Tim I needed (which he did find) but tire was no good but he was able to find a tire. These two employees were AMAZING and really went all out to help me find what was needed. THANK YOU so much Trish and Ryan. You both really went above and beyond to help me out.

Pretty decent overall. Friendly staff. Double check the cashiers on prices when checking out and be aware that luxury brand parts cost a bit more. Also the part you pull may have other chargeable parts attached.

This place Is as it sounds need a part to find out if they got the part take it out of the vehicle there and take it home and put it in your vehicle you pay to go in and then you pay for your part as you come out. they where respectful and considerate it makes having to shop for auto parts a little bit easier.

Had a decent inventory, but the prices were a little much in my opinion. One a brighter note, they have VHS tapes for sale by the checkout counter

This place will rob you! Watch what you pay for closely. They are racist against whites. The lady rand up 2 completely different prices and charged me extra regardless of the fact the website charges $8 less then I was forced to pay. Be careful people!

Over the years I have found myself romping through the rows of junk cars for one project or another. The layout and service are well formatted and make harvesting fairly easy, but I have had my fair share of challenges in finding the vehicles I need only to realize the parts I need have been picked clean. This yard has a high traffic of DIY'ers and professionals alike, so if a vehicle has been there for more than a week or two it is very likely that it will be picked clean. This is to be somewhat expected in the world of salvaging parts. My biggest concern for this particular yard is the pricing and more so the way they breakdown different assemblies charging for each little piece which can leave you feeling a bit unsettled with what you pay at the final cost. I have been to several other similar salvage yards that are much more generous in the way they charge out the door. So my advice to anyone who may be in the market to save some money by pulling their own salvaged parts is, if you visit this yard be sure to pay attention to the number of vehicles they have matching your inquiry and the length of time the matches have been on the yard, and finally unless you need it and are OK with paying for it don't pick it, or you will be in for a surprise at the cash out window.

Had a great experience today pulling the parts we needed for our explorer. We were from out of town and Connie went above and beyond helping us get the parts we needed. Great service and great inventory.

I recently visited Pull and Pay Cincinnati and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at ease. The layout is easy to navigate, with clear signage and well-organized inventory. What really stood out to me was the quality and variety of the parts available. I was able to find exactly what I needed, and at a great price too. The self-service approach also made it easy to browse and select items at my own pace.Overall, I highly recommend Pull and Pay Cincinnati to anyone looking for high-quality auto parts and a great customer experience. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

Good place to get parts if they have your vehicle in the yard

They force you to get your photo taken before you enter the yard and then they want to collect a bunch of personal information from you. I will shop somewhere elseRequiring someone to have their picture taken and to give up that much personal information to enter a junkyard is Ludacris. Plenty of other options around the Cincinnati area that don't require this.your loss.

The yard is pretty spread out which can be a hassle when you have to buy heavy stuff that's far from the door, but it's nice to have a comfortable amount of space to work between vehicles & of course wheelbarrows are provided. Was overcharged 21$ for the current promotion going on July-August '23, where doors and seats are half off, and when I returned with my receipt they refused to refund me in any form but store credit. I understand this as a policy when returning parts, but for being overcharged it is ridiculous and honestly bad business to refuse to give me my money back, so I'll only return here when absolutely necessary/if they have a part I can't get at Jack's or Bessler's. The $1 electrolyte freezer pops are total lifesavers tho

Really friendly and helpful staff, especially Mique? at front desk. They have all vehicles arranged on lot by make (Ford, Dodge, etc) so you can easily find parts on similar vehicles to your own. Best lot in town.

This place is an absolute ripoff, don t waste your time and money. Go to lKQ much nicer and better organized. And you don t haftoo worry about if the parts you are going for being in their double price section for no apparent reason.

Car I received new arrival notice the previous day was totally picked over already. Could not get price list or even examples ahead of pulling. Cashier had real trouble identifying my parts in your system - trouble pricing - although prices I paid were fair.
