For Anyone looking for their car needs please go to Tri-state Muffler & Brakes Inc. They are honest and will work with you. My first time coming and I'm extremely satisfied and I will be coming back to get more of my car needs done Mr Bob who works front desk he's so helpful and I appreciate him. I got work done on my 1998 Pontiac Bonneville so thank you again Tri-State Muffler I will be back!!!!!

I called to inquiry about getting my catalytic converter replaced as it was cut off my vehicle the individual who answered the phone continued to ask me questions as if I was illiterate because he was asking things that had nothing to do with a catalytic converter replacement. I have a good amount general knowledge about cars and the things the individual was completely irrelevant for what I inquired about. I was told that the individual would look up the information then call me back but I did not receive a call. I am unsure if it s because I am a young African American or not but that was unacceptable.

Customer service is not good at this establishment, I complained to the owner about one of the workers who I had two rude encounters with; one over the phone and one in person, he looked at me as if I was lying didn t apologize or anything. Not to mention I had my catalytic converter replaced by this company and had ongoing issues with my car 5 months later. I do believe when you are a woman places like this try to get over and treat you like you re dumb. With that being said I WILL NOT spend anymore money with this place and I urge everyone to be cautious and do research before letting someone touch your vehicle.

Called around for multiple quotes to replace my flex pipe nobody would give a quote until looking at it first and charging to look at it. I just happened to come across this place and the quoted me over the phone with an amazing price and very quick service. I will definitely highly recommend tri state muffler and brakes to anyone and will call them for now on for any more repairs. These guys are honest hard working people at a good honest price.

They got me in the next day and replaced my stolen catalytic converter. Took less than an hour. Very happy! Everyone else wanted me to leave the car for an estimate and then come back for repairs.

Nice crew. Great service for your mechanical needs. Had a muffler problem . I sat longer to get it looked at than it did to get fixed .

Made an appointment yesterday, and was told to come up at 1:00pm today to take a look at my muffler. First off, I waited a little while before the man came and helped me. Then he didn't say may I help you, he just said yeah.....like what do I want kind of attitude. I proceeded to tell him I have an appointment, and his reply was: "are you sure, or did you just walk in wanting one". I was confused, and angry that I was getting talked to like this.Never the less, I cursed him and left. No need to become their customer ever!!!

Came in at 3pm on a Thursday to get my muffler fixed the service was fast, easy and great. I was in and out in less than an hour. Pricing is affordable and reasonable. I 10/10 would recommend this place and would visit again if needed.

Great people. Very honest. Thought we needed new brakes. They checked them and said we were good. Over 50 % life left. They will get my vehicle everytime.

Always get a fair quote and all repairs come back correct. What else can you ask for. One star less only due to the fact there is often a wait time of a couple days to get in. Totally acceptable and understandable for a smaller garage giving good service. ( Supply and demand 101) Keep up the good work guys!
