We were in OTR for lunch and a little shopping in December. We're used to the Town Center garage because we park there for CSO concerts. The man took our money, we parked and went about our business. Upon return, the 3 exit gates were down and we literally had no way to exit. Stuck. I found a phone number on the machine at the exit so I called that and informed the woman we were stuck. She sent the man working the garage and he ran over to raise the gate for us. Lame.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have used the lot frequently, but yesterday - they had no attendant on duty but had signs saying it was $3 "all day" and that cash was not accepted (only used credit, debit, or e-payment) and that if no attendant was on duty - pay via the machine at the entrance. I tried, but nothing happened and the little screen was totally unreadable (all dark grey). I tried pushing some buttons and the entry gate opened. I assumed my $3 payment had been taking. After the opera, I was trying to leave, and the gate I usually exit was not working. So, I went to another exit. A guy was there saying we had to pay $5 and that the credit maching when I pulled in did nothing. I told him his sign said $3, and he said "that's only on Saturday". The sign did not say that.I recognized the guy as a person who normally works the gate, so I knew he was legit - but he was overcharging vs. what the sign said as I pulled it.I tried calling their phone, and the message service "memory is full". I guess they got so many complaints they can't handle all the calls.Pitiful service, and from what I hear - that's become more common lately. That's a shame because it's very conveniently located for Music Hall and Washington Park, and other local businesses.

This garage is used by volunteer ushers as well as patrons of Music Hall and is one of the worst experiences almost every time I use it. The attendant is rude, shouts at the customers and just yesterday would not let us out after paying to get in, in the first place! After having a wonderful experience at Music Hall, to have it so tarnished when leaving is upsetting. This attendant pounded on my window as I was trying to leave, and said, How you get in? Credit Card? I am a volunteer usher and bought a pass which he scanned when I entered and then he wanted it again to get out. I feel that he is very disrespectful and nasty to customers! Once you pay to get in you should be able to leave without being accosted. Both exits were not allowing the cars to exit. It is a real shame to have a garage run in this way.

I've been parking here for Saturday evening shows at Cincy Shakes since 2018, the last time on September 17, 2022. I have not had a bad experience at the lot. It's in a very convenient location, easy in and easy out for someone like me who travels down I-75 to get to the area.

The garage is okay, and it has parking spots, so it works in a pinch. However, it has some problems. First, they got rid of the bridge from the upper layer to Music Hall. (Whether this is really the fault of the garage, I am not sure, but it's definitely a con.) Second, they had the upper layer blocked off when I visited the lot most recently. Third, it's kinda tight. And fourth and finally, the parking cost $10, and they could not break a $20. I let them keep $3 extra to avoid taking too much extra time and making a scene out of the situation.

Perfect distance to the FCC stadium. Not so close that you can't get out due to foot traffic, but close enough to be a short walk. Empties at a decent pace after the game.

Tried to make me pay an extra $5 when I left after already paying $10 when going into the garage.
