Larry and his guys at the Eastgate south Drive location were rock stars today. I walked in and explained that I had couple of nails in my tire and needed a repair. He said we can take a look, and without hesitation he took care of the problem.Excellent customer service like this is why I m a repeat customer

Shout out to James Butcher for his prompt service and professionalism. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable and really went the extra mile to get me the exact tires I wanted (Michelin AS4). He even patched my current tire for free so while I waited for the tires to arrive, I wasn't driving around on a problem. All around a well-run establishment with friendly people.This was my first interaction with Eastgate TD and I would happily return. They were very busy with work that day but nevertheless turned my car around with new tires, alignment and oil change in just a few hours.

Bought a brand new rim that needed a tire mounted on it and they couldn t even get my old wheel off to swap the tire over to the new rim, then when they returned my brand new wheel it had scratches all over it. Awful techs and awful customer service. Do not go here.

I took my vehicle in for a issue with my door latch not functioning properly. They scratched the interior of the door all the way to the metal and scratched my windows tint which needed replacement. I was handed my car back with the door panel not attached correctly and all of the clips were broken when taken to the dealer for an evaluation. They insisted on fixing it themselves even though they had damaged a lot on my car and I was then handed my car back with it still not functioning properly and was told it may be a defective latch. They were able to fix this that visit by lubing it up but I would have been sent away if I hadn't noticed there and then. Very poor experience and I will not be back to this location.

I came into the Eastgate location asking about a tire rotation, due to me going to Valvoline to get my tires rotated and they could not get my tire off. Larry Malloy came out to look at my tire and went above and beyond his duties! Fixed the problem and took it a step farther and rotated my tires, cleaned the rust off and checked my brakes. I will definitely be coming back to get everything I need for my car. Very very happy with the service I received today! Larry needs to be recognized for his amazing customer service!

You can't get better service from Larry. He went way out of his way to make my experience there magnificent. I would recommend going there and giving them a chance. You won't regret it.

Recently had my tires done on my Chrysler town and country, Larry did everything he could to make my experience easy, cost effective, and quick. Communication was effortless and they did a great job. I will always use this tire discounters for my tires and brakes!

The building is state of the art, high tech, and clean. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and my experience was overall a 9/10. A special thanks to Larry for helping out when I was in a pinch.

It use to be that you could request an appointment online and have your car completed the day of the appointment. Now you're told it might be done the day you drop off. What's the point of setting an appointment if its not going to get completed? Just lost a customer over it.

Normally I have a good experience with this location, but this last hassle has been a headache. Came in with 3 working tire pressure sensors, left with 0 working. When it was addressed, I was told I could get a refund, and it would go through in 8-12 days. After 14 days, no refund, so I called and they said they had to uninstall the new sensor that they installed before they could process a refund. Went in to have it uninstalled, and they told me the whole thing was actually non-refundable and my only option was to get two new sensors because the read-out wouldn t work without them. So I was lied to about a refund, and then told the only solution was going to be an additional $200+.Super bummer situation at an otherwise good establishment.

BEWARE before getting service done hereDropped car off for an oil change and to have the suspension fixed. Was told by the shop that the suspension work was completed so I paid and left. Got home and checked to see the work completed to find out none of what I paid for was done. The shop also lost a few of parts supplied and refused to do anything about it. Corporate refuses to refund the labor charged and refuses to accept responsibility for losing parts. I m now out 115 dollars for the parts they lost and out nearly 200 dollars in labor cost with nothing to show for it.A week later I discovered they left the oil filter loose and the car gradually lost over 2 quarts of oil and completely soaked the underside.Not the first time I ve had issues here but never felt the need to make a review.

Vance and Garrett are so knowledgable and helpful! This was the 3rd shop my vehicle has been at and the only one that truly took the time to figure out what the problem is and how to properly fix it. ( vs throwing expensive parts and labor at it like the others) Vance went out of his way to explain things to me at the very end of his work day. I highly recommend and trust this store! Thank you so much!

This place is awesome! I recently had my tires rotated and my oil changed here and Jim was super awesome! He was super attentive to my questions and made notes for the mechanics to check specific things that I asked for. He was also able to get my car done pretty quick when I told him I had to get to work.

Great service and pricing! Didn't try and upsell me to a more expensive tire, told them my budget and they got me a good tire in that range! Vance was so patient with all my questions and answered them in ways I understood. Jim was also very helpful when I called back to make my appointment. Thank you both!

Amazing service I actually came there after they had closed and we're getting ready to leave they took me in even after being closed for 15 minutes mounted and balanced the tires so I can get off the side of the road these people really do know the meaning of customer service and actually treating people like family so if you really are on a pinch or a bind or just need a really great deal of some tires please go to tire discounters in Eastgate these guys are awesome

Nice crew but after buying a set of tires for my truck here, I'll be going somewhere else next time. If you need tires rotated they won't take appointments so you'll end up waiting a couple hours most of the time. Also asked them to check the brakes when I bought the tires and according to them they were in great condition. 3 weeks later I had to replace pads and rotors.

I ve never been here but I drive by almost everyday to a nearby store that I work at. All I have to say is I don t know who here changes the sign out front but you deserve a raise. You work too hard. They always give me a laugh but the Roman Empire one is perfect timing and silly goofy!

Great experience, they were willing to work me in because I was traveling alone. Took care of my issue when the place that had put the tires on couldn't get me in for a week. Thank you and I'll go there for my next issue. Different state, 20 miles isn't anything when they step up to help.

I've been having some issues with my car and my check engine light keeps coming on. Called these guys and the guy I talked to was like were running behind, but if you bring it in I can see if we can have someone look at it. I got there and oh man they were super busy, but Jason was super awesome! He asked me what was going on and said I think it's an easy fix. Tightened my battery and I was on my way. Jason is the man! Super friendly and great customer service! Thanks Jason for helping with my battery!

Had an appointment for 11am. Show up at 10:45 and they tell me they have 4 more ahead of me and they can not give me a time and it will take longer then the 2 hours quoted. What s the point of making an appointment if the work will not be started on at the appointment time? Let a $1,900 set of tires walk out the door.

Hands down the best service I've received at a TD. Vance and Jason are the absolute best, they quickly got me in even when they were booked solid. I've always bought all my tires at TD but I won't go to another location now. This is by far the most customer oriented location. 10/10
