Came in to find out what the parasitic drain was on my battery. $390ish bill. 12pm. I asked what was done to the vehicle/what the diagnosis was. Not a single person could answer. The guy who worked on my car apparently went on a lunch break- which lasted the remainder of the day. Same for the manager. Guy at the front desk, albeit friendly, walked away after telling me he doesn t know what I was charged for, and started chatting with the guys in the back. All checking their phones and eating from their candy lineup like an episode of Seinfeld.Ultimately I was given no explanation and they waived half the bill due to, I suppose, not being able to explain why they were even charging me.The highlight of my experience with Tire Discounters was when I got in my car to leave and my steering wheel was stuck in a fully left turn. The Home Of The Free Alignment (free = $149.99 by the way) had horribly misaligned my steering. After nearly driving into a parked car, I had to turn my steering wheel several times in the other direction and ultimately upside down just to get the car to drive straight - this resulted in several check engine light/error messages to come on the dash as well as the car not shifting into 3rd due to the traction and stability getting bad readings.Thankfully I only live a mile from TD.If you end up going to tire discounters call my neighbor , he ll fix your car after they get done with it.And to the inevitable default copy and paste response from the owner , I m sure you take this very seriously, I ll be sure to reach out for a resolution which I ve already done to no avail.

I had an awesome experience here, they fixed my wife s tire very quickly, and at a great rate. They helped a friend of ours get all new tires at a great rate as well. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Don't use this location! My fiance started working there and was let go because he has been sick. We have influenza B and he was diagnosed with an eye infection. My fiance is also immune compromised, which they were made aware of when they hired him. Of course, influenza B is highly contagious and they expected him to work. This is not morally right considering eldery people use this store, and can easily become very sick from catching any sort of illness! Use a shop/store that has morals, and takes sicknesses seriously! If you are able to commute, use AAA in Harrison, Ohio for your business/services. The guys there are great and caring!

I was recently passing through on my way back to Texas and had some car issues and a blow out.. these guys were great fixed me up and checked out my car to make sure i was good to go back to texas.. Definitely reccomend if you live in that area.... thank you tire discounters

Goes above and beyond! Took my car at 5:55 even though they close at 6. Just came to get my tire plugged but they fixed a couple other things while under.
