Great experience at the Fields Ertel location with GM Matt today. After we discovered an error had been made at a different shop he took good care of me. He made sure that I got a good deal and I am grateful for the individual attention.

I called Matt @ 10am on a Saturday after calling AAA on a flat tire, it was time for new tires. I went over the tires I bought in Nov 2019 and they had the Nexum in stock, best tires! I said I should be there by 1230, I was there at 1145 with AAA, I waited an hour and I was out the door. I always have friendly and courteous service. No hidden cost, everything explained. A happy customer. All staff is professional. Love the location.

The Dudes at the Fields Ertel location got me in and out in record time with a nail puncture. Technician Matt not only did the professional job quick and efficiently but also with a great service level and sense of humor. Deven took care of the paperwork during my brief visit. Excellent customer service based business. Adam helped me navigate a screw in my tire on a tire (not repairable) that cooper no longer produces. He went above and beyond to research my options and helped me by making a very agreeable offer and fair price to replace all of my tires in a bummer of a situation I was faced with. The staff worked quickly and made sure I left completely satisfied. For being a large chain business, this great interaction felt very personal that they work to take care of the individual customer.

My 17 year old daughter took her 2011 Honda Accord to this location to get her tires aligned and balanced. Salesperson Nathan Likens told her that they cold not perform an alignment because the ball joints needed to be repaired (cost of $600 - see included pic). I did not believe this could be true since I periodically lubricate them myself so refused the service.Took the car to the Honda dealer just behind this location and their techs showed me a video of perfectly functional ball joints on every wheel.Either the TD techs need some serious training or they tried to take advantage of a young girl. Either way I would caution using this location for any service. I certainly never will again. Frankly, I may never use any TD again based on this incident.

Connor and the team did a great job on switching out the tires on my Chevy Silverado. I tried a new tire size/type and it didn t work for me so they helped me get replacements for the ones I originally had. There was a pricing issue in the system but the manager took the time to look at it and talk me through everything and worked it out. Really can t recommend these guys enough. They are always busy, but for good reason; they re good people and do a good job. I wouldn t trust anywhere else to get my stuff done.

Kind of sad. Stopped by from competitor on way to lunch just tried to get a price on brakes and rotors for my daughter's car. I tried to be a customer but we need to look at it first. Local Mason repair shops is simple. I make an appointment one and done. Team was professional, but company policy is sad. Two appointments for one job. Not a doctors office.

Went back to have a tire repaired due to a screw unfortunately the tire needed replaced but it was on national back order. Nate offered a completely different tire that was not the same tread then did nothing to help to get me back on the road. I went to another TD and they replaced the matching front pair with more expensive but comparable tires at no additional cost. That s what I should have been offered in the first place with buying their warranty! Disappointed and seemed like Nate didn t want to work to solve the problem.

Employees are always courteous and competent. Worked us in even though they had a busy day scheduled. Next day brought it back to reset the tire pressure sensor system. No hassle. I have bought many sets of tires from TD over the years and have never been disappointed . This was just a puncture repair

New Review: I had an appointment for a 2pm oil change. There was 1 other lady in the place and she had left. At 3:00 my car still hadn't been pulled in. When I asked how much longer it would be, the guy was very nasty and told me that his tech was at lunch. I said, my appointment was at 2. He said oh well, he was at lunch. I asked why my appointment was set for 2 if the tech had lunch then and he became even nastier. I asked for my key back. I told him if he had been kinder I might have stayed. He very sarcastically stated he was as kind as could be. The guy who checked me in was polite. This guy was not. He claims to be a manager. If he is, I don't see how he got to that position talking to customers that way. We've been customers here now through 4 cars. We will not return to this location. Ever. You can see the downfall in the difference between the Review I left 2 years ago and the one from now.Original Review from 2 years ago. Frank was very friendly and helpful. I had a nail in my sidewall which rendered the tire unable to be patched. With my road hazard warranty, I was able to have the tire replaced for way less than I expected. They also took the time to balance and rotate my tires.

I set up an appointment to bring my Honda Accord in for an oil change, Wind Shield Wipers, and Tire Balance & Rotation, all for a package price of $109. The price was fine until they said my tires need replaced and until I replaced them, they could not balance & rotate them, and my package price would not get a credit for not doing a balance & rotation. Now you all look at the tire tread, and it looks good, don't it. Why would anyone spend $700 for new tires when you don't need it. You guys are that desperate to get a sale by being dishonest, REALLY. I would NOT refer my mother or family or friends to you guys. If you guys need to make a commission from your sales & your sales are off that much, then you guys need to get a second job. Hosing customer's is simply bad business. They call that bait & switch.

Terrible and awkward customer service experience. From the time I arrived to when I went back to pick up my car. I ve always liked TD. I used to go to a different location, but when I moved near this one, I decided to give it a shot. Never again. Also, if I request an oil change in an online appointment, with checking other issues, please give me an oil change. Don t just fix an issue, then send me on my way. Then I review the charges and forms, everything else I asked for wasn t done. Not going back.

My husband had my truck worked on over a month ago and had been overcharged; called immediately and had inquired and was told it would be refunded; Have talked with Frank and others above him and continue to get the run around and still no refund. Most recently, was told by Frank, who is the Regional Manager we would have proof of refund by yesterday afternoon - nothing again! Horrible customer service and follow through.

Chris was Great! In so many businesses today good Customer Service just doesn t exist, but Chris was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I guess the best compliment I can give is I can t think of anything that could be done better! I ll be back for all my tire needs!

I have taken several cars here for many years and have been very happy. Recently, while getting air at Tylersville, I was told the tread on all of my tires were "horrible" and they all needed to be replaced. I took it to Fields Ertel (my preferred location) and was told none of them needed to be replaced, I just need a rotation. When I arrived for my rotation appointment 3 days ago, I was told by a third person that I shouldn't rotate them unless I replace one right then for $250. I declined the purchase and had the rotation and oil change performed, which only took an hour. Unfortunately, shortly after, my car wouldn't start. I was stranded and had to have the battery jumped and replaced by Toyota after Tire Discounter told me they tested it and it was fine. I've always trusted TD's service, customer service and prices but I'm not sure what's going on lately. I will either try the new location by my house once it opens or switch to another company.

Came out of my office after work to a flat tire. Screw in it. I was leaving town the next morning at 4am. It was 5:45. Called Tire discounters. The said come on we will get you back on the road! To my surprise an hour later the team had my tire fixed and I was on my way. Not sure how they did it as busy as they were but I am so appreciative of their commitment to service. david

The Skip the Shop service is amazing. They picked up my car this morning to get a new tire and returned it a little after lunch. So easy to use and saved me a bunch of time. Everyone was so friendly and kept me up to date. Will definitely use again!

I have used this Tire Discounters for nearly two decades for nearly all of my tire needs. A couple of years ago, they disappointed me with an extraordinary situation, but after all, it was extraordinary, so I didn't get dissuaded from using them...until recently. During a routine tire rotation, I inquired why one of my tires were noticeably losing air much faster than the other ones. The store manager who was checking in the car looked at the tire specifically and said it had dry rot. The tires had less than 30K miles and were less than 4 years old, so I immediately thought warranty applied. The manager said it did NOT and then came back and said all 4 tires were bad and needed to be replaced for the car to be safe. As they worked on the rotation, I read the Michelin warranty. I saw no reason why it would not apply so I insisted. The manager insisted I would have to work directly with Michelin. I called Michelin immediately and before I even got to a human, they told me the dealer must perform an inspection and call them with the report, with the customer standing by. This information was relayed to the store manager who then insisted she needed a claim number. I contacted Michelin and got one. I then tried to have her call Michelin while my representative or myself was present. She was too busy to make the call and wouldn't arrange a time later the day for this to happen. This was pretty unacceptable so I told Michelin who suggested I take the car to another authorized dealer. By the time the car was returned to my representative, the manager had called Michelin by herself and indicated new tires would have a 45% proration under the warranty. Well, I had already had a very positive contact with a competitor two doors down and took my car straight there. In the end, I had 4 perfectly safe-to-drive tires on my car, none with dry rot, and thus, none needed to be replaced. It was very disappointing to see this Tire Discounters giving me advice that would get them a full price sale. The regional operational manager did contact me and ensured me this situation would be revisited because it's not the intended experience, but the damage has been done. Tires are the one thing that stands between my car and the road and I don't trust [this] Tire Discounters to keep me safe. And for any inquiring minds...once I figure out which tire is losing the air more quickly (since they have been rotated), I will return to my new service center who suspects the problem is a result of salt getting in between the rim and tire for a complimentary repair.
