Bought a tire for my son's car on Saturday January 27th from the Ferguson location for my son's car, he drove back to the university of Cincinnati 6-7 miles. The following Saturday February 3rd he went to his car and the tire was flat. I filled the tire and had him drive it home 7 miles. Took tire and wheel to out mechanic figuring he picked up a nail, no tire was torn up on the inside due to not sealing with the wheel lot of shredded rubber. Took tire back and was told I needed to buy a new tire after 14 miles on a $325 pirelli tire. Now I'm out 600 plus dollars. That's the worst customer service I have ever seen in my 38 years of driving. I will be taking my tire business for my six cars anywhere but tire discounters after this treatment

I took my car in with a issue in the front. Car was riding rough and an obvious noise. I told them that I needed it fixed because I had to make a long drive. I received several calls about preventative maintenance. I informed them that I only wanted the issue fixed. Later, I received a call that the only thing that could cause that sound was bearings. I asked if they were absolutely sure that was causing the issue because it was an expensive repair. Yes was the answer. When I returned I was told I was would be happy with the way it was driving. I asked if someone had driven it but didn't receive an answer. I got in my car and immediately knew that the issue was exactly the same. I went back and took the mechanic a ride. He agreed that it had the same issue but noted that it seemed worse. The manager looked at the tires and said that was the problem. He rotated the tires on the left. Made no difference. He offered me one new tire if I paid the installation. I asked for a refund because I had to find someone else to fix the issue. He refused any refund. I was forced to drive the vehicle on a long drive, paranoid the entire drive. Now I have to pay for the real fix so I can make it home.In addition, I told them that my radiator was leaking. They claim to have pressure tested it and told me that a heater core was bad and that was causing the leak. I just received a call from the mechanic currently working on it. He informed me that the radiator was leaking.$2055 and not one problem was fixed.Supposedly, a leak in the rear heater core was fixed. Although, I had never seen a leak in that area. The last garage I went to called me into the stall, "have to show you this"The hoses are too long and crimped up and the connectors are not the correct kind. I've attached pictured of the hoses and the leak it now has.Also I found out why they prefer to keep conversations via phone. No documentation of how you are treated. Don't fall for it. Keep everything in writing and we'll documented.

My husband took my car here for a simple tire plug. Couldn't understand why my bill was so expensive. After reviewing the bill, I discovered that these idiots did everything but plug my tire. My car had an oil change, filter change, tire rotation, battery check, and fluid check. None of which was needed, requested or approved. I blew up!!!! My husband went back up there to talk with the manager, he told husband he cannot refund the money but would (get this) plug the tire for free and offer us an oil and filter change for free. What the hell!!!! Why would I want them to work on my car again when they can't follow simple directions the first time around? To top it off, manager told husband that he questioned the oil change when it wasn't needed. RED FLAG!!!!!I called the Regional office to file a complaint, they told me it would be 3-4 days before someone would reach out to me, still have not received a call back.

Too expensive to be called Tire Discounters.Pulled car in saying it won't take long ,yet it sat there another 45 minutes.Took customer's that came after me.Said they couldn't patch my tire.I understand they couldn't plug it,but should have been able to patch it.

Very poor service customer service really sucked. They do not keep the customer informed. Brought my car in at 945 and was told it would take an hour and a half. Never heard anything from them until I called at 130. I was told they had to order part and that it wouldn t arrive until 3. Fine just keep me informed. 545 rolls around and still hadn t heard anything so I decided to take a ride up there only to be told that they ordered the wrong part. What you got the part at 3 and wasn t even going to call me to let me know. I had to drive up 15 minutes before closing to find this out and to make matters worse he was just then calling for the replacement part. That I should leave my car overnight and it should be ready sometime tomorrow. If I m paying over $500 for break line replacement you d think they d be on top of it. My car was there for 9 hours and all they did was take the tires off. We all work hard for a living do your jobs and stop making excuses. Keep your customers informed!!!

Amazing store with an exceptional crew.I couldn t ask for better, especially right next to my house. Bryon was absolutely fantastic to work with this time and Cam has also always taken good care of me get these folks a raise, they re treating their community right!

I went to Tire Discounters with a flat tire, simple right. Well they couldn't find out why my tire kept losing air and were unable to diagnose the problem. AA Express Tire Owner Rob Turner realized within a couple minutes I had a nail in my tread and patched it up. So TD gets this rating!!

Was able to stop in one morning to get a tire patched and be on my way within an hour even though they were already pretty busy. Staff was super friendly and let me know a couple things I also needed fixed with no pressure. Would definitely recommend this shop

Cam, and the whole team was great. My tire came in one day and they even made themselves available to install it earlier than the said appointment.Great service. I would highly recommend.

On April 27th 2021 I went into Tire Discounters Ferguson Rd location to order rims for my vehicle. Was told prior by someone else that I only needed 2 but went ahead and ordered a complete set. PAID IN FULL UPFRONT $1177.18 for the rims. Asked the rep, my receipt is marked "William Mechlev" that assisted me. I told him that the following day was my only off day and i also needed tires so i was trying to cut down my wait time because i knew the rims would need to be ordered. He stated there was a slim chance the rims would come that day (4/27) but if not def the next day (4/28) and they would call upon their arrival so i could bring my car in. (4/28) Comes and no phone call, I had to call them and check the status and was told FedEx didnt drop my rims off until 5:30 and they close at 6 so they didnt call because there would be no way to get me in. I then told them I would have to play it by ear as to when id be able to come in and wanted reassurance they wouldnt send my rims back. I was told they would not, I was ok with that. Friday (4/30) I arrived to this location at 7:50am and waited in the parking lot until 7:59am. I was literally the 1st one that walked thru the door when they opened.The same rep William Mechlev assisted me, I reminded him who i was and specifically asked him would i be done in time because i have to be to work at 11am. His exact words were oh yeah i can have you out of here by 10/10:15. Im like ok cool, we went through the process of me choosing my tires, i also asked if they would replace my wipers and check my fuses because my car charging port has stopped working. I then sat in the waiting room for about 20 mins then walked to Walmart. I was in Walmart approximately an hour, when i got back to Tire Discounters my car was still sitting in the spot id parked it in. A tech didnt come and get my car until 9:28am, id looked at the time when he got into it.As im sitting in the waiting room im seeing people that came after me, being serviced and leaving before me etc, only one actually ever said he had an appointment. Because i do know walk ins are first come first served. Yet i was the first one in the door that morning. I still did not complain, Once my time was cutting it close, I spoke with WM again and told him to tell them just to do the tires and i would come back another day for the wipers and charging port. He said Ok he would tell the guys to hurry up. Approximately 10:45am I went up to the counter again and asked to be rang out for my tires $832.82 was i frustrated yes, but i was NEVER rude to anyone. WM rang me up and said Im going to get you out of here asap, i replied it doesnt really matter now im already late. And his EXACT words were Ok .Whatever My receipt is marked 10:54am as my out time , when i went out to my vehicle i immediately noticed pieces missing from the rims and also my hubcap covers werent in my car. So i go back in and asked why were there pieces missing from my rims AND where were my hubcap covers? Another rep says Oh they forget to send in the Chevy emblem, it has to be ordered and Oh you wanted your hubcap covers? I said yes i just bought those and he says yeah they are pretty expensive THEN WHY WOULD YOU THINK YOU WERE GOING TO KEEP THEM????? When you can tell they are brand new there isnt one scuff or scratch on none of them!!More importantly i spent over 2 grand on my rims and tires here to be treated in this manner? Waited days and parts still missing from my vehicle? My car was SUPPOSEDLY aligned for free but now my car rides so rough which it DID NOT prior to being serviced here and its def not aligned my car feels like its driving itself and im going to lose control of it at any moment.My time is VERY precious and i work HARD for my money and it spends WELL! I was an hour late for work and im a Manager might i add so i need to be there when i am SUPPOSED to be!Also techs family come and visit all in the working bay area while customers vehicles sit untouched! This place is BEYOND unprofessional! NEVER AGAIN!! but where are my emblems?

Today, I needed a filter put in my car. I, called and spoke with Ryan about putting in it. He, told me to bring my car up and he would put it in for me. Once, again great service from this gentleman.

I had a slow leak in my tire. They found the hole, patched it, and gave me a discount so there was no charge! Next time I need tires I will be back.6/2023: I found a bolt in my tire late in the day. I arrived at Tire Discounters around 5:20p --they close at 6p. Eddie at the desk got my tire looked at and a new tire put on by 6pm. Their customer service is unmatched. Never happy to have to go, but always pleased with their courtesy and fair prices.

Twice I have come here to get my free alignment with no success. Twice. Both times they have tried to upsell me on $400 700 worth of repairs that they claimed to be necessary before fulfilling an alignment. Both of those times I also consulted my personal mechanic, who took a look and said everything was fine, and there was really no reason for them to deny me my alignment. The lock nut they said wouldn t budge my mechanic was able to loosen with very little effort. The free alignment is anything but you will pay for it with hours of your wasted time.

Worst experience. Don't believe when they say it will take hour to get your vehicle done. All I had to do was swap the wheels with new set of wheels that I had, not even change any tires, straight replacing set of wheels with tires to new set that I had. Called in before showing up and was informed an hour to get it done if I came in an hour. So I show up in an hour. Upon reaching there I was informed 1 and half to 2 hours of wait. I was okay with that too cause I understand some prior commitments might take time. I asked a couple of times and was told it will be attended in 20 mins, which never happened. It has been 3 and half hours now and my car is still waiting outside to get taken care of. At this point I just drove it off to nearby MIDAS and got it done in 30 mins.My 4 friends had to change wheels for their cars as well and I am glad they didn't earn our business.

Cam, eddie,& Brian was so good to me ! They took me in when it was a few minutes left of the day ! Save my life with 2 tire replacements. I had to go to school tomorrow and work Monday. They got me right in and was so fast . Please spend your money here ! They are supper kind and understanding .

Received very bad customer service today! Took forever to get air in tires, they were not busy at all. When I finally blew my horn, employee was rude. Then when I asked about getting a screw removed and plugged, I was told it would be $40. Last time it was no charge, and it's no charge at other tire shops. This isn't my first bad experience here, but first time I've decided to leave a review. I think from now on, I'll take my business elsewhere.
