I bought 2 rear tires here about 6 months ago. It was a fair price. I got nails in both tires. Made an appointment for Saturday, dropped off my car, I didn t need it for the day. They patched them for free because of warranty. Service is good, manager is great. No complaints!

Horrible. Paid for a Road Trip ready package. Said didn't need a balancing even tho I technically paid for it. Only to take my ties off later myself and see a ride height sensor hanging there broken. They didn't do the inspection, and also realized they didn't even rotate my tires so they had no idea if I needed a balancing or not. Took the wheels off my vehicle and took them to Firestone, had them balanced and now they shake at 70+ is gone. Don't trust them at all.

I bought a new tire in august 2023. 2,000 miles later the tire blows out on the interstate. I had to buy a tire from a different company because I was out of town. They will not replace or refund the cost of the tire. The ONlY reason I gave one star is so that I can post a review. BEWARE! This company will sell you a defective tire and take no responsibility.They should be forced to close their doors.Buy from a family owned business rather than these grifters.

Niko & crew were amazing, last Tuesday I thought I had a slow leak due to a nail. Turned out I had a nail AND a huge gash in one of my tires. All the other tire places wouldn t be able to see me until Friday & it would take even longer to order the tires I wanted. Not only did Niko have the tires and size I needed in stock, he advised he could get me fixed up IMMEDIATELY!!!! It barely took a half hour for both the installation and alignment!!! Niko really put me at ease & I will definitely come back for any future tire service due to him and the outstanding service I received during a truly stressful situation!!!! Bravo!!!

Liars and horrible service. Ive been a Tire Discounters customer for over 20yrs and this experience was by far the worst and my last time ever being scammedby them. Made apptmt week before service, to have them not call me after having my vehicle for almost 4hrs and literally ready to close. I call, for them to tell me they dont have the tires in stock I confirmed were in stock a week prior to apptmt. Then they sold me on a more expensive tire and lied as if they were trying to get me a deal. I literally see they sold me more expensive tires that were already on promotion anyways. So im out another $300 dollars and dont have the tires i really want. If it wasnt for my tight schedule i wouldve just taken my car and service somewhere else. Horrible and thanks CHRIS for nothing!

The staff has no urgency to do anything. I arrived for air in one tire. They asked me to pull the door & someone will be out I waited 5 min. I went back inside to see what s going and they said someone would be there another 5 min past. (No customers yet) I came 30 min after they open. The same guy that told me someone will be out soon sat at the desk finally came out after sitting there 10 min to air up my tire

Had two Michelin front tires put on after finding a screw in my tire, tech was supposed to check all four - tire pressure warning came on within hours of replacement. I was told it s cold weather. Brought car in after a week of warnings to find my rear tire also had screw in it. Went to shop they had no customers, but said I had to leave car for them for a day again to look at again, despite obvious screw in tire, and because appointments might show up? So I went to tires plus and it s finally fixed .

Great place , customer service was wonderful except one manager. Great selection, but the wait was super long it's best to make a appointment. I went for my tire to be changed due to me having a warranty on it. Now when you get the warranty, it is not free. You still have to pay the labor. Just a fyi for people who go there on a emergency tip and the funds are low. It came to about $49.00.

It appears my original review has been removed. I will say they tried to make things right, just not in the way I needed. After scraping my brand new wheels, and refusing to accept blame even after a tech admitted to me that the tool used scrapes wheels, they offered to touch up the clear coat in house. I asked if this was a professional service they routinely perform and they responded with a no. So I said thanks, but no thanks. That was the extent of the offer to rectify the issue. What was needed was an offer to pay to have them professionally corrected. Unfortunately that did not happen. In the future I will take that vehicle to a different place. Just be aware if you are particular about your vehicle, like myself, the level of care from the techs isn t the same unfortunately, at least in my experience.

Never go to this tire ..and ladies don't go too this store..the manger is trying to get his quoter.did business with this company about 6 years ago when a person named Mike were there..and did me very good..now it's all about upsell to make this place with the manger with glasses that is taking you for a ride too make sells..even though it say tires discounters.. he's shady..been a mechanic for over 50 years and I seen the scam.. ladies dont go there on Winton road across from Brentwood plaza..got 2 tires mounted and balanced for a good price from quality tire on Hamilton avenue.. quality tire..

had a leaking tire, made appt, took about 45 minutes. they pulled a nail out and patched it. I had purchased the tires there a few years ago

I dropped off my Honda to get new tires. After inspecting the rims. I had found out that they had scratched all four the rims. They agreed to send it to Buckeye rim to repair them. Went to go pick up the car today. Found out they did not ceramic coat the wheels. They have also Damaged the fender. Spoke to customer service about it unable to get it resolved. I have documentation and videos to support my claim. I went without a car for a week why they had mine trying to repair the rims. I will be contacting my attorney Monday morning.Very poor customer serviceNever do Business with these people. If they damage your vehicle they will not repair it.

Had an appt. Last Saturday morning for 10am, I was running a little early on my morning and got there at 930, Nico was super friendly at the counter, he checked me in and five minutes later my truck was pulled in!They did my oil change, rotated my tires and had my truck back to me right around 10:20.Nico told me my truck looked great that possibly in the next oil change or two I might need an air filter.With how quick and professional his service was I will definitely be back and be recommending friends to this store!

Excellent customer service. I took my car in because it had a nail in it. I was a bit worried that it couldn't be patched and I was going to have to buy a new tire. Nico looked at my tire and told me he'd be right back. He returned with a tool and took out the (very small) nail. Never punctured the tire. Fixed at no cost!They were very busy when I arrived. I had no appointment, yet he took the time to look at my car and help me out.I had never been to Tire Discounters. It's done the road from my house so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm so glad I ended up going there and will be sure to go back in the future!Thank you Nico!

Everyone I spoke to at Tire Discounters was friendly and knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment online and was contacted quickly, the process & "Skip the Shop" charge were discussed and my appointment was confirmed.This morning Jenny called to tell me they were on the way. She reviewed the work order with me, I signed and she drove off in my car.Chris then called from the store and we discussed repairs needed & I agreed. As soon as the work was finished, they contacted me, sent me a link to pay & returned my car to me with a detailed receipt and warranty.Outstanding people and outstanding service! I highly recommend Tire Discounters.

Nico was fantastic. He got me in quickly and make quick work if it. Even received a discount for services. . Shy was pleasant setting appointment within the hour!! Totally recommend Winton Rd. location. Got tires at a Fields Ertel location; tire rotation and work here was faster and better and they were very friendly! Thank you.

Went in to get a tire patched up. Dropped it off so it would be patched over night. When I came back for the tire to be put on, my sensor went off AGAIN before leaving the lot. Mazdas have awful sensors so I thought it was just a glitch (mine glitches often and so do many other Mazda owners I know) but no. The next day I realized the tire was actually flat AGAIN. Something had to have been done to my tire there for it to be flat right after this so-called repair. Another hole was in the tire (no nails or screws or anything were in it like the first puncture). I had to get a new tire since something just randomly happened to my other tire. Awful service! Don t even bother wasting money on this business. You could probably just get a kit and patch your tires at home!

This location has very poor management. I have taken my vehicle to this store for three years for an A/C problem, and every year the store identifies a different issue that is causing the A/C to fail. This year, I was advised that it is the EVAP core behind the dashboard. When asked about the repair cost, the store manager (Anthony) stated that this was not the work we will due. This is because of the number of labor hours going into the repair, which is very understandable. When asked if there is another Tire Discounter with the mechanics to do the work, he responded, "I don't know; I can only manage my store." I advised him that I understood that, but as an area, it would be a great general practice to know if another store in your area can handle the work. Anthony immediately became very defensive by stating, "I don't have the time to call other locations. I have other customers to work with." I have been a customer of this location for years and spent thousands with this store. To me, this is very poor customer service. You would think the company would like to keep their work in-house and not immediately push their customers to their competitors. At this point, I am forced to continue business with this location due to a lifetime warranty on the A/C, and I would love nothing more than to end our business relationship.If you're having a bad day, don't take it out on customers attempting to give you their business. After all, we are the customers keeping the business in business and providing you with your paycheck.

Took my car in, left it there all day never got a call from them. Called at end of day and they hadn t even looked at it. After they looked at it they said there was nothing wrong with it. Even though it was leaking repeatedly. Had my husband call, they finally actually look at it surprising, there s a leak but they can t repair it- have to order a new tire. Just so happens to be on a tire they sold me 6 months prior(never offered my hazard on it) so it s not covered. I take it to another place and they fixed it within 30 minutes. This place is poorly managed from what I see- it used to be better

Nico and the crew at the Tire Discounters on Winton Rd in Brentwood were awesome!! I was totally taken care of and made to feel like my car mattered and not just a number. I will surely go back when needed and yell everyone that that's the place to go for their car service needs!!!

We had a misunderstanding regarding my vehicle where I was about to leave. These gentleman rectified the situation in such a manner that was as professional and courteous as I've seen. They really valued me as a customer. I'll continue to value their service

The General Manager JR Webb provided above and beyond service for me despite the store closing soon and the work required for me keeping him well over a hour later. Throughly appreciate the dedication to the customer.

I am a retired auto tech of 30 years and can no longer do my own work on my vehicles and did not know who to trust. I decided to give Tire Discounters a shot and was not disappointed. They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need or give me a bunch of BS, they where nothing but honest and very far with me and didn't know I was a former tech. I will be going back!

My battery died unexpectedly, being so close to quitting time I thought there would be no way I'd be able to get a new battery. Was I wrong! The team at the Finney town location got me back on the road! My only regret is that I didn't get the staff members name's. And the price was cheaper than the parts store across the street! Thanks again for the polite, professional service!

I made an appointment to have my tire plugged thinking it would cost me the usually $24.95, however they did it for free. The next day they called to make sure I was okay! No one has ever done that before!! I will definitely return for future services, because they were thoughtful and nice!

I just went to the Winton Road Finneytown location 4/21/23 around 4:45pm bc one of my windshield wipers was coming apart..and of course it's pouring rain after work. The two guys at the counter went above and beyond and got me out the door within 10 minutes tops!! This is why I go to TD!!! Awesome job guys

Great experience. Friendly staff. Did not feel pressured like many other mechanics. Took the time to explain what was done and made sure I understood the process. Highly recommend
