Heading into thanksgiving '23, we had a nail puncture�our family car's tire. I shopped around and Costco had won our business until I spoke with a gentleman at the Colerain TD location. Your employee stated that not only would�TD match Costco's price, but would have more value by way of a free alignment and could get us in quickly. We agreed and had the work done a couple days later, fantastic experience to this point.However, the work was billed incorrectly at a higher price than agreed upon. The employee filled out a refund request that he stated had to go to corporate and we would receive�the refund within a week or two. Not a fan of the run around but he was great.I called customer�service asking for updates several times without replies. Fast forward to March, almost 4 months later, and after speaking with an employee not in management, TD declined to correct the billing.�His explanation was that they do NOT match Costco and their employee�was wrong to offer this. Also, the higher difference in the price (around $200) is because of the FREE alignment service. What?? Yes, the FREE alignment is not free. He stated that Costco doesn't offer�the free alignment and that is why their pricing is lower. Due to this, TD will not make the agreement right.�So Tire Discounters decision to not honor their word and the agreed upon price made with their employee on a recorded line, was due to a FREE service that obviously is not and that they don't back up their employees who use improper sales tactics.As this is unfortunately bad business, I don't recommend. It's a shame, as their guys were actually great.

From the time I walked in, I felt pressured to make a purchase (just went in for FREE tire rotation). They told me my 2 front tires were bald, I knew that and let them know I would let my son know (it's not my car). I left and before I could get to work I got a call saying that I REALLY should replace the 2 tires. I told them OK print out an estimate and again PLEASE just rotate them and I'll tell my son. When I came to pick it up, there was no quote printed and the CSR mentioned the lower control arms need replaced. I asked him to print out an estimate and he simply wrote a price on the paper, with no explanation of anything. They get 2 because the lugs are still in tact.

I usually have a great experience here and have been bringing my car for years, but this last go around I felt like a burden and service took longer than expected with having an appt scheduled ahead of time. They also forgot to align my tires which took another 20 minutes after I paid my bill.

Solid tire shop. Recently replaced the tires on 2 of my vehicles this past year and got both of them done here. A few notes of why 4 star instead of 5. First I got the TPMS sensor replaced in my car, and it took them 2 hours to get them to the shop. I was fine waiting, but wished that they would have communicated that it might have taken that long before hand. The second is that I had asked them to reset the steering angle sensor in my car, I'm pretty sure they didn't do it. Not a big deal, but I specifically asked for it and they told me they could. Third is that my truck that I got aligned 6 months ago has been driving ever so slightly to the left on the highway after the new tires and alignment. Not a big deal, but still something I can't get my mind off.

Never again. I m still waiting to hear back from corporate and will continue calling. They not only put the WRONG oil in my van but assured me they checked my brakes before I left for a long road-trip. Thankfully I had another mechanic check because I needed all new brakes. The manager and service manager are a joke.

Prices are outright theft. I just paid nearly 1k for an alternator plus installation. Nothing out of the ordinary. Very simple. The part can be found for less than 200 dollars, and the installation is about a 45 minute job. Highest prices I've seen yet - literally anywhere. And this was with a "discount". Sad.

Nobody in line, mechanics literally hanging out in garage playing on phones anmd walking around doing nothing and was told they couldn t get me in til Monday. WTH????

This place was great. They close at 4 I got there at 325. And was out the door at 4. I will take all my cars there from now on

I used to work at the one in colerain they are not concerned with your safety at all. I was actually sent home because I refused to do a patch repair on a tire with more than half it's tread missing. Completely missed, bands exposed. I very much believe they put that young womans life in danger. Also they don't puncture their tires like they're supposed to do go get you some freebies.

My son called me said said one of his tires was damages. Since he was due for new tires I told him to check with Tire Discounters if they had a particular tire in stock we saw on the website with a rebate Fortunately they had the set!! They got him and out later that day. What's even better I used my Tire Discounters credit card I get 6 most no interest.

I ll never use this tire discounters again went up a few months ago took them 3-4 times to actually fix my tire had to miss work twice because they told me it was fixed then today I go and they tell me a different tire isn t patch able so I went and got my tire took it to a friend and they were able to patch my tire quick and just fine seems like they were not educated enough or lazy to patch my tire or just trying to get money out of me this is the reason people avoid shops and I do my best since I know how to do most repairs myself

Professional, courteous, didn't push for something I didn't need or want. Very friendly & wait was not long. Bought 4 new tires & I love them. Not scared now of driving in snow & rain.

I bought a regular tire to us as my spare instead of a donut. I brought the regular tire to them to have it balanced. Says they won t do it because it a spare and doesn t need to be. No I don t like driving on donuts. I feel better with a regular tire on my car instead of have a trash spare donut on my car. But we are ASE certified congratulations you can read a book.

I got a good deal on four tires and a year later no complaints. I have went back for a free rotation and putting air in my tires for free, and everyone was pleasant.

I highly recommend getting tires from here. Trent was super helpful and has great energy. If you re upset you got a popped tire, you ll leave here shortly after with a smile.

I had a bit of difficulty with the initial scheduling as my preferred location is not the closest to where the vehicle was picked up, but it was worked out. The scheduler did not pass all relevant information to the driver or the shop this time, but that was not my usual experience so I am more than willing to try again when next needed as I have received good service from this shop as well as the drivers every other time!

The service was great. They order the tires. Called me to tell me they're in. Drop off vehicle and the call to tell me my car was done. Very happy with the service.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION near Interstate 275 East or West. Been going to them for a long time and they have been good! Ashley is amazing and is always in good spirits when I come in. Going back for another appointment. Other tire discounters locations need to be like this one I go to. Great services and great staffing. I would highly recommend!!

I purchased four new tires. Mark the person that helped me make my purchase did not try to upsell me in any way. I dropped my car off and within an hour and a half I was back in my car going home. Everybody was courteous the waiting room is clean the prices are very reasonable I can't say enough good about these guys. If you need tires this is the place to go. This is the one by Walmart North

I had an appointment this morning at 11am for my tires to be rotated. I arrived on time was checked in right away. I waited 40 minutes and my vehicle was still outside, I asked for my keys I don't have 2 hours for such a routine service. I guess this is what you get for buying tires here, they make no profit so they treat you badly.

I have been going to this particular TD for many, many years. Tom Litteral, General Mgr, has been very honest in all my transactions. He treats me like family and I very much appreciate not having to be concerned about being taken advantage of. Mark, Devon and the rest of the employees are kind, considerate and perform great mechanical tasks. Thanks so much.

Took my truck in for a simple tire leak. Said it was unreparable but it was in a different area. They didn't even bother to check. I won't be back here.

I had a great experience at this location today, helped buy a wonderful employee named Mark. After calling several other mechanics to get a nail taken out of my tire and a tire repair, I couldn't get anyone to help me. Not even the dealership I bought the car at was willing to go out of their way to help me get this done. I called this location and Mark assured me he could get it fixed today, to drop the car off and he would get it done. I decided to get an oil change also, and within an hour they had my tire repaired, and an oil change and tire rotation done. This man went above and beyond to help me today and above all else was very kind. people like this restore my faith in humanity and I will definitely be going to this location again. Thank you Mark!

This afternoon I took a wheel/tire up there to be patched. The team took care of me in an expedited manner and were very professional to both myself and the other customers in the waiting room.I was so pleased with their service I did a small burnout in a Corvette as I was leaving to show them a token of my appreciation.I will definitely be a returning customer.

Thank you to service manager Charles Bennett and the crew for their excellent customer service. I showed up at 2 pm for a diagnostic check and bulb replacement for a blown head light. Diagnostics revealed that I had major issues. The team worked past business hours on my car in a concerned and professional manner. They and got back on the road in what now feels like a new car!
