Today Tire Discounters Kenwood put a set of tires on my Tesla Model 3. I'm reluctant to let non-Tesla service centers work on my "baby" but this seemed like the best idea. It seems they had some issues getting the OEM tires to seat on the rims, but got the job done without too much difficulty. I knew there was a minor alignment issue because of the tire wear and this matched they findings when doing the alignment.It would have been nice if they communicated the installation delay to me, but not a huge deal. They were polite and didn't try to hide the difficulty or try to sell me extra services. If fact, they worked to apply all reasonable rebates and helped me with financing. For many years I have taken my gasoline cars to this Kenwood shop. I have no hesitation in recommending this shop for other Tesla owners.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I couldn t get there until an hour before they closed time, but they still guaranteed they d get my oil change done. The people who helped me past the closing time didn t complain or roll their eyes that I was making them late. Great customer service!

Jon provides the highest level of courteous and cheerful service. The technicians are friendly and prompt. I have had 2 nails in my tire within the past month. Though not a problem anyone wants to deal with, my anxiety was reduced because of the great customer service provided.

Messed up my brand new rims have not been helpful in getting it fixed or replaced. Mike has been awful to work with and has not had any urgency in fixing their mistake.If you have a truck with nice wheels, do not come here. Awful experience.

I went to this location on one of our coldest days of the year for air after it was brought to my attention. I pulled to the first bay as I've been told to do in the past. Andrey was out with air hose in hand before I got out of my car. He was polite, very careful to get the right pressure for my car, and did all four when I only knew of one being low. He must be a valued employee because he surely knows how to treat customers. I've always gotten my tires at Tire Discounters, and today "sealed the deal" for future tires. Thank you Andrey, and "Joe" who answered the phone when I called was equally kind.

Billy was amazing. Not only did he tell me why my tire was losing air, but he brought the tire and showed my son exactly what he did to figure out the issue. He then explained to us how he would fix it and worked in an area by the window so my son could watch. Not only did they fix it, but we enjoyed being there.

I bought 4 new tires today from a competitor, and on 71 just north of Montgomery rd exit the right rear went flat,( the valve stem was not properly seated) ruining the new tire. I limped in to T.D. to see if they could put a new stem in for me, only to find out the tire was ruined, they took my car in and put my spare on immediately , as I called where I bought them, so I could go back and have tire replaced, and you guys wouldn't accept a penny. This made my day, great customer service. Thank you

I am so glad that I made the decision to come to Tire Discounters instead of the dealership, which is what I typically do. They did a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, repaired my issues (known and unknown) and thoroughly explained everything to me. I also felt that pricing was fair in comparison to dealership costs. Billy was my technician, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. I strongly recommend Tire Discounters and I will be returning as needed!

I can't give zero stars, otherwise I would have. I walked in to tire discounters said hello to the gentleman at the front desk he responded with, "what can I do for you, if I can do it at all, we are very busy today". I looked at him, and said. "You don't even know what I needed done", and walked out. Extremely rude, I was so dumbfounded. When this place was across the stree,There was a tall skinny service manager who was very nice. Whoever they have there now will cause them to lose alot of business.

Came in for an alignment and left with a cracked windshield that they have no intention of replacing.I called them immediately after noticing the driver's side crack in my windshield probably 10 seconds out of the parking lot. I was told by the employee they would have the manager call me.After 3 weeks of calling them a few times each week, I finally got a call from their store manager (Robert Wells). Rob, denies causing the damage and highlights that because I have no proof that the damage didn't occur prior to my appointment they wouldn't fix the damage. (Apparently, you need to take pictures of anything they could potentially break prior to any appointment.) Along with that severe lack of accountability, Rob goes on to degrade my knowledge and place the blame on me. An incredibly unprofessional experience and my 60 minute alignment has wasted hours of my time.If you're considering going here, I would advise against it. If you're in a similar situation, here are a few options for you. Someone needs to hold these businesses accountable, they are taking advantage of consumers.1. Leave an honest review.2. Report it to the Better Business Bureau.3. Speak with a lawyer and file a suit in small claims court.Best,Nick KochUpdate 5 months later:No effort from Tire Discounters to resolve my situation. I was blamed and then ignored. The "owner" that commented on this never reached out. The manager closed my BBB case by telling them it was resolved. The "Customer Service Portal" I was told to use is useless. I received no response from them and the line was busy every time I called. So I ended up cutting my losses and just paying to have the windshield replaced because I didn't feel a lawsuit was worth the time, but I'll be sure to tell every person I can about this bs. Don't give them business.

Couldn t be happier with a tire shop. We are traveling across the country and popped a tire on our drive and we have our cat with us. They allowed us to bring our little guy in and helped us get back on the road. If you re in the market for a new tire, Tire Discounters Kenwood is the place to go! Thanks again guy!

I chose Tire Discounters for their deal on getting free alignment when purchasing 4 tires. I was able to get an appointment within decent time (made appointment on a Friday to get in the following Monday at 9 am) and the process took about an hour 15. However, when driving my car back my alignment was much worse than before. When I called in about the issue I was told to bring it back in and it would be fixed no problem, but did find it odd I was given no apology at all. Bringing it back in the next day they were able to fix it. And it was fixed right the 2nd time around, but I did feel like I was treated differently and like I was being condescended by coming back in for an issue on them. And again, did not get apologized to. I work in customer service and management and felt like I wasn t treated with much respect after voicing my concerns after dropping $800 with them. But at the end of the day I have new tires and my car is now properly aligned. Wish they could just have a bit more customer service!!

We had a blow out on the interstate and needed to get a replacement tire. They were very helpful and put the new tire on the rim right away. We were able to get back on the road. Thanks so much for helping us out!

For the Kenwood road location in Cincinnati, Ohio. Should have listened to the yelp reviews. Found a screw in my tire that wasn't even causing loss of pressure yet. Made appointment to have tire patched, came in and dropped off no problem. Call me back ten mins later stating the tire tread was "too low" to patch. Tech stated my tread was between 2-3/32 and their policy is to not patch below 3. They did however offer me a "great deal" of four new tires for $1,059 . However, my car is barely three years old with 26,000 miles. And I recently was serviced on Aug 8 by my dealership who gave me a print out with tire tread which read them all at 6/32... hmmmm. So I lost half or more of my tread in a few weeks?? See picture for that proof. Super shady practices. I'm 100 percent sure if my husband had come in with the car, they would have patched and moved on. 0/10 avoid at all costs.

I had a slow leak and called another local tire company and was told I would have to leave my car for the day. I called Tire Discounters and Mike at Kenwood said, come on in we will get you taken care of, and that s exactly what they did! In and out in 10 minutes and best part - showed me what was in the tire, repaired it and NO charge!I am a Tire Discounters customer for life.Summer was also very friendly and helpful.Highly recommend going to Tire Discounters.

Made my appointment for Friday 12/9 for 8:00am for tire rotation, balance, and check front end alignment. I called Thursday, 12/8 to confirm my arrival time and work to be done. When I arrived was told my appointment was at 8:30 and they didn't have the alignment in their system to work on. They would try to get everything done or I'd have to bring back another time for alignment. While waiting, I saw all 4 tires removed but not taken to get balanced. I confronted the man who checked me and was first told they only balance if the customer complaints of vibration or any issue. I said I paid for the warranty package for rotation/balance. I purchased four tires, warranty package and four new brakes and pads on 12/24/2021. This was the first time I returned since that time for any service since my mileage was right on track. They managed to get all the work done that day.

Website is extremely deceptive. 4 tires for $300!!!! Winds up being $600. Had a bolt in my new tires. Took it to get patched and get told "oh, it can't be patched, you have to buy a new tire!"The bolt was just stuck between the tread. It didn't even puncture the tire, but yet I needed a whole new tire....Really hard to trust a company that flat out lies to you.Service has always been fast and friendly, but I don't think I can trust them with my business any more. Do better.Edit: thanks for the reply, but did you even read the part about lying about needing a new tire???

Customer service is outstanding!!! Shout-out to the manager Robert and staff member Mike! These two gentlemen took great care of me and my car. Definitely reasonable cost, easy parking and location, they keep you informed and the service is quick and professional. They are caring and very reliable. Highly recommend!
