Excellent care and work with new tires and a follow-up repair due to a screw. Even though I live close to a different TD, this facility has superior customer service.

We were traveling through the area when our car developed a grinding noise in the front end. One of our local friends recommended this place for service. They took my car in promptly and determined that noises were coming from both front wheels. They gave a very accurate estimate to repair and I was able to pick up the car early in the afternoon. Great service!

Always easy to deal with Brandon and the team. Dropped the car off. they fixed two leaks, one corrosion on the rim, one a screw and rotated all. Kind of coincidentally coming up all at the same time. Had the car back in a couple of hours. No charge!! Well done folks.

I have been able to pull in ask for service on short notice.Without calling for an appointment. They actually remember me and my name.I find that refreshing as a Senior Citizens

I was treated well by everyone, and am satisfied with the new tires. However, it is always good to verify with the customer why replacements were needed i.e., showing the area where there was metal in the tire, either in person or taking a picture and showing the customer via phone. In these days of less than scrupulous businesses, it makes sense to demonstrate honesty and integrity with a little evidence.

I had a rather complicated tire issue regarding my 2011 Porsche 911 turbo. It requires very unusual tires. I worked through the Worcester Pike store. The service advisor helping me was Chelsea. I cannot say enough good things about her or complement her enough for her kindness, expertise and knowledge in helping me sort the problem out. She was absolutely terrific on the work done by the technicians there was superb. Again, I cannot say enough good things about my experience there.

Never been to one before now, and they were fantastic. Quick, accountable, honest about pricing and what you get, helpful with questions, double checked tire size (and fixed my mistake), I could go on. Great service and great staff here, don t think twice.

Love the Tire Discounters in Mariemont. Always professional, friendly and above all - fixes cars the first time. Never had an issue with any of vehicles after service. Brendan is a great mgr.

I hesitated to write this review but the thought of someone else, possibly a neighbor who takes their car/truck to this Tire Discounter having the same experience prompted me to write it.My husband has taken his truck to TD on Wooster Pike for the last 4 years for all service and oil changes, he has trusted their expertise and we love that they are right down the street from our house so we can drop off and walk home. Two weeks ago he took his truck in for his 100,000 mile inspection and specifically told them that he was hearing a noise and would like them to check what it is, we paid $656 for this work. Since it is an inspection we expect that the truck is fully inspected and if there are any parts that need replacing that they at the very least tell us and suggest we replace them, then it would be up to us if we decide to replace them at that time or not. However they did the most basic inspection and changed the spark plugs and a few other very minor things. Never any mention of any parts going bad and that they didn't find any source of any noise.Two days later my husband called back and said that he was still hearing the same noise and they brushed it off and told him that the belts were fine (my husband thought that might be the source of the noise) and didn't need replacing and that nothing they did would have caused the noise he was describing. We proceeded to drive 3 hours away a week and a half later and on the way home driving 70 MPH on the highway the engine completely gave out, made a horrible noise and was almost impossible to steer. The engine immediately overheated and we barely made it to the side of the road without getting in an accident. We spent 2 1/2 hours waiting for a tow truck to pick us up and drive us the 100 miles back to Cincinnati at the cost of $380. We would have gladly towed the car to a close location if they were open on Sundays. However we couldn't leave the truck in another state almost two hours away so we ended up towing it home.The next morning after they had checked the truck T.D. called my husband to tell him the water pump had gone out and it would be a $420 replacement, but they would give us $40 off the replacement. This absolutely blew my mind that there was zero accountability that we could have very easily caused a horrific accident because they did not do a thorough inspection and gone a little further to ensure the trucks safety, even after a second call about the noise.After a lot of convincing, the manager agreed to split the cost of the service with us, so we paid half the price, so that he could "still pay his tech".I greatly value business reviews and base most of my decisions on which businesses I work with because of the honest reviews of others so I felt that we needed to do the same. Be careful working with this T.D. and drive safe!

I know nothing about cars and was nervous to come in for my flat tire. However, the staff was incredibly friendly. Explained everything well and took good care of me. Very much appreciated!

The team at the Tire Discounters on Wooster are the absolute best. 10/10 Cream of the crop. They are courteous, quick, and professional. Shout out to Brandon and Chesley in particular! They are so customer service focused, informative, and professional. I always feel good taking my car there because I know they'll do the job right every time. I've recommended this location to family because I know they'll keep my loved ones safe and sound on the road. Thank you, guys!PS- These folks love cookies. I do get my tires and service here but I have also popped in for various reasons over the years. The staff is always willing to help without making you feel like a bother. Outstanding customer service!

Needed 4 new tires and was informed couldn't do the free alignment without significant front end work on our 2016 Toyota Highlander with 185,000 miles. Needed car the next day to drive to Iowa for a wedding. Brandon was able to complete the tires, front end work, and new front brakes - pads and rotors, and by the end of the same day (we had dropped of the vehicle the night before). Stupid Good!

We couldn't be more impressed with the whole crew, specifically Brandon and Christian. While on our way to Alabama, one of our camper wheels came off. We found our way to Tire Discounters, and they had us safely on the road in no time! Can't thank you all enough! Mike, Donna, and Ruby

Tire Discounters had the tires I wanted and at a competitive price. When I found out that they offered pickup and drop off of my car just made my decision even easier. Jamie was very professional and polite. I would recommend this service and this business.

I was there on Friday to replace two old tires. Drove 30 minutes out of my way because I appreciated Chelsea s service attitude over the phone. The guy who worked on my car upsold me two new stems as well. Saturday, I m being towed to a Tire Discounters by my house because my tire is flat because there was a leak in my stem! How wrong is this picture!! Also I replaced the tires now bc I have a trip on Monday (tomorrow) for work which means I get to pay for a rental for 9 days. Rating is for the customer service only. I am SO frustrated!

Jamie and Jenny were super friendly and took utmost care with picking up my vehicle. The vehicle pick up service makes it less stressful by eliminating the need to figure out how to get to work and have my car in the shop. The guys at the Wooster Pike store always get things done in a timely and kind manner! They are good people!

As always, the Wooster Pike TD rocks - the best customer service and service overall! I can't say enough positive things about this team. Great service. Replaced blown tire within hours. Detailed work including two person check of lug nut torque values and putting temporary tire in a plastic bag before putting it back in our car. Thanks for the help guys.
