My car broke down in front of their store around midnight so it was closed. I had them repair the vehicle which took almost 2 weeks that's fine. But when I got my car back there was damage on the front bumper, which wasn't there before. They are trying to tell me it was like that and it's my fault. I don't know about anyone else but I'm not gonna drive my car while the front bumper isn't even all the way attached. All I wanted was for them to take responsibility for it and fix it but now I may have to take it to court because they don't want to right their wrong. I had already paid them $2,800 for what they repaired only to have them give me my car back damaged and blame me. I have photos of it before and after and there was someone with me when I dropped off the vehicle, as well as when I dropped the keys off to them and they both said it wasn't like that either.

Long story short - they attempted to corner me into buying a new set of tires I didn't need.Got a flat tire one day. I was lucky enough to be able to pull off the highway and right into their parking lot. I showed them the flat, they told me it was not reparable, and they replaced it no problem. 2 days later, I run a flat with the same exact tire (new tire they just sold me). I have my car towed back to tire discounters so they can replace it again free of charge (warranty). This time, the employee tells me I have to replace all 4 tires (~$1200) or my transmission will be destroyed. Previously when I ran a flat there was no mention of this. Thankfully, I refused despite them blindsiding me with this information, and I only had 1 tire replaced. Now, 10k miles later, my transmission is absolutely fine.Note: I understand recommending a full set replacement to avoid unbalancing the tread, but my tires were relatively new. My car is also AWD.

Well I only went there because it was recommended by a fellow employee, I needed a trie mounted and balanced which cost $25. But that wasn't the best I was standing in waiting area, my car was right at the window I watched the employee use a hammer to put the socket on the lugnuts and once he removed it he would again beat it with the hammer I will attach pictures of what my lugnuts look like before and after taking into consideration that my car is 2015 and has had the tires off and on but pictures don't mess them up

Mike was very helpful and got me taken care of right away. My experience buying tires was fantastic a few months ago and when I showed up for a 5k tire rotation I was in and out in 30min. Would recommend!

Sharp object thrown at my car on the expressway, Tire Discounters changed out my round of stock tires. It was very scary and dangerous to experience.Thank goodness they could help Ford Motors shop was already closed and done for that evening. Thank you, TD!

The Oakley location on Marburg in Cincinnati is amazing. Kevin was so helpful and honest. I came in with a nail sticking out of the tread on my tire. Unfortunately, it wasn t in a fixable spot but I needed new tires anyway. They had several options in stock and they called me an uber free of charge so I wouldn t have to wait while they installed them.

The pros of this store is they completed the job, and the staff was courteous. But that was far outweighed by the obvious lack of craftsmanship and ability to follow simple directions. As shown in the picture, I believe they got more tire soap on the wheels then the tires. I was told by 3 different associates my key could be left in the truck so I could pick up off hours, and I even prepaid. Luckily I had a spare to still get my truck as the key was not left in, but I did share a good laugh with the associate that called me the next day to pick my truck up that was not on site . They did manage to fill the tires up to the recommended pressure on the door, but failed to realize my truck didn t come stock on 33 tires or Hostile wheels. So an extra bonus, I got to add air to my tires after I left, make a trip to the car wash to clean the wheels and make a 3rd trip to the store to get my key.As a follow up, I did email this review to customer service as adviser but didn t not receive any follow up

I came in with a flat that I had driven on to exhaustion. I was in a total panic because I knew I was damaging the tire but had no choice. Your manager said it would be okay and they would take care of me. Even as busy as they were they put 2 new tires on for me. That meant I could get to my Thanksgiving today. I am so appreciative of all they did for me!!!

We got tremendous service and great value from the Oakley store. It was very welcoming and despite being very busy, Rufus was able to get us in to put on our new tires with very little waiting.

My wheel center cap came off while driving after a tire rotation. I asked to ensure the center caps were tightened since it happened once in the past, evidently, they didn t. In addition, not good customer service.

I would give Tire Discounters 10stars if it allowed me! Definitely is 10 Stars! I came in yesterday with a concern with maybe needing brakes. Dalton greeted me and took time to listen to my concerns explained details to my vehicle even noticed I had a chunk out of my tire I didn t even know..Even fitted me into the schedule! I forgot I had another engagement so, I rescheduled and he got me in the next Day! They got busy him and the other gentleman at front Desk they treated every customer with same courtesy, concerned and with Excellent Customer Service! I was so applauded they was patient and moving the line..just the two of them (it was at least 10ppl in lobby). I came next Day, same experience Great customer service greeted kindly I ended up getting something else added and Dalton said it might take a little longer and suggested me a complimentary Uber how thoughtful was that! I have been in a couple of Dealerships and the service didn t compare to their service, no wonder they were busy! People know where to go! A lot of places can learn from them! Safety was Dalton concern I appreciate that! Glad it s Great Established like them still around!Thanks, for the Remarkable Customer service from start to finish!

I went to Tire Discounters on Marburg as I had a nail in the middle of one of my tires (see images below). I took it to get the tire patched. The store manager (Mike Mekan) told me that the tire was useless and the sidewall had been punctured. He recommended buying 2 new tires since it is best to replace tires in pairs. I showed him a picture of where I found the nail and it was in the center of the tire and nowhere near the sidewall. He said it would be difficult to repair the tire as it was an area that flexes. I asked if he could at least attempt to patch it. After 30 mins he showed me the inside of the tire and said that it would be difficult to patch because it was close to a serial number on the inside of the tire (see image) and there was a 50/50 chance the patch would work. I again implored him to attempt to patch it. After another 30 mins I saw my car pulled up outside and I walked up to pay the $30 for the patch. Mike made no effort to sell me any tires he just told me how much it was and on the invoice it said that I acknowledged there was a 50/50 chance of the patch working.I am glad that I had a general knowledge that nails in the center of the tire are fully repairable because had I not I would be out $400 for 2 new tires. I took my tire to my dealership and showed them the pictures and said yes that tire is fully repairable and Tire Discounters were just trying to sell new tires. I would avoid using Tire Discounters as they have shady business practices and will take advantage of any customer who is not knowledgeable of cars and tires. It is still crazy to me that I had to talk the store manager into patching the tire.

First time at this Tire Discounters Oakley, phenomenal service! They were accommodating, fixed my alternator at a very reasonable price, even sent an Uber to pick me up when my car was ready (which only took less than a day). Definitely coming back and recommend. Thank you Mike, Dalton, Rufus, and Mechanic Gabe!

This location has been helping my wife and I with our cars for years now and we're never disappointed. Rufus especially has been helpful and always provides great customer service. I can't imagine trusting my family vehicles with anyone else.

I had my car serviced for new tires and told them three times I did not want the insurance and was charged for it anyway I called within my three days to have charges removed so far nothing has happened I want the money returned to my account

I came here panicking because of an issue i was having with my car, they let me wait inside and the service was amazing, constantly checking in on me and making sure i was comfortable while waiting (which wasn't very long). The man came out and sat with me to tell me what was wrong, he was very nice and explained to me in detail what happened and what I needed to do, they let me go without charge after the inspection since they were unable to fix the issue. Really great service I'm happy I went even if they couldn't get the part I needed!

MY FRIEND HAD A FLAT TIRE. WE ARRIVED HERE WAY BEFORE THEY CLOSED. MIND YOU IT TAKES LIKE 20 MINS MAX TO CHANGE A TIRE. THEY LITERALLY CAME OUT LOOKED AT OUR VEHICLE AND SAID THEYLL BE BACK. INSTEAD THEY WENT INSIDE AND TURNED ALL THEIR LIGHTS OUT THEN SAID THEYRE CLOSED. THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY AND DISGUSTING HUMAN BEINGS. FIRE THIS CREW

I went to have my rear passenger tire patched and rear driver side tire replaced and they replaced the rear passenger tire and left the leaking rear driver side tire on so the next morning it was flat. I got it back to them and I was told they had a new tire coming from the warehouse to replace the driver side rear... that was a lie!!! They got my old tire out of their scrap heap, patched it and put it on my vehicle which I would've been fine with (because that's what I paid to have done the day b4) had they not lied to my face.

I went to the Oakley Ohio location after hitting a curb a little too soon! With a health issue ive been battling it was truly the last thing I needed in my life, not to mention needing 4 tires due to the AWD design of my 2014 Subaru.All seemed bleak and dreary Then i was greeted by Mike. He was courteous from the get go, offering me a warm smile when he could just have easily starred right through me in a hurry to get me processed!I noticed a great epic tattoo on his right arm that I asked about. He went to explain that it was a tribute to his late daughter.He candidly addressed my tire situation and shot me straight stating that the tires couldn t be salvaged. He offered me a discount given my unforeseen misfortune.(He even added a comic remark stating that he would try and minimize the bad news given the drained look on my face)In conclusion this is the type of guy you want with you in the trenches, every time without exception! Mike deserves an extra paid day off this year to do well whatever the heck he wants! The best albeit brief interaction Ive EVER HAD at TD or ANY tire shop Ive patronized! I wish I could pick 0 stars! This location was VERY unhelpful, and tried to take advantage of me because I m a woman and assumed i knew nothing and would just swipe my card for whatever. They tried to sell me a new tire instead of simply repairing my basically brand new tire (5-6 months old). I really wanted a 2nd opinion because it would have been very expensive to buy a new tire and seemed ridiculous to me since they advertise free repairs, so I took it to another location and they literally fixed it for free no problem .

This was my first time as a customer with Tire Discounters. And I will be a repeat customer. From my first contact with Rufus to the end, everything went well. Thanks to Dalton, Rufus, the young man who worked on my vehicle and all the mechanics in the shop, thank you for a job well done.

Jamie was so professional, nice, and efficient. They made the process of getting a new tire seamless. I was able to get work done while they came to get my car and drop it off. Thank you SO much for offering this service and thank you for being wonderful! I will absolutely use Tire Discounters in the future!

Ordered a tire and was not told when it came in, was then texted and called that my tire had been there a few days and did I still want it. I replied saying yes and when could I come in? I was told 1 pm. Arrived 10 min early, and was waiting for over 2 hours for one tire to be placed on my car. Had I known it would take that long, I would have made arrangements to get back to work. I was told 45 minutes originally.

Because a guy put a bug in my ear, I just price checked my new tires. (I wouldn t have, because I ve always had good experiences with TD) But, lo and behold, TD had the best prices, on top of super service. I m a fan

Put some new meats on the old beast. Tire Discounters delivered as always. Serious savings. I went for the BTGOFP sale (buy three, get one full price). I must have really made an impression on the sales guy. He said the deal is only offered during normal business hours. Glad I waited until they opened.
