STAY FAR AWAY! took my vehicle in to get 4 tires on there black friday special. Picked it up in the evening and drove it home. Next day went to a buddys and he wanted to check them out. Thats when we noticed the immense amount of curb damage. Instantly brought it back to the store and showed them. I have now gotten drug around for almost 3 weeks and they will not take blame for this damage. Mind you, I came back less than 24 hours later, only 13 miles driven in that time. Manager said he would look at the camera footage and offer it to me. Well that is a lie! I have asked for it multiple times, and each time no definite answer. It is sad they promote themselves as a family owned, but they could care less about the customer. Take a look at the pictures for yourself. All that damage is brand new. Not only did they not take ownership of this, they drug me around and wasted my time for 3 weeks!!!

I was at the Tire Discounters in Cincinnati on Redbank Rd yesterday. My tire had picked up a screw and I was heading out of town. John there (the front desk tech) not only assessed the problem with only 20 mins until close, he personally fixed the tire so I could continue my trip out of town! Above and beyond customer service excellence and I am so grateful for this experience and for John! Thanks Tire Discounters for employing people who really do CARE

Very disappointing. I have used this location to repair a tire, and was considering them for my routine maintenance. I had a light come on that told me that my car needed engine coolant. I put the coolant in and needed the code to be reset. They said they do not just clear codes, that it would be a $50 charge to reset it because they needed some expensive equipment to do it. I left feeling a bit disgusted as they didn't even look at my car to determine what the issue was. They just told me they could only do for the charge. They said that the equipment costs thousands of dollars.I left and went to a place that works on my son's car. They didn't know me and said they could do it for $25, (when I told them who I was, they didn't charge me at all). I agreed as I needed to have the code cleared.As it turned out, the process to clear this code was the same as when clearing the light after receiving an oil change. They not only reset the code, but they showed me how to do it in the future....FOR FREE!!!.I don't mind paying for legit service, but this was simply a case of clearing out the code as the work had been done and did not require any equipment or specialization to do it. Had Tire Discounters actually taken the 2 minutes to look at my car, they would have known that. So, instead of securing me as a loyal customer, they lost me to:WEIGEL Auto Service 8556 Vorhees Ln, Cincinnati, OH 45236.They have been wonderful to my young son. Honest and true, I will definitely go back to WEIGEL for my future needs.SHAME ON YOU TIRE DISCOUNTERS YOU FAILED!

I put my truck up on the curb and threw out my alignment, came in afterwork one day and they were able to inspect my truck for any bent parts and get me aligned and back on the rode in no time. Johnathan was very professional and took great care of me.

Amazing service!!! I wish I got the name of the person that helped me, but he was fantastic. Completely honest and didn t try to upsell me. Quickly arranged for Uber pickup and drop off as well. Definitely will come here again if needed.

My fianc� unexpectedly got a flat tire and we took his car took to this Tire Discounters because it was the closest tire shop in the area. Chandler quickly took care of the issue and we got the car back in about a hour and half. Luckily the tire was able to be patched and the shop was honest and didn t try to make us buy a new tire. We will definitely be back when we need help with our tires again, Chandler was great and made our day! This was for sure the best experience we ve ever had at a tire shop.

Pierre answered the phone and was incredibly helpful and was able to get me in immediately. Chandler handled my paperwork and was very kind and even told me my car wasn't too dirty (which has never been true haha). He went through all of my options and offered different levels of tire and discussed the pros and cons which was incredibly helpful. I was in and out quick and am very happy with their services!

Bought 4 new tires last week. On Friday the front tire went flat. AAA came and said the tire was fine but not properly sealed correctly. Saturday morning I called tire discounters to notify them and the employee said bring in the vehicle and we'll get to it in 2-3 hours. The employee didn't apologize and was rude and dismissive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! If it were my company I would have said I'm sorry we will take care of it right away.

I visited here when I noticed I had a tire no longer safe to drive on. An Employee helped me and quickly serviced my vehicle without trying to upcharge me or offer services I didn't need thank you a ton!!

Used the "Skip the Shop" service and it was fantastic. I've been loyal to TD for over a decade and always felt I've been treated well and gotten a great price on all my services. Having them pick my car up from work and drop it back off before the end of the day was the best. I'll definitely be doing this from now on.This was my first time at the Red Bank location, but the crew was just as great as the Kenwood, Ft Wright, or Independence locations. Let me emphasize that. I've been to 4 and all were clean, staffed with a great team, and just provide phenomenal service.

We went there on new year's eve to check on our rear tires. They informed us that it was better to change those tires now instead of patching them. They provided the whole list of tire options, we decided on the tire and left the car there to make the changes. We received a call from the place nearly 2 hours after we left the car there saying that the job was done. The team was super nice, specially Benjy. It was a really nice job and we for certain will come back for future services.

I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone here takes pride in their work, and it shows. I would not take my car anywhere else but the Tire Discounters on Red Bank because of the great service and fair prices they offer. Thanks to everyone here who has helped me the last 6 years of keeping my car in good shape, and thanks for always getting me in so quickly as you do. I would not go to anyone else at this point. They have done my tires, brakes, batteries and just recently replaced my headlight. You guys truly are the best at what you do. A very satisfied customer.Thank you.Ginny C.

I have been using tire discounters for over 15 years and you are excellent providing quality service at a reasonable price. When my car had a flat tire on Saturday July 23. I was able to get to a TD in Cincinnati. I didn't mind the 2 hour wait to repair the tire. I was furious about the over 20 minutes it took to check me out. The front counter person continued to wait on other customers and even talked with new customers coming into the store, knowing my car was finished and ready to go. Not until I interrupted her and asked about my ticket , did she even recognize me. It was extremely poor service she provided and does represent what I have always expected from TD. Thanks

Very helpful and professional staff. Felt very comfortable waiting in the waiting room. It was warm and comfortable. I been in some where I was freezing and didn't have anything on the TV. Convenient location. Give these guys 5 stars all the way

I stopped in after discovering my back passenger tire was flat. I had just picked my dog up from surgery and had him in the back seat. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful, knowledgeable, and doing everything they could to accommodate me (leaving my dog in the back seat). Within only a half hour everything was take care of and the new tire was in place. I've received nothing but the best customer service at any Tire Discounters I've been to.

Great service, once again! Tire Discounters on Red Bank is simply the best! Took car in with terrible grinding noise coming from front tire. Thought it would be major but turned out to be a walnut jammed in the rotor! They gave me a free uber ride both ways while the car was worked, treated me kindly, got the job done in an hour, and didn't charge me for the work. Love Tire Discounters!

Never have I had a car service treat me with such respect, amazing customer service and personal care! Please give this place a chance, they are GREAT and the prices are affordable. They do a thorough job!I want to give a HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU to the Manager David who is passionate about taking care of his customers. You're loyalty and dedication does not go unnoticed!!!

Benjy was super helpful today when I needed a last minute flat tire repair. I really appreciate the quick assistance from his team! Finished the repair in about 15 minutes and was super friendly.

02/09/23 update - big thank you to Benjy and the team at the Red Bank location for the tire patch and great service. Super quick turn around and I appreciated them putting it back on the car for me, even though I had planned to put it on myself! I ll be back for new tires on the near future.Totally my new place for tires and oil changes. Amazing and efficient service, nicest staff. Thanks for making fixing a bum tire a great experience!

This is absolutely my new favorite location. I ve been here twice now and abandoned the location in Kenwood Road because the current staff at Kenwood Road is extremely rude and unprofessional.I called Kenwood to inquire about an appointment for the next two days, the guy asked me what the appointment would be for and as soon as I said it was for a tire rotation he immediately said no, not until next week. He didn t even mention a walk-in, which their website says they honor. Likely because this is a free service once you purchase four tires and there is no money to be made.I went to Red Bank as a walk-in after checking the website, dropped my vehicle off and the young lady at the front was very polite from start to finish. I had my car back much sooner than expected even though it looked like the business was very busy at the time. This is a great location and is as great as the location in Kenwood used to be.

They were extremely busy, had multiple customers treating them like dirt and being verbally abusive, as if the issues with their cars were a direct result from him I guess. The guy at the front desk, Chandler I think, remained calm and extremely courteous. He handled himself much better than I would have!He was always patient when I called for an update.He handled multiple customers at once. He told me I would need 4 new tires, suggested times coming soon for possible sales, and suggested making an appointment to expedite my future experience.

Great experience at this location! Great associates, very informative on the condition my vehicle was in. I was scheduled for balancing, and a tire rotation, my vehicle was finished in 1 1/2 hours. Much quicker than expected, even with the crowded business. Would definitely recommend.
