Excellent service! The manager was very professional. I brought my vehicle in for fluid flushes, and my vehicle was finished in less than a day. Since I forgot to have my tires rotated, balanced, and aligned, I brought my vehicle in a second time for those services. My vehicle was finished in two hours. Since having them repair my vehicle, my vehicle runs and drives better. They beat everyone else on their prices. Bring your vehicle here!

We thought my wife had a leaking tire. Took it to 3 different tire places that couldn't figure it out. Took it to the wheel doctor, they couldn't figure it out. Tire discounters was my 5th and final stop. Dominic Took the tire off and found a little bit of corrosion on the inside of the rim that was causing the leak. He repaired the rim for me at no charge. Amazing customer service! Great location!!!

Tire Discounters has always been a staple for our family. Make your appointments ASAP. Because with superb reliability comes high customer demand. Dominiic's store on Galbraith has my trust going on 17 plus years now. I have visited other car shops. But, I appreciate not being sold on fake repair needs like Kugel-farfigneutons or cripple-manifold-calibers. Galbraith location are successful based on their high quality service and ability to troubleshoot and prioritize. Keep up the great work. Because I have no patience for liars and poor quality.

Took my GMC Terrain for a routine oil change. Car had no issues prior to me getting the service. That same night I drove my car to work and my car drove very rough so I took it to get a diagnostic. I was told that gas was leaking into my engine oil an that one of the chambers had issues. The car drove completely fine prior to me getting a routine service. Now my car won't idle, has issues starting, and drives very rough. I was informed I need to replace my entire engine. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!

After receiving poor service several times, I lost faith in Tire Discounters. When I explained what had transpired with my last set of TD tires, the new GM Dominic Marziale took great care to ensure that my expectations were met. His professional demeanor and attention to detail made a huge difference. Exemplary customer service!

Absoultely stellar service and professionalism. I have come to TD and this location specifically for years. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Dominic was very friendly and helpful. This visit was a tire rotation and balance. Car is rolling smooth! Thanks!

Never had a problem with TD before. Only went to this location because my location was swamped. Will not make that mistake again. The guy at the front desk has no intention of doing what the customer wants. Had a perfectly fine tire that needed a basic nail repair. He couldn t use the side wall excuse so he made up some idea about a singular crack in the sidewall making it unrepairable. Guess what, the only option was 4 new tires. Surprise Surprise!! Went to another location and got it repaired. Don t waste your time here!

Service was good, the people were great. The only problem was that I dropped my car off at 8:05 am and didn't get my car back till after 6:00 pm. I understand by dropping off my car it is essentially pushed back to take in cars people wait for but to put it off till the last car of the day was unacceptable!! I used to work the tires to be changed in the car business so I seen how it worked, I do not like driving in the dark and told your employee so. I called at 4:00 pm to check on it and was told it was finally next pulled in and would take 2 hours for it to be done. And to get charged over 800.00 for the job I expected to have it back sooner! I missed an afternoon appt. I expected to have it back sooner than closing. Don't know if I will return as a customer again!!

Best service ever!!!! We were in traffic, had a flat tire, needed a tire and we were on our way to Canada Heidi got us in right away, went above and beyond and got us taken care of. The customer service here is excellent!!!! Thank you so much Heidi for the best experience ever!!!!

I had a great yet unusual experience here. Jake Smith is the General Manager. I have a 2018 vehicle, bought new. I was under the impression, by my car dealership, that since I had 46,000 miles on my car I needed new tires so I was ready to buy all four. Jake checked my car out and informed my current tires are still good; I have several months to go before buying new. I was surprised and impressed. He could have made that $900 sale easily and he's a great salesman. I recommend this location and when I'm ready for tires I'll come back here!

They put 4 new tires on. Tite pressure light was on when they finished. They told me tire pressure gun was broke, come back in a week when new one will be in. Their gun does not work on Toyota. They said maybe sensors were bad or needed batteries. Sensors were new by my mechanic. I told thrm light was not on when I came in. Their mechanic did something. Talked to manager and he was no help. Had to take to my mechanic and he reset them and fixed them

They overtightened a bolt underneath my cars oil pan, stripping the threading on the bolt and now it needs to be completely rethreaded, which is going to cost me several hundred dollars. The shop couldn t even fix the problem they created because they don t have the proper tools and said I m past my time period for them taking liability for this issue (got my car worked on 2.5 weeks ago), meaning I m footing the bill for an issue they caused. I will never be going back to this shop or any other tire discounters and I would recommend you find another place that takes responsibility for their actions and actually understands the cars that they re working on.

Very Friendly staff, Quick Service, Waiting Room was clean with free drinks while we waited, I was updated on any changes immediately !! We will definitely return for any future needs !!

Terrible service 2 times in a row from 2 different locations! HORRIBLE prices, did work with no cause for it! $891 dollars to fix the rack & pinion with noreasoning in notes, 2nd location said they can't see why that was done. 1st location didn't inspect brakes on visit, now spending almost $1000 on work that could've been prevented!! Just cannot refer friends to tire discounters anymore!!! I'm horribly disappointed!!! Yea, stupid service!!! Not stupid good, just plain stupid!

With safety concerns in regards to COVID, our family hasn t been out of the house. We were looking for a way to get a slow leak on one of our tires fixed in the down time. Learning that this establishment would pick up our vehicle, repair, and return home made us feel a lot safer.Our vehicle manager was Rome( the man with a great voice for radio). He was kind, friendly, and helpful. He seemed like a man with a wealth of knowledge and someone I could immediately trust. He even helped with his knowledge of old homes( which we live in).His driver Dan was kind, and made sure I was aware of how this service would work.A great tandem. A great experience. A great relief for our family. It saved us time, and the price point was kind as well.We will be using this service and hopefully these two far into the future.Thanks from all of us here. Now it s time to take the car for a ride.

Serious emergency flat on Saturday. I was 1.5 miles from Tire Discounters. Got a new tire swapped out in less than 1 hour. A $250 job only cost me $75 because of the tire insurance I purchase through them every few years. Was back on the road to complete my day at work. Thanks again!

I visited this tire discount reluctantly due to poor warranty policies at other establishments. The employee's there was more understanding and willing to help. I was so impressed I bought a hole set of tires from the young man. As for the other tire discounts franchises I will probably never frequent . I mostly use discount tire and Brogan

I ve had to stop by this store a few times and use my road hazard warranty and they have been really great! Workers are nice and do their jobs well. A new person at the front made a mistake and the manager made it right with some free lug nuts that I needed badly. Yet another reason where saving me a few bucks means I ll spend hundred when I m ready for new tires and continue to be a customer for years to come.

I took my car in for an oil change , two week to the day I'm leaking oil all over my driveway , how ever i called back in to report the problem , and was told that i could bring it back, hopefully without another charge.I'm happy to say that not only did Tire Discounters fix the problem , they came to my home and picked my car up , so i didn't have to leave the comfort of my home while my car was fixed.This really impressed me .So Yes i recommend them highly wish i could give a 10 score, thanks guys.

Awesome I got a flat 20 minutes before closing time and Dave the manager told me to bring it on in. By the time Heidi got my paperwork together my tire was changed car out front ready. Fast friendly and great quality of work. I will definitely be back
