Matt and the rest of the team were kind, professional and knowledgeable. My repair was completed in a timely manner, despite being a busy day. I had multiple interactions with different team members and each were eager to provide helpful information about my vehicle and the status of the repair.Thank you!

Well this place was great when I bought my tires but.... absolute trash when trying to get a rotation. I scheduled an appointment for noon and showed up early, handed the keys then took a seat.Employees door dash showed up 10 minutes later and everyone disappeared to the back. One guy kept working on one SUV. Nobody upfront for a good 20 minutes. When somebody reappeared I asked them how long until my vehicle would be looked at and was told probably 45 minutes!So having an appointment, on a non busy day, takes an hour and 15 minutes before they can get to you? They had open bays, and employees doing very little. I asked why it takes so long and they said that's just the nature of the business.Why have an appointment? Am I just dumb in assuming you would get service after you bought the tires? It's a tire shop, they're not swapping transmissions there, why is nobody working??? I guess they got me good, you're important when you're buying tires but not when getting the included services.

Generally bad service, frequently have bad experiences, from defective tires, breaking TPMS sensors, and they can t seem to even open the office on time to try to drop off your car or talk to a tech about what needs to happen.I only come here because of convenient location, but it s to the point i will probably just have to go elsewhere.

This place is good, good community service. Had a nail in the tire and needed a patch and they was fairly quick to get it done I didn t set an appointment or anything and they was busy but still got it done quick but if you set an appointment I m sure it will be faster. And staff there is nice. Would %100 recommend going here

I stopped on my way to work because I needed new windshield wipers. It's a rainy day so I offered to pay installation. I was told there was no charge for that. Conner waited on me and graciously stood in the rain to install them. He was polite, even though I'm sure it's not how he wanted to start his day. Thank you Conner for making my day better!

Tire problems as I tried to leave town. Found the nearest T-D location and they took care of me. Great service (we use the T-D near us in KY). They get a lot of business from my family.

I needed new tires. The service manager seemed to want to sell me on more expensive tires than i think i really needed. We drove 50,000 miles in 5 years and he kept pushing the 80,000 mile michelin tires. I tried to explain that, according to him, tires should only last 5 years and then be replaced so we would not get our money's worth out of an 80,000 mile tire. He offered no alternatives. When i asked if he could just put the same tire on, he simply said that he did not carry Bridgestone tires and they would have to be special orderred.This is not the typical service i receive from tire discounters.

Had a problem with some tires that I bought at another TD store, so I brought my car to Sharonville. The staff at this store are exemplary and resolved the problem, I'll bring my car here from now on. They did a great job!

Last time I got a tire patch it cost me $25 that was back in like 2014-2015 though, thanks Government. It also only took them 30 mins to pull the roofing nail out and balance it and send me on my way. This time however, 1 appointment later which took 1 hour 15 mins for my tire patch that cost $45 to finish I was finally on my way. Stuff was nice, building seemed clean. But JFC why did it take that long??.. I m no tire expert but I think it didn t take that long. But I think the tech was also taking care of his girlfriends car as well and she was waiting on a part to get delivered, a light bulb? So I think I would have been done a long time ago if her car weren t in the bay WAITING ON A LIGHT BULB. I also figured they would air up all the tires to same PSI, I was wrong. Just the one they patched up. Price dosent bother me as everything is going up in price but the amount of time it took even with an appointment is what blows my mind because the car didn t get pulled in till about 430.

You guys, these people are the nicest, most helpful people I ve ever dealt with. I thought my tire was flat, turns out my rim was cracked and Logan made this frustrating process as easy as possible, communicating every step of the way. I can t express enough how genuinely nice and helpful he is. Everyone in there was welcoming and friendly. But Logan is the one that was ordering my wheel for me and he just knew what he was doing, I didn t have to worry about it. Very grateful for their help. I will be back when I need new tires or any repairs.

Great service. Knowledgeable staff that was not trying to upcharge or screw you over. Honest, good work.Their waiting room had coffee and water, including TV's with shows on. Definitely recommend for any kind of car maintenance.

I have been to many of these stores and spent a lot of money at Tire Discounters. This store has the RUDEST MANAGEMENT TEAM that I have EVER had the DISPLEASURE of trying to deal with!My car was up on the rack so I went outside to the entrance of the bay that my car was in. I stood outside the bay looking at the underbelly of my car because that's what I do when my car goes up on a rack! A person comes up to me, without telling me who he was, and says "our techs get nervous when they are watched, so I'm going to need you to go back in the waiting room and sit down" ! We had more words and I walked away. After going to the store manager and telling him my complaint with this person, he told me this person was his boss and proceeded to defend his bosses words! If the jerk would have just left me alone, I would have looked at the underbelly and went back inside! But they both wanted to argue with me! I'm a 60 y/o man, I refuse to be talked to like that when I'm paying my hard earned money for a service.I won't spend another dime at ANY Tire Discounters until my complaint is resolved to my satisfaction!

Unprofessional crew and managers. Went there last year to get my salvage car checked-out and see what s going on with the front AC blowers. Unfortunately, they charged me $500 for things I still don t know or understand and not sure if it was needed for the car as well as it didn t fix the issue I had. The reason I m posting this review is because peoples hard earned money gets wasted here because the management wants to make a quick buck without working out on the things specified. Please beware of going to this place and if you do please double make sure and let them know what you want to get fixed in your car and what you don t because they will charge you for something you don t need.

I ve worked Automotive for almost 10 years prior to trying something different. But my moral standard and customer service has continued even past my time in automotive which must mean my expectations are a little high for this establishment, when in my eyes my expectations are a standard of good business.One star was earned given the situation: Wife blew out a tire and had a weird size. I get that availability is scarce but it s urgent when you have a 2 year old to get places and don t have an extra car for her to use. I called almost 8 places and I would ve used Walmart (tire ordered in within a day versus everywhere else up until that point was looked several days to a week out). My last call was this tire discounters because I knew that the warehouse was around the corner so I was hopeful. Devin took care of me initially and said he would have the tire within an hour. I asked about purchasing the tire over the counter so I wouldn t have to worry about running up to Mason where the wife s car was stuck at a service center and bringing The wheel all the way back down. Company policy wouldn t allow it (but you could bring in a carry out wheel, who knows what that would go on anyways. So what s the difference?)Between that call and Devin getting in the tire the service center was able to get the spare mounted and the wife came and switched cars. I advised Devin of this and he said it wouldn t be an issue to mount wheel.Upon getting there the manager made it seem like they wouldn t get me done period even though I stated I talked to Devin.Manager came out while I was on the phone with another service center trying to find a tire and said they could. I explained having the car with me and he said I could pull it up and it could be mounted outside.Frank the technician did the tire install on the wheel and said that he might be able to mount it to the car by end of day which would ve been 2 more additional hours.I advised Devin that mounting the wheel was too much of an inconvenience for Frank to take care of quick so I was going to pay my bill and mount the tire at home. Spent 130.00 on torque wrench and jack and mounted my wheel that night.2nd star for getting halfway done

Needed all 4 new tires- they reached out as soon as I inquired and got me an appointment asap. The staff was really friendly and approachable. Loved working with Logan at the front desk as he made sure to explain all options & did not make me feel like less as a female with not much knowledge regarding cars & tires. He never made me feel pressured & explained things very well. I especially appreciate this because I've had bad experiences in the past. Will definitely return for all my tire needs.

Outstanding service. I called Mike at TD from Enthusiast Auto Group, who were working on my BMW M3, for a spur of the moment appointment and explained I was in from 400 miles away in PA and had that drive to complete again that day. Mike made room for me just before lunch and asked me if I could come right over, which I did. I couldn't have waited more than 20 minutes before my car was on the rack. Tim explained everything to me very clearly and showed me the readout, then got the car to exact factory specs and sent me happily on my way. He also brought my attention to an issue that required it. The car handles great and my alignment is good for 3 years, even if I have work done to it. I'm extremely pleased. Mike, Tim, thank you very much once again!

When they call and bully you ( told me I had no option to say no) saying you need new tps sensors and you agree to the fix it. $1400 later you arrive to pickup the vehicle that was dropped of at 8:30 am at 3:30pm for 4 new tires and they tell you that your tps light will not go off due to you needing another 2 sensors makes zero sense. When asked why you didn't notify me like you did the other 2 and simply fix while already working on the car and you say you were busy is just ridiculous service. I had to go to another tire discounters where you could simply feel the professionalism in the atmospheres. Turns out I had other issues they did not address, even found a bad wheel bearing the other shop "assured was fine" that "there's no way we would do any of that work without notifying you everything's fine" Its a reason the stars/ reviews do not match the other tire discounter locations. Trust your instinct and avoid, after they think they have sale everyone becomes really rude. Do your due diligence

I called to have a leaking tire checked. They were fully booked with appointments for Fri. and Sat. I spoke with Andrew and he said to drop car off, and they would be able to work us in. We ended up needing 2 new tires, and they serviced us promptly and called by Noon, with our car fully taken care of. Many thanks for keeping us safe and for efficient service!

Tremendous service! The employees work quickly and smile a lot! Got my tires rotated, balanced, and they repaired a small leak. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No charge since I purchased the tires there!

Would not use the services at this location again. I had a flat tire that could not be repaired. The salesperson told me the other 3 tires did not meet the AWD specs so 4 new tires were needed at $350/tire. Since my new car only has 10k miles I left and took my car to the dealer. I only needed 1 tire at <$200, the other three tires had minimal wear. Tire Discounters was totally trying to fleece me.

Gave quick service and I was there waiting for less than two hours for a tire change and rotation. They even offered to Uber me if I had somewhere to be! All the technicians were very friendly, especially Tyler who took care of me. Will definitely be going back!

Great service, fast and reliable. Yesterday spoke with Jenny who helped with my first tire. Then today Dan who helped pick up my car and brought it back to me with the other 3 tires all done. Worked with this location many times in the past. Corey and Lilly also help me out every time I call. Great staff!

Came in for an oil change, Corey Carr was great. Left my car over the weekend so they had plenty of time to look at it. Adam Hartman the technician was awesome. He took care of all of my requests. They called me when it was ready. Very seamless transaction. Highly recommended. Definitely will be back for the recommended services. Thanks guys!

Skip the Shop was very convenient. Dan picked up my car from my work parking lot and brought it back to me well before the end of my work day. He called when he was on the way and was very pleasant to work with. Great experience!
