I recently sold my car to Theis Motor Company based on a recommendation from a friend. They gave me a very fair price for my car and were friendly, welcoming, and easy to deal with. The day I took the car to get a quote, I had a brake bulb light out and they replaced it for free (even though I told them I was still getting quotes from other places). Great family business and Mike T. was a class act to deal with!

I've bought 'a few' cars (15) over the years...and the most recent, from Theis Motor Co, was the best experience ever. Knowledgeable, prompt in responding, a good product at a very fair price with none of the annoying sales badgering nonsense you usually have to endure. Mike and the rest of the crew at Theis were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process of purchasing a vehicle. Worked with me even through some unforeseen circumstances. Never felt like I was being sold something I didn't' need or charged more than was fair. It was my first time buying a car on my own and they made it easy every step of the way. Would recommend to everyone

I have bought several cars from Mike - Exceptional service and value.I was able to find a car for my college student and nice car for myself.We continue to use them for oil changes and repairs.I would highly recommend them for any car sales or service.

Mike Theis has been very helpful over the past years with my elderly Aunt Marian Zawaski. He always kept her cars running and helped her buy several cars from Theis Motors over the years. Very Fair and Honest place to do business.I would highly recommend them for any used car purchase. I have always done business with them whenever I come to Cincinnati.

Theis Motor is one of the best places ive ever done business with, the owner Mike took great care of me and worked with me on some personal issues that would have affected some things, these guys are some of the most honest, reliable, friendly, and caring gentlemen ive had the pleasure to work with. Its a nice family owned business which makes it even better, supporting you local shop is very important, we all have skills such as local butchers, well these guys not only have amazing skills with dealing vehicles, but amazing personalities and customer service along with it, I would highly recommend anyone go purchase from them, they were fair on price and willing to work with me! Shoutout to mike for the bike! I love it!

Great group of people. I have both bought and sold my cars with them and they were very easy to work with and honest. They also do maintenance on cars so don t forget to use them after your purchase or even for your current car.

Great customer service, family oriented, friendly environment. I had to get a rental car for 2 weeks and coming here I got fast, simple service at a very affordable price from very friendly, welcoming people. I will defineltly be using Theis Motor Co again if I need a rental car or any other service.

These guys suck. We bought a used Honda Accord from them and the transmission blowup after 9 months. When taken apart the transmission is full of either oatmeal or sawdust. Cost $2000 to fix. They just said that it is not their problem.Do not buy from these people. They are thieves and liars

Went to get a tire patched, they were upfront and honest about why a new tire had to be brought in. I appreciated that they actually showed what the problem was and didn't try to up-sell me at all, on some unnecessary fix.

Bought a minivan back in '13 from these guys. Honest enough to show me the books when I asked for them. Looking at our next purchase again. As far as car salespeople go, I wouldn't trust anyone anywhere, but these guys are as close as I've ever seen to trustworthy.

I love coming to this place to get my oil changed everyone is friendly and always willing to help even when they re at their busiest time to get you in and I definitely trust every investment I give this family oriented company to get the job done and right so I highly recommended this company.

Went down there to test drive a car that I'd seen online the car wasn't what I wanted but let me tell you what the owner Mike was one of the most honest car dealers I've run into in a long time if there's anything there you see you might want to see go and check it out he'll tell you straight up what's what

Best care i've every had in my life been going there around 20yrs and will keep going, freindly, fare , concerning and my sh.... is done right and if there is a mistake they make it right......
