I wasn't going to leave a review at all, but thinking back on it, they really earned it, and anyone thinking of buying a bike from them deserves to hear about it.Their repair and maintenance service might be good, but as far as selling motorcycles, they are terrible. I bought a used Triumph at a good price and had it shipped. But then the trouble started. The wheel cover over the rear tire was hanging on by one out of four bolts and was actually resting on the rear tire. An actual safety issue. (See pictures.) I let them know I got the bike and told them about this, and sent the pictures. They expressed no concern or regret. Didn't even mention it in the reply. The side case hinge was also broken so that the cover was barely hanging on, and there was only one key to the bike. And then there was this: I paid for the bike October 7, '22 . After four emails and many phone calls, including speaking to someone at the shop three times, I finally got the title from them January 20, '23. And what finally got them moving on this was when I notified them that I had talked to the Ohio BMV and would be reporting them to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Investigator if they didn't respond by the next day. (Both the Ohio BMV and clerk of courts recommended that I call the BMV investigator or attorney general, when I called them asking if the application for a title had been submitted.) That finally got their attention; three months after I paid for the bike. Two days later the title application was submitted.Again, they might be good as a shop, but as far as selling motorcycles, they don't care about you, and they have no interest in doing a good job. NEGLIGENT would be a good description.

I have been having my bike serviced here since 2017 and they are still just as great of a business as when they opened their doors. Always thorough and kind, with knowledgeable staff. After 2 years of not riding, I needed quite a bit of work on my bike to make it safe to ride. While I wasn t thrilled about how much money I needed to put into it (let s be honest tho, who really is happy to spend money on maintenance) I was really grateful that Adam called me to discuss in depth what he had found and what needed to be done to make sure I didn t have any questions. She truly feels like an entirely new bike again! Thanks!

I bought a 1985 Yamaha VMAX online last spring. It ran but not very well. I stopped in and talked to the mechanic. He told me he could not get to it for three or four months and told me that if it was running I should take it home and just ride it till fall and come back and see him. I took the bike home changed the oil, plugs, put fresh gas in it, carburetor cleaner and it ran a lot better but still not right. I took it to them last Friday they told me a week to a week and a half wait. I told them I thought the carburetors needed rebuilt from being in storage for years. It Wesson storage so long the tires were dry rotted and cracked.? They told me to just let them check it out and if I didn't need the carburetors rebuilt they would not do that. It turned out I just had a bad coil. They did a great job the bike screams. I was totally pleased with the service I received. They did not try to take advantage of me. This is the only place I will take my bike

The employees at Powersport are the most professional as well as friendly to deal with. I'm having them check a motorcycle out for another retired disabled veteran (Army), and as soon as I mentioned miltary involvement, this place reacted with the utmost respect! I also want to say it's an honor and privilege to have them as my motorcycle service department. They also sell motorcycles at very reasonable prices! Come visit or contact them about your motorcycle needs

Over all a great experience! I needed 2 new tires installed and brakes. Before hand I shopped around prices and turn around times. Most shop's I spoke with were looking at 2 to 3 week turn around for the services I needed done with various price ranges. I dropped my bike off at Powersports on a Thursday morning and had it back by Tuesday afternoon. From my past experiences this was by far the quickest turn around time. As for their prices they were extremely competitive. I truly appreciate good service and that's what I received from Powersports. Then new rubber and breaks work flawlessly.

Awesome mechanics, not afraid to work on anything, they all ride and are passionate about motorcycle riding. I own a victory hammer, they are the only ones I could find to install cams and a tuner. I'm very satisfied.

This is my, hands down, favorite motorcycle shop/showroom in the entire Cincinnati area. I've been using their services for about 5 years now and will be sticking with them in the future.Les, Sam, Zach, and the rest are all total professionals, and great people to talk to. I can't recommend them enough.

To be fair they did sell me a nice bike. It runs very well. It is a 2008 suzuki b king. The issue is is that they promised me, as a convenience, they would send me my tags. Ten days before my temporary tags expire I still had no tags. I gave them the call to make sure that they were on their way. They told me the guy that handles that is away on vacation. I call again in a week to make sure they had sent my tags. Zach the salesman Put me on the phone with the gentleman that handles it. This guy very nonchalantly says he hadn't gotten around to it and he's going to be away again this weekend but he would try to get It done the next week. In the meantime my tags had expired. I call again the following week and they said the tags have been sent the previous saturday. I was out of town all week and waited to get home on a friday to see if the tags had arrived. They of course had not. So I am stuck with a bike I cannot ride with expired tags. Not good customer service at all in this case.

I visited The Powersports Store on the advice of a friend. I needed a tire change as I was leaving for a long ride. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job of changing the tire and I could tell they paid attention to the small details. I will be back.

They have good prices and knowledgeable workers, but I will never take my bike there again. I was aware there was a month back log but not informed or warned that it would/could take over three months for the repairs. I'll give that to them because of the labor shortage and it is summertime. What I am actually mad about is the miscommunication from the employees. I asked for a final price and the worker gives me one, so I approve the work and when all is said and done I go to pay and pick up my bike and the cost is double from what I expected to pay. I am not mad about the price, it was reasonable but they need to make customers aware and make sure to not mislead them when it comes to hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Don't have the techs doing the job of the salesman/biller.

Could go on and on how great this shop is. I purchased a new bike but had not really had the chance to enjoy it as it needed new tires. These guys took care of me in less than 24 hours. The owner brewed me fresh coffee while i waited for my ride. Keep up the great work because it is definitely getting you loyal customers!

This may turn out to be one of the longer reviews of The Powersports Store, but please read thru to the end. I recently suffered the loss my 2008 Ducati 1098S which suffered a tip over in the moving van during my relocation 200 miles south of Eugene, OR. The bike had only a few dings and dents but either way was a total loss according to my insurer. Having owned two other Ducati motorcycles I wanted to replace her with the same bike, this model was only manufactured for 2 years so every time I found one for sale on Craigslist or Cycle Trader it was either already sold, had a very poor service history or presented as a rode hard and put away wet bike. Three weeks into my search a red 2008 1098S popped-up available from The Powersports store, I emailed on a Sunday and followed-up with a phone call on Monday morning. Zach took my call telling me it was available, it had been a recent trade in and was in great condition he said. I asked Zach if I could put down a deposit and schedule a video call to review it with him. Unfortunately the guys at TPS don't do that but after hearing my story he asked that I allow the owner, Les, to call me back. 30 minutes later I got a call from Les who also listened to my story and reiterated his deposit policy....but he did consent to holding the bike until we could do a video walk of the machine. Two hours later Les walked me around the bike via video and was super honest with his findings...there was paint on the nose fairing and seat cover that was a shade off...he advised me of several aftermarket goodies that had been installed by the previous owner. I liked what I saw and was thrilled with his knowledge of Ducati in general. After telling him that I wanted the bike he walked me thru the shop, I was further surprised to learn that there were likely 15 Ducati's there for service many of which were track only bikes. WOW did I land at the right place. I asked Les if he could handle shipping the bike 1500 miles to me, his answer was a resounding yes! A couple hours later Les texted a message stating that the history had not yet arrived, but that he would do a fresh Desmo service included in the price of the bike. The next part both the best and worst part....Worst in that I had wo wait two weeks for the bike to arrive, best in that when it arrived under a padded cover this bike was in a far better condition than I had expected, while the bike looked and sounded the part, video could not do it justice. Along with the Desmo service there was fresh fluid in both the brake and clutch master cylinders, the bike was spotless and without a single blemish. If you are ever in need, even if you're a long way away, it is without reservation that I recommend you see Les and his crew at The Powersports Store.

Great shop. Called in to order tires for my motorcycle, and they provided great service. They notified me when they arrived in the shop, and gave me time to get my wheels off to bring them in for mounting and balancing of the new tires.Very flexible with schedule and availability for pickup and dropoff. Will definitely do business with them again.

My Motorcycle needed an alignment and I have had trouble finding a shop I can truly trust locally with Triumphs. Decided to stop by on a whim at The Powersports Store and talked to Les. Not only do they work on Triumphs, but Les offered to pull it out back and get it done then and there. Les chatted with me during my wait and had great expertise about getting into track days as well, and the bike is now as good as new. I will definitely be back for my future needs.

They had my Harley for 5 months and my bike runs terrible. they changed my wheels and now my rear tire won t hold air. They said they changed my plugs but they are the original ones. I paid them 6000.00 shame on me. Beware of this rogue bike shop. Get everything in writing or find someone who can really do the work. Amateurs at best!!!

I purchased a motorcycle at The Powersports Store last week and couldn't be happier. Great customer service. Very friendly staff. Len made every effort to ensure that I am a happy customer. This is a new store with a small but growing inventory of bikes. It's worth your time to stop in to take a look and get to know the owners.

This review is way overdue. One year ago I called this shop for a small bottle of water-wetter. You would have thought I asked to purchase 2 bikes plus an ATV. Les made me feel like the most important customer he had that day. He continues to do that today. I highly recommend Les and his team.

Competent, honest, trustworthy. They service mainly road bikes, but will work on off-road bikes occasionally (nothing with 4 wheels though). It's a clean, proper, and professional place.

Great place to go for sales and service. I started buying accessories here and since then they've done everything from service, exhaust work, and tires for me. I own several different brands of motorcycles and they have gotten parts and accessories for all of them. Thank you Les and Edmund. Stop in and see these guys. You won't be disappointed!

I brought my 2000 Aprilia RSV in for service and a tire replacement last season. The owner informed me that my chain and sprockets were also starting to shark fin and I should look into replacing. The professional recommendations will keep me coming back. The biggest thing for me was that they have experience servicing Italian bikes. I see Ducati s in there every time I ve been in for the season so I trust them with mine too.

Awesome company! Purchased as an out of state customer and was concerned about the logistics of such a transaction; but this quickly changed as Les was supportive and transparent through the entire process. Couldn't of asked for better customer service! Great business with great product!
