Hands down best experience with my Ceramic Coating with the 3 yr. warranty! I just recently bought a 2500 GMC Truck from the lot. Noticed some inconsistencies in the paint and a ton of car wash scratches, old wax on surfaces, and a couple paint corrections needed.After scheduling my drop off I couldn't wait to see the results. And boy was I impressed. the quality of the work was good. I honestly feel like the truck just got a new paint job! While there I also took advantage of the interior leather ceramic coating. With 3 kiddos I didn't want the back seat to ever look like the minivan after a vacation trip. (If you know what I mean, then you get it).Pictures speak for themselves so you be the judge.

We contacted Rich to look into having my son's, new to him, car detailed inside and out. A gift from his Grandpa.Rich's communication was great. He was honest, and took great care to listen to what we were looking for and how he could help. He also made some suggestions about that he could do, and also pointed out things he didn't think he could anything about. He was HONEST, which seems so rare these days. Rich did the work in the time he said he would, and delivered an amazing product. My son was overjoyed when we gave it to him. It honestly made me cry to see him so happy. I am a small business owner also. It's a tough period right now to turn a dime, while also doing so with a smile on your face, with great love and care, while also trying to make ends meet. Rich made us feel so welcome, and I plan to return to have him do our other vehicles. There is nothing quite like the feeling that you are supporting local, while also developing business relationships to last a lifetime. Rich has a good thing going, and I encourage you to give him your business. Immaculate! They ve reset my rav back to being brand new. Worth it every time, and then some. Can t say enough good things about Rich. He went above and beyond for us and helped us out with buffing a scratch out of our door. He s a pro. Knows his stuff inside and out. Completely recommend.

I called The Detail Station to get an estimate on my Tesla. I just got back from a road trip to NY and back and my front was peppered in bugs. I was due for a detail and wanted to explore what polishing options they had and protect the vehicle with a ceramic coating. Rich walked me through my options and we ended up going with a polish for light paint correction and mainly gloss and topped it with a ceramic coating that met my needs with how long I plan on keeping the car. I ended up getting my interior cleaned as well and it came out spotless! I will definitely be using The Detail Station again and plan on bringing my other cars to Rich. If you are looking for a high quality auto detailer in the Cincinnati area, look no further. I didn t feel pressured to upgrade my services and Rich truly did a great job understanding my needs and putting together a package just for me. A+ couldn t be happier.

The service and timely manner in which they fixed my car was amazing. Car got sideswiped in a parking garage and I came in for a walk-in without appointment, and my car was taken care of without issue. Come here for all your detailing needs!!

Super pleased with everything. Rich was great in everyway. Collaborative, informative, available, easy to work with, price competitive, etc. And above all the result was perfect. I am so happy I found Rich at the Detail Station. I don t know about you, but sometimes there are strange places in my car that I struggle to clean. For instance, there is a screen-like border next to my windshield that seemed impossible to get cleaned from the dust that was on it. Since going to The Detail Station, it is the cleanest it has ever been, and the rest of my car is something I am proud to show off to my friends and family as I invite them in for a ride. He is a wizard and can make anything sparkle. The quarterly cleanings are an incredible value. Everyone should visit! Amazing experience.

Rich restored our 2012 Honda Odyssey to like new condition. Absolutely impressed with his meticulous craftsmanship, this was a true Detail job. I rarely (never) post reviews. However, Rich s thorough work, on-time completion and his friendly, positive attitude warrants public accolade. It was a pleasure to spend money in support of a business that has maintained a high standard of quality in a marketplace where mediocrity seems to have become the new normal with vendors large and small. Keep up the great work Rich. We recommend The Detail Station and will return.

I borrowed my father in law's truck for a construction project that my wife & I were working on. The truck got pretty dirty and smelly. I made an appointment with Rich and took the truck in this morning. I have pretty high standards and my father in law has even higher ones. Rich knocked it out of the park. He did a better job than either of us could have even hoped for. The truck was cleaner and smelled nicer than the day he drove it off the dealership lot. With 5 dogs, the interior of my minivan was looking pretty grungy. It hadn't had a good cleaning since I bought it 7 years ago. I brought it to Rich for a total interior detail and it came back looking like new. He told me he had trouble with a couple of spots, but to be honest, I still haven't noticed. Pricing and timing was as promised. I would use again next time I need a total interior treatment. Very happy. My wife bought a new Jeep. She loves it. I surprised her for an anniversary present with a complete detailing in and out. Went with the 5 yr sealant. My goodness has it been awesome. Easier to maintain and keep clean. My wife loves me now as much as her Jeep. Talk about customer service , Rich was incredible.. Recommend highly 5 stars!!!Service: Auto detailing

I heard about Rich by word of mouth. I was a little hesitant to spend that much money on a detail and coating, but I am glad I did. I was very pleased with everything about my service. Rich brought my faded red 1995 Trans Am paint back from the dead! New vinyl stickers and emblems applied perfect, some paint touch-ups, new window trim... the car has looked great all summer, I've had a ton of compliments about the shine and the color. I appreciate the hard work, and will look forward to getting another treatment in the spring. The Detail Station did a full detail on my vehicle after a purchased it from the original owner. The vehicle had sat for quite some time and The Detail Station made it look better than new. I thought I was going to have to replace the headlights because they were so faded. My poor car had look like it had been through a war between a toddler and moving. I was so overwhelmed and just needed for my car to be cleaned to have some sanity. I reached out to the detail station and they were able to get me in just a few days later. You wouldn t believe that the car I picked up was the same one I dropped off. I had a pretty distinct paint scratch on my BMW but Detail Station made it disappear! It was a very specific red metallic flake paint, so I was a little skeptical that it could be done. But Rich did a phenomenal job fixing every single scrape and researching the exact paint color, the entire scratch vanished.I highly recommend and trust Detail Station for any detail work.Service: Paint repair
