I was rear-ended on December 9th of last year and my baby was injured BADLY! However, thanks to my guys at The Cincinnati Collision Center, she is back to her original state and rolling like the champ she is. If you are in need of autobody repair and want to support black owned, I'd DEFINITELY recommend those guys. Ask for Mike and tell him Jada sent you! I highly recommend and trust this shop. The owner is fair, friendly and does great work. He helped me work within my budget to make the repairs needed for my salvage inspection. One of the most important considerations when choosing a car repair shop is TRUST and I feel like Mike gets a 5 star perfect rating on that.

First off I don t even no where to start .had my car from August 10 2021 until September 18 2021! And did nothing besides take off the damage parts and that was it!!!! Kept saying he couldn t find the parts anywhere!!! Mind you it s a 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 Mike quoted to me you got a safe car you can t find the parts in the junk yard well first off I m pretty sure your supposed to get the parts from the dealer or the manufacturer!!!! If I wanted them from a junk yard and done that way I would have done it myself!!! Then Mike kept giving me the run around when I would call Mike never called me to keep me updated about anything!!! So then when Mike quoted to me I was going to owe him BIG TIME and he said BIG TiME that s when I left it up to my husband to take care of it from then on!!!! Mike also said some other things to me that I didn t feel comfortable with talking or dealing with him anymore My husband called the manufacturer and made sure you could get the parts and you can and he told the owner Mike that you could get the parts so my husband gave Mike another week and still Mike still did nothing!!! Mike also said he was going to take care of my rental car payments and did not!!! I also had the insurance pay Mike directly and then when we was trying to get that money back so we could take it to another shop to get our car fixed Mike wanted to ignore my husband!!! Until my husband told Mike he was going to call the cops!!! This place is very unprofessional and would not recommend it at all!!! I could keep going that s how messed and wrong they did us Please stay clear of this place!!!Service: Body & Trim

I was very pleased with how professional Mike handled my car repair and service. He was very helpful assisting me to get a rental car while my car was being repaired. My car looks great!! I would recommend this body shop to anyone.

This collision shop has excellent customer service and offers a variety of services and repairs like window tinting, body work, painting, and automotive upholstery. This is a great asset to the Mt Healthy area.

Mike Made promises he couldn t keep I also paid what he asked without question up front mikeKeeps telling bygoraeea we a me it will be done that is a lie I ve been told that 4 weeks in a row I m sad I even paid this guy up front and no work has been done yet except a painted bumper and a couple parts sitting around don t go to this guy he s very unprofessionalService: Body & Trim

A buddy of mine went there and he messed around for a month and it s still not finished they had to pay outta pocket for the rental so to save ur money and time go to a different shop
