Ok, Soooooo....Upon my original dealings with this place I immediately gave em a 5 star review and sang their praises , but as i quickly discovered, I really should've at least waited to post the review at least until I had the opportunity to put a couple hundred miles on my tires they installed because it only took around 5 or 6 hours of riding around to sense something was amiss. First of all, the super fast and friendly service was absolutely flawless, and the they began working on my suv immediately upon arrival. So there's NOTHING other than high marks for the service. With one exception:the 3 different fellas doing my tires ended up putting the driver's side ones on backwards. And it wasn't until my very first ride on the highway, at higher speeds, that I became suspicious of some sort of wrongdoing/error. Due to the extreme vibration when at speeds of 65 and higher, I pulled over and called the owner to ask whether or not they balanced them, or if they even had a real balance machine. To which he replied "Yes, I did them myself actually" Next I retrieved my tire pressure gauge and found where his workers clearly didn't even pay attention to the factory recommendations regarding inflation/max pressures, cuz they aren't to be filled past 49 PSI, plus I thought everyone knew they all needed to be as close to the same pressures across the board to ensure longevity, accuracy of performance, optimal fuel mileage, and road safety. The front pass side tire had 57 PSI, front driver side had 37PSI, rear driver side had 42PSI, and the last 48PSI. Of course, I just adjusted the pressures and the vibrating only decreased very slightly. We bought these new tires for a trip we planned on taking to Tampa,FL the day after installation here, which we did, and when only 45 miles from being back home, here in Cincy, the front driver side tire failed and blew out on the sidewall. I put the donut on and nade the remaining trip home without incident. The next morning I brought the car back to these guys, and the owner helped fixed the problems they inflicted without a single debate. Still, it's VERY evident that these dudes doing so called work at this company have little to NO experience or proper training/education, and it's a pure miracle that nobody's tires or wheels haven't just fell off while in transit, or worse: wrecked or killed anyone YYYYEEEETT!

Charged me $75 dollars and put a used patched tire on my brand new 2015 Ford Taurus had to have tire change again and was told that the tire already had a hole in it because it was previously patched so why not charge me for the new tire

They do what you need done as far as the Basics.. but it's not a very professional place if you want top notch basics done. They are respectful and friendly..

The one star is for the nice owners. Other than that, I bought a tire from them last Tuesday, 24OCT2023. That same Friday, I was in the shop getting the new tire repaired bc they sold me a punctured tire.

For me, I don't need a big, cool looking shop to make me feel safe. Big shops nowadays are full of none sense idiotic people.This is a small shop but with REAL people. Based on my experience people work here are nice and trustworthy. I really appreciate shops like such because nowadays you call those big name shops, they are just going to tell you they are all booked out and you need to take wheels off and bring to them so they can charge the same amount while being terribly lazy.I paid 81 dollars in totally to get three screws unplugged and ALL four wheels balanced properly. I get to spectate their work and even allowed to use their tools to get couple things done on my car. The guy ran each wheel twice before putting weight and then double checked the balance after putting the weight, just in the way they are suppose to be done.I would recommend this shop. It's no wait, cheaper and you talk to real people. They do other auto services too such as regular oil change.

The forth used tire place I've been to today and yet they are the first one with a functional tire balancing machine. I won't waste time again on going anywhere else. These guys are great, honest, and reasonably priced. Congratulations guys on running a good business, you've made another customer for life! A++

These guys were incredible! Family owned and honest. We blew a tire 150 miles from home, they were incredibly busy but they fit us in and they had hubby's special sized tire! They were such a blessing. Thank you for saving us from being stranded along the side of the road!

Had a lug nut that wouldn't bust lose on a wheel.The man worked for 40 minutes. He tried every trick he picked up through the years of experience .After we realized it wasn't going to bust lose. He told me I didn't owe anything. I still have him a generous donation.

I gave them 4 stars because they are open on Sunday but they need a system because you don t know who is what place when you pull up! however they are considerably cheap!

These people are honest and work hard the whole time you are there. Came for only 1 tire but he pointed out my tires did not all match so I got 4 really nice tires for $90. While I was there, someone came for a new tire but he said a plug would do fine and saved the customer money. Way better service than a high end place.

Brilliant work and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this place for fixing a flat tire, buying used or new tires, and other similar issues related to tires. The guy who worked on my flat tire was an expert, for he gave me a complete explanation why I did not need to replace my sedan's front tires until another six months -- I was ready to change them though. It is the reason why I have trust in them because they do their business quite honestly.

Brought a whole other set of wheels in my trunk with junk tires on them and got 4 tires with great tread for $150 bucks installed mounted and balanced. Don t be weary of the location they really do know what they re doing and offer great customer service. They are very nice people and I just hung out in the garage with them while they worked on my car. They even were kinda upset that I was putting my wheels that were being stored for winter back in my car. They wanted to do it for me so I didn t get dirt all over my hands. Would recommend to anyone who needs some tires for a great deal and very quickly!!!

Very rude owner! Sold me a warped tire and when it popped 8 days after having it he laughed in my face and said it was because I hit a pot hole ( I was on I275 when it happened). Was told it was pass their 7 day warranty and it wasn t his problem.

The guy who changed my tire was so nice and helpful. I thought I needed 3 tires only needed one. They didn't take advantage of a clueless woman. I will be returning here and you should go here to. Great prices great tires.

These guys are great, this place isn t as clean as other places but who cares! They are friendly and very reasonably priced. I ve been to them several times over the years. My wife needed a tire plug and they got it fixed in about 6 mins. Support this local business!

We were driving through town and blew out a tire on the highway. Our car has an unusual tire size and they were able to find a match right away. Great price and super fast service. Highly recommend.

These guys are very good at their jobs. I came here multiple times and they always get me in and out.Very affordable good used tires shop. They also do work on axles and ball joints repairs I just found out today. Got a free ice scrapper tooKeep it up!!!

Outstanding service for price. Rob was very efficient found I needed a new value replaced itfo $10 though I gave him $15, would have cost me twice that at least anywhere else. Also open 7 days a week , Sunday emergency this is the place to go or they will come to you.

I'll definitely return the next time I need tires. I dropped the car off with the ugly rim from my spare on the front, asked them to replace the worn tire (hoisted under the car) and the worn tire on the other side. Anywhere else I'd expect to have to switched out the spare on my own later. They also gave me a really good price for 2 large and somewhat hard to find tires. The total price also included the disposal fee. I am used to being asked if I want to pay the fee after the work is done.

We have had a majority of positive experiences here. First we came in with an issue with a tire so we thought we needed a new tire, but they correctly saw it didn't, patched the thing up and charged us 10 bucks. We have since then had our shocks replaced too, there was an issue with this that we went back for and they fixed without charging us. My gf has had the occasional unprofessional situation here though but only with one of the workers.

I don't know where all these high reviews are coming from -- the service was terrible and super expensive. They charged $40 to take the tires off 4 wheels and took an hour to do it while I stood out in the cold. Don't waste your time with this shop.
