Would give this place more stars if I could!! Our Tesla was totaled out and Matt was assigned to our car. He was very professional and when he said he would contact us with information he did. Unfortunately with the damage done the insurance was low balling and as a last resort I let Matt know what was being said and he gave great advice on how to handle it. He actually made me feel like he cared. I literally said what he said and a few days later the conversation with the insurance changed for the better! In a world full of people that really don t take time to care for others situations, Matt took that time! Thank you!!!

I have only had experiences with a few body shops, but this one has by far, been the best. The staff is ON IT! Professional, Caring, and most importantly; top notch communication. They have updated me at LEAST once, if not twice, every week. I haven't picked up my vehicle yet, but I have no doubt that it is going to look better than new.
