Mark and his team are excellent people, and awesome mechanics. They were friendly and professional as well. I usually work on my own vehicles, but I had an electrical problem that I absolutely couldn't figure out. Mark found the issue and saved me a ton of money. It was a pretty big face-palm moment for me when he told me what he found, but it took a way more experienced professional to find it. Mark is that guy, and I appreciate him and his team helping me get my car back on the road

I was going to have my car fixed at this place but they was trying to get over on me and charge a crazy amount just to refill my transmission oil to then see if there was a issue when clearly there was a issue if my transmission oil was leaking out in the first place. Luckily i called around to other places to see if this was normal to be charged for this if I m saying there is an issue with my car leaking something and the answer was NO ! I can t speak on how their work is because i had my car towed somewhere else but be careful because i almost got scammed out of almost $400 for no reason

From the first moment we spoke to them at Sunny Automotive we knew we had finally found a wonderful place to have any work done. They are always so kind...so helpful and so professional. And on top of that the work they do is amazing. . And they are so reasonable...being old and on a fixed income that means alot. So if you find yourself looking for the best..most trustworthy place to have ANY car repairs or regular maintenance done please do yourself a favor and call Sunny Automotive. Have used Sunny automotive for over a decade. Mark and his team are always great to work with. I've brought several different vehicles to him and his pricing is always fair and has even helped me with the occasional vehicle pickup/dropoff. They are extremely professional and good about letting me make the decisions with 'condition-based' maintenance. Excellent service! Best price on Synthetic oil anywhere. Best customer service! I've had my tires replaced, battery serviced, and have all my oil changes at Sunny Automotive. Our Acura was having engine troubles and we took it to Sunny because a friend recommended them to us. They went over and beyond including working over hours and on a weekend to get our issue fixed and car back on the road. Very professional and courteous service. I've just recently lost my mechanic of nearly 20 years to retirement and have been through a couple since. My previous mechanic did things the "old fashioned way", with scruples and compassion. I thought that was lost to me for good. As I am fairly mechanically inclined, and do pride myself on trying to perform most of my maintenance and repairs myself, there are times when I either don't have the time, or honestly don't feel like tackling any given repair. That's where Sunny Automotive comes in. For those times I don't fix something myself, it was important to me to find a good mechanic and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY!. Sunny's service both in the shop and in the office is the greatest bar none. Abby's communication from the service advisory end is top notch, and the same goes for Mark's diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise. Mark is not your average "shot gun troubleshooting" mechanic, he truly is a Technician, who understands theory of operations. If you as a potential customer are still reading this, stop searching for any other shop for your vehicle's service, and stop in to Sunny Automotive. 5 stars in everything!This is the type of place that I've been looking for, a "mom and pop" auto repair shop with excellent customer service and communication skills!The owners (husband and wife) who run the business are very friendly, attentive, invested, intelligent, helpful, and gracious. From the very first phone call I could tell that I was dealing with someone (Abby/wife) who is especially competent and knowledgeable, and throughout my business with Sunny Automotive I have remained highly satisfied.If I need automotive help in the future, Sunny Automotive will be my first destination. If anyone asks me to recommend an auto repair shop, "Sunny Automotive" will be what I tell them.P.S.I am also very impressed and delighted by how their diagnostic results are given. After I had my car diagnosed, I was sent a text message with a link that detailed everything wrong with my car, including some notes and videos of some of the issues that they found. On my 2014 VW Jetta tdi SportsWagen battery was being drained, I couldn t find out why, and on my 2009 Toyota Sienna van the VSC and traction light, as well as engine light were all on. Ended up being ignition coil in the bad area. Sunny Automotive literally fixed EVERYTHING no lie! I was truly blown away. The mechanic was crazy nice, and the cost was excellent. Oh, and I didn t wait a year to get the work done!! I had issues with procuring parts on my part but they were understanding. They were great on communicating what the price was and what parts I needed. I had a check engine light and did some slight research into the issue and on the diagnosis they said it could have just been a glitch with a computer system. I could have been fed any line to up my price, instead they reset the computer and a couple weeks later I still have no issues. Honest, good working company. I have now found my auto shop for any work I need done for my car as I am new to Cincinnati.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair

Mark is amazing and takes care of all of my cars. His prices are fair, he uses quality parts, and I can count on him to do the job right the first time. He also has very fast turn around times. Found my mechanic for life!!!! Trustworthy, knowledgeable, great rates, super friendly. Was having serious issues with my Mazda and Mark was spot on with his diagnosis and got me back on the road in a timely manner. Plus he even came in on his day off to get me back in my car one day sooner than expected. I am a customer of his for life. Thank you so much. It is hard to find someone who loves what they do, but I did, and it shows through his hard work determination and knowledgeable skills.

I was referred here by a friend when my check engine light came on and I m so glad I went here! The guy who worked on my car, Mark, really went above and beyond. He communicated really well, making sure I understood exactly what caused my check engine light to come on and how it could be fixed, and further made sure I was aware of any and all preventative care that should/could be done. He was super honest about what was necessary, what was recommended and what was extra. He even followed up a month later to make sure I was happy with the work! He also worked with my schedule for pick up/drop off. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone!

I came in for what I thought was a problem with my water pump but was determined to be a leak in the cooling system. The repair was made quickly and inexpensively. My car began acting up on the drive home one day. A quick phone call to Sunny Automotive had me an appointment the next day, and within a few hours I was back on the road - good as new (2015 Chevy). Quick service. Great service. Will definitely do business there again if and when I need my car serviced.
