The work is efficient and good explanation and recommendations without feeling pressured. Usually able to get you in pretty quickly. My go to for oil changes and for bigger fixes which thankfully has not been a big need (knock on wood).

Wanted to give a shout-out to Sumner's for always taking care of my cars needs!!! We've been going to them for years now for most all of our car needs and repairs and they are up front, honest, reasonable and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for getting the Impala back in shape and saving us from a new car payment !!! If you're looking for a reliable mechanic shop, check them out and give em a try you won't be disappointed!!!!

Sumner s is awesome! It s family owned and they take care of our vehicles any time anything goes wrong. From oil changes, to tires to spark plugs they do it all. We deal with Ryan most times and they make our car a priority. They tell us how much the price will be before they start the work. We usually get our vehicle back the same day, sometimes the day after depending on what we need done.

Great place to have car work done, and shout out to Brandon Louis for doing an excellent job getting my van fixed from its many issues. Brandon will be honest with you about what your vehicle needs done and what is worth fixing or not. He s fair, helpful, experienced, and timely! 100% recommend Brandon Louis at Sumner s.

Good work. Needed a transmission and Ryan sent my car to a place that specialized in rebuilds to have the transmission rebuilt. Saved me alot of money. P.S Don't buy a dodge. Been going here for years.

Cannot say how thankful I am for the mechanics at Sumner auto. Brandon Louis had me in and out in no time and made sure to put my mind at ease when I was concerned about the family vehicle being out of commission. I will definitely be using this shop (and requesting this particular mechanic) any time I have an auto need!

They are Very respectful and very helpful they make sure that your car is squared away and if they end up doing something or messing something up they always find a solution that works out for you. Ryan is very dependable

Cannot say enough about the quality of service provided by Brandon. He is always there for us in desperate times and always able to fix the problem at the source. Absolutely the best there is. He s so kind and professional in everything he does and we couldn t ask for anyone better to be servicing our vehicles! Highly recommend!!!!

Sumner's has always taken care of me with all of my vehicles along with my family's vehicles. I bring all my friends and family here. Family run shop and they treat you like family as well . Highly recommend

I would just like to say if you are looking for a small hometown car repair shop that feels like family, even though it's in the city, this is where it's at from day one which has been a few years now of stopping in to have my car repaired was the best decision I could ever made Ryan and his guys are very knowledgeable and they never make you feel like you don't belong there, I have called him before and said hey, I think I have a problem with my car. He automatically remembered the make model in the year on it when I said that it sounds like I'm running over manhole covers ha ha he automatically has an idea of what's going on, he just tells me to bring the car drop it off put the keys in the mailbox, and normally calls me within a few hours with reasonable prices that you cannot deny and you won't get elsewhere... so if you're looking for a family friendly feel this is where it's atService: Steering & suspension repair

This place is awesome . The other day I was riding and my tire popped on me while taking kids to school ! Thank god I was down the street when it happened , I pulled over in their lot ! They didn t have my right tire but they were so nice to me , put my spare on , checked my other tires and got me and my kids back rolling! I appreciate them so much , very kind people ! Thank yal for all you guys help !!

Ryan and his crew are all great. Ryan helped me keep an old car alive as long as it would last. He always helped me understand what to do to help keep it alive, and gave me honest feedback regarding the car. He always had it in and out of the shop in a timely matter. When it was time to get rid of the old car, he gave me honest opinions on what to look for in a new car. His knowledge on cars is why I will continue to bring my new car there and would absolutely recommend him and Summer s to anyone for any type of service!

First car place that I have ever been to that I don t feel like I m getting ripped off! Whenever anything is wrong with my car, I know that I can count on Scott to tell me what it could be, or to check it out for me. Not many people like that, anymore! Not many people I trust with my car, but Scott is always my go to car guy!

Been taking my vehicles to Ryan at Sumners for years now. He is very easy to work with and very friendly. Has helped me out on all kinds of things from simple oil changes or brakes to deeper rooted engine problems. Always have great end results at a very reasonable price. Summers has been our family's mechanic since we moved to Colerain in 1995. They are honest and do good work, which is what everyone needs in a mechanic. But they are also a family type business, and treat your car like they are working on their own vehicle. That is something I WANT in a mechanic.

They got my daughter's car in the same day and understood that she was a delivery person and needed her car to make money everyone else in the area was Booked up For a week or so.. And the price for the work was super reasonable... I will always use them.
