The care and concern for me, my family and our needs during buying was evident again at our first service appointment. Jim was wonderful to work with! I am so happy with our experience with Subaru and could not be more grateful for the safety of our Outback.Unfortunately, we've been hit twice in the last 6 months. But I have never felt safer in a vehicle. Bumpers can be replaced, but my family cannot. In the 2nd accident, I was car 5 of a 6-car pileup. I was the only car not to hit the person in front of me because of my Outback's safety features. Every day I drive, I feel protected by my car. That peace of mind is priceless.

I have been a faithful customer of Subaru for almost 6 years now. I trust what they tell me needs to be done to my car and are not just trying to make a quick buck off unneeded repairs. Sequoia is always upfront and honest with me about the repairs that need to be completed. Her quick responses to my questions and to call me back when I call in is greatly appreciated. I would NOT take my car anywhere else and I highly recommend your dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle because in today's economy, we all need the best value for the price.Thank you Sequoia for being an outstanding person who is willing to go the extra mile and for ALL you do for me.Subaru of Kings Automall is my go to for ALL of my car needs.

Purchased my first Subaru in 2018 and have been using Kings Subaru for service ever since. The team is excellent and will address every issue you have. Their prices are fair and do an excellent job. Rob was my salesman and is a great guy and made my purchase easy. Love the no pressure sales team and you don't feel like shark meat in a tank when looking at their cars in the lot. Thank you! Subaru did a great job on the actual work to be done on the car but also with the communications on progress. Lisa (my service advisor), was very helpful and informative. The service at Subaru of Kings Auto mall is one of the reasons I keep buying Subarus.

This was the first service for our Outback Touring that we bought from Kings in April. Sequoia, my service advisor, was quick to check me in and offered to do some optional checks (software updates, etc) as part of the service. When I asked for a ride to work up the road, she offered me a loaner car. A loaner car for an oil change? Really? Yup, I got to drive the new EV Solterra! How awesome is that? I have been a life long Honda guy (6 vehicles), but the low pressure purchasing experience at Kings Subaru (Kelly Renzenbrink) has certainly made me a Subaru fan. My only complaint is the service department opens at 8am (be nice if it was 7:30am), but hey you can't have everything.Service: Oil change

This time my advisor happened to be Sequoia and she was friendly, helpful, and provided regular updates on progress. That has always been my experience with their team. I especially liked the summary video directly from the technician completing the service.

I always get good service at the Kings Automall Subaru.Evan Rogers estimated my wait time as 45 minutes. They were finished in 44 minutes. Their wait time estimates are usually pretty close, but this one was right on the money! This was important to me because I had my dog with me.

Went in for my 12,000 mile check and oil change. My service advisor, Jacob Morris was very friendly and courteous and once done, he went over everything that the technicians did for my vehicle. The wait is also worth the service you get here. Such a wonderful place and everyone is friendly.

In general, I like this dealership. I have noticed though that they will upcharge certain repairs, when you can easily buy the part online and have them install it for much cheaper.That said, Aaron D (Service Manager) was one of the best I've worked with. I had some repairs needed that stemmed from a previous repair at another shop after a wreck. He candidly advised that I should get the repair work done ASAP, and that he would vouch to my Insurance that it was a direct result of the incomplete repair from the wreck. He helped me get in/out in less than one business day, and I GREATLY appreciate that he advised me to get the work done before going on a trip in the mountains.

The staff at Kings Auto Mall Subaru are wonderful. Whenever I take my car there they are upfront and honest about the work that I need to or not need to have completed on my Crosstrek. Sequoia explains things to my level of understanding. She goes above and beyond for Subaru s customers. I would highly recommend buying and servicing your car with this dealership! They are AWESOME and I never walk away wondering about my car. I trust their knowledge 100%!

I was greeted by Lisa H. When I arrived for service. She informed me about the service process for my car and showed me to the waiting room. (The hot chocolate was good). When the service was complete, which went quickly, she told me what was done. She then walked me to my car. Lisa was polite, friendly and professional; all of which to me is great personal customer service! Thanks Subaru!

This place is great. We bought an older used Subaru Legacy for a new teen driver and we initially took the vehicle to this location after we purchased the car so they could do a bumper to bumper inspection and recommend all the safety significant repairs. As a parent, trust in the vehicle your son or daughter is driving is beyond important. The technicians were very professional and never feel pushy. I have been taking it here for the oil changes and tire rotations even though I usually do it myself and they always do an inspection, which gives me a little more assurance that my child is safe. Great place originally recommended by a coworker and now I recommend it myself!

I went in for 60,000 mile preventive maintenance service on my 2018 Outback. Lisa was the service advisor and did a good job of coordinating the modified service, along with providing a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. She was professional and knowledgeable about the content of the service performed. The Outback was completed and returned to me within the timeline provided. Good job Lisa and the technicians.

Evan, service guy. Took care of me when I pulled up to the service door. Told me it would be about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation KD plan. Got paperwork at end. Went over inspection report. I left. A few blocks away I noticed the service report was for another Ascent, a 2023. Mine is a 2022 Ascent. I returned and got the right report, where another lady there told me the results of it. Evan was in a meeting with others in the office there.

I went to Subaru without an appointment to get an oil change, lube and tire rotation before going out of town.I don't know why I always wait until the last minute. My service advisor, Arthur was very responsive and gave me excellent communication regarding how long it would take and what I should expect. No surprises and they got me out in less time than anticipated. He also recommended another company to help with a windshield chip. That worked out great too.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

I had an amazing experience with Evan at Subaru! He kept me informed of the status of my car and went above and beyond. I had an issue with a seatbelt that wasn t on my initial complaint and he offered to fix that as well! Very happy with it!

Jacob Morris always does an outstanding job taking care of me. He even checks my oil with me after service so I don t have to worry about any mistakes made during my scheduled service Appointment. As long as he is at Kings Subaru I ll keep returning for my scheduled maintenance.
