Subaru of Kings Auto Mall made my entire car buying experience a pleasure. Peter, my salesman, was FANTASTIC - pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable - all of the above. Gary, the finance manager, was as well. From start to finish it could not have gone smoother. They turned a potentially stressful process into a pleasure. They have my future business for certain!

Greg was a great salesman. He was not pushy, just helpful in finding what we wanted in a vehicle. Let us take our time and wanted to be sure we would be happy with our new car. Also he showed us how to set radio stations and how to use all the controls on the touch screen after the sale. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a Subaru.

My wife and I went to a few dealerships, all of which were fine. After being at Kings Subaru for 2 minutes, we knew something was different. KS felt more like a community rather than a bunch of sales reps. We worked with Jim and Peter who were both very personable and on top of their games. There were great vehicle options in stock. From the test drive, to the coffee, to the financing we had such a great experience, we ended up buying 2 cars.

I just upgraded my 2017 Crosstrek to the new 2024 model. Ethan was great about facilitating the deal and was a pleasure to work with as was everyone else. I also regularly get my vehicle(s) serviced here and always have a great experience with the service department. Truly can't say enough good things.

My wife purchased an Outback. Her salesman Peter Robertson was fantastic. Easy going and very helpful. The entire process from start to finish was easy. Two issues were they give you a thumb drive with all your documents. Tried three computers and it could not be read. The sales cubicles does not offer much privacy. Overall being the last Saturday of the month and year things went great. Thanks again Peter.

Recently, I bought a Forester from these folks. Trevor Alger was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and even after. He's called after the fact to confirm the car is running just how I expected and to answer any questions I've had. The purchase itself was so easy my family and I were in and out in less than an hour, and they ordered my license plates for me so now I do not need to waste time down at the BMV.

I worked with Jim on the purchase of my 2024 Impreza Sport. He listened to me and offered suggestions on ways we could get me in the car I wanted! Jim was friendly and so helpful, everyone at the Kings Automall location were so nice. I had a lot of anxiety and doubts going to look at the car as far as if I could get the price and monthly payment I needed to be able to make it work for my budget. I also had never purchased a car at an actual dealership before, so this made me nervous too. The whole process was painless and so fast! My car arrived 5 days after I was in the dealership and I am in love with it! I'm really happy with the experience and that I went through with it. My fiance bought a 2023 Legacy in November of 2023 with Greg and also had a great experience. I'll recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Getting a new car is a major expense. This dealership's customer service has really impressed me. I have been back with questions about my new car and the service department has answered all of them. I have also been back for it's first service since buying the car and calling for an Appointment was very easy and the car was ready within the hour. So far I feel that buying my new car from this dealership has been a very good decision

UPDATE: I just picked up my new car yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Peter Robertson thoroughly explained all of the features of the car to me, the business manager went through all of my options and paperwork which was a breeze, and every single person I interacted with was friendly and congratulatory - even if they weren't directly related to my purchase. I was in and out within two hours. I highly recommend buying from Kings Subaru.I have always felt like Kings Subaru treats me well, so I decided to go back to them to buy my new Forester Sport, even though they are farther away from me than other Subaru dealerships. My experience with Peter Robertson only served to solidify that feeling. I came in for a test drive and to reserve the vehicle I found on the website.When I tried to reserve it, it was already taken, so Peter led me through the process of "building" the car I wanted on the computer. He was a phenomenal salesman - he listened to what I had to say and made suggestions based on my needs. While he mentioned all of the features available to me, he did not push if I said no to getting them. In the end, I'm actually happier with the car I built, I have an estimated date for delivery of my new car, as well as a trade-in quote and financing estimate. I felt like a respected customer and was in and out in 2 hours, which included the 40 minutes I spent during the test drive.I always feel like buying a car is really high pressure. However, my experience with Peter was so great that I would order from Subaru again on a heartbeat!

Rob Fredericks was great to work with. We came into Subaru after a frustrating experience at another dealership in the auto mall. Rob made the process so easy and comfortable. I appreciated the time he took with me when the car was delivered to explain all of the features. I have always made some sort of concession in previous car purchases but I got exactly what I wanted to Subaru of Kings Automall. I highly recommend!

I had such an amazing experience buying my first car through Subaru of Kings Automall. I ordered a brand new 2022 Subaru Forester back in February, and every step of the way Mark and Jean were there to assist. They stayed in touch to help me through the whole process and were so kind. I would recommend to anyone buying a car through this location. Mark was so friendly and flexible in accepting my calls and letting me know what paperwork was still needed. He contacted my insurance agent directly to get things squared away so that I could give my signatures and drive off. The knowledge of the staff in addition to how personable they are really made me comfortable and secure in knowing my order was in the best hands possible. When it came time to pick up the car, Jim was so helpful in going through all of the features with me. He got in the car with me to show me how everything was done and treated me as if we had been friends for years. His kindness and knowledge was exceptional and he was a joy to work with. Everyone celebrated with me and welcomed me into the Subaru family and I could not have asked for a better experience. I am so thankful to Subaru of Kings Automall and the wonderful experience they gave me of buying my very first car. I will be purchasing from them again in the future when the time comes.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a new '24 Forester at Subaru of Kings Automall recently. In particular, our salesman Jim Davidson, was a true pleasure to work with. He was quite knowledgeable about the models and trims levels, and was completely helpful through the process without being the least bit pushy. Jean, the New Car Manager, was also quite easy to work with. In the end, we received a very fair price on the new Forester, and a fair trade-in on our vehicle. Linda was helping out in finance, so we were able to do everything in 1 stop without needing to return. With everyone being so professional, kudos goes to the General Manager, Darryl Russell, for running a customer-friendly operation! Our new Forester makes us a 4-Subaru family now, and we are thrilled with our purchase. We'll certainly return when we need another new vehicle.

Got some issues when trying to go thru loan things. I had a few questions for their manager. But their manager was so mad to answer and said F word to me and let me get out of the building. I promise I didn t say any dirty word and that manager said F word and let me get out. That s how kings Subaru treats their customer. I hope whoever see this comment in kings. Please Please manage your internal staff well. Personal attacks on customers are unforgivable.

We worked with Ken Bumiller to buy a Certified Pre-Owned Outback Limited. Ken had the car ready for a test drive when we arrived for a scheduled visit and by the time we got back he had the estimate for our trade in. After negotiating a satisfiable deal we set up a pick up and drop off to meet our schedule. On our return everything went smoothly and we were driving our new car Home within an hour.

Buying a car is stressful and sometimes working with the car price and the car salesperson can become annoying especially if the salesperson gives any hints that you are not ready to buy.Not at this dealership. Our family was blessed to meet Jim Davidson. I had told him that we are not in a hurry to buy a car but we need a car in the next few months. Plus we had never owned a SUV as we were always a car family.Jim allowed us to take the time and we tested the Forester, Outback and Legacy. We had mixed emotions and were confused. So we left. He still did not pressure us but most importantly he kept in touch.Somehow I felt that we need to go back. Jim seems to be a nice guy and maybe he will help us clear out the confusion. So went and we had decided to try one more vehicle that was left out which happened to be the Crosstrek.Even with the Crosstrek Jim allowed us to test drive both the 2.0 and 2.5 L engine as we did like the feel and drive of the Crosstrek and finally the whole family was in agreement.Jim also helped us pick our add on features without any pressure and gave his honest opinion each time.Jim is a keeper and I am glad he was with us through the entire car buying experience.Thank you to all and I now hope to have the same level of experience when I take the car for servicing. If they can do the car car servicing extremely well and make it painless why would I even consider going anywhere else.We live more than 25 miles from this dealership but it is worth the drive. Thank you once again for the entire staff for making our experience excellent.

I purchased a 2022 from here with Trevor as my Salesman. He was amazing and honestly an all around great guy. He kept me updated, gave me options, explained the difference in prices of models both on site and at other dealers. I truly enjoyed working with him and would buy from him again tomorrow. I was even offered pizza forLunch that was purchased for the staff. Sean my finance guy did not pressure me to add more coverage and was quick and pleasant to work with. This is my 2nd Subaru purchase fromKings. Update. Leased a 2023 Outback with Trevor again as my salesman. Another outstanding experience. I wanted a particular color and specific options. Trevor found what I wanted and had it delivered. I worked with the other Finance guy and it was just as quick and enjoyable. I highly recommend Kings Subaru and their entire staff.
