Such a great experience! Had my sun damaged hood repainted and it looks brand new! I was worried the new paint would look too new since the car is 20 years old but the match is perfect! They were great, fast and a really good price! 10/10 recommend!

I got a rust spot repaired on a quarter panel, the repair looks great the color match is perfect can t tell the difference. The only major problem I have with the repair is that the body lines do not line up at all. The quarter panel and the rear bumper line is off by at least an inch. Did an okay job just wish that they would have taken the time to line up the repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car here after a horrible experience at another auto body shop in town. I was so frustrated with the other place and didn t want to deal with anyone else, but my hood latch was broken so it wasn t a repair I could put off. I showed up without an appointment and explained my situation. They were amazing!!! They told me exactly what needed done, what parts I needed, and pretty much handled everything for me. I left that day and the parts were ordered. I went back in two days later with the part (again with no appointment) and they installed it for me in under 30 minutes and had me out the door. I will be back here 1000% for any other work I need done on my car. The first shop in town that I went to way over charged me for the original work I needed done and then broke my hood latch and several other things on my car. It was such a relief to come here and get everything fixed so fast and so well.Service: Body & Trim

Dropped my car off, started off great. They took time to explain what would be done. They were higher then the other quotes but I would get what I wanted and more for the price. Dropped off on 8/31/20 and it wasn't ready until 9/21/20. They had my car so long because of internal Communication issues.Here is what I needed:Damage front driverside panel replacementPaint all damaged areasTire replacement due to accidentPaint car all the way aroundHere's what I got:Damage repairedCar painted but paint on my chromeCar painted but darker than I wanted but was told it may beTire wasn't replaced but paid to be, someone was told to replace the other sideAll in all this job I needed done took to long, I had to call too many times to check the status. The right don't know what the left is doing. DAN knows NOTHING, and really shouldn't talk with customers. When I called about my tire not being replaced he never once apologized for their mess up. Makes no sense. Picture shows the difference in color, paint botches and the panel isn't like it wasnt set right.Needless to say if I go back I need to record everything that is said to me, but based on my experience I more than likely will take my business elsewhere$2600 Bill paid to Macco$1800 quote carstarNow 6 months later new owners and even though the car was painted all over its one on the paperwork and nobody there is helping. Time frame for getting it done was only a day over but it was worth the wait, the car came out looking perfect. There were tiny scratches on the spoiler nothing too noticeable. And a bit of missed paint under the trunk lid but besides that they really took their time and made my car look amazing

If I could give 0 stars I would !! THEY gave me the run around sooooo much they had my car since May and I just got it back around august 30th . since I got into an accident and I have a 2023 trailblazer so they had to order parts they took so long and kept giving me out dates of when the car would be done . Then they turn around and tell me oh we forgot to order a certain part last minute caused me to loose my job ! Bc I didn t have any transportation. Julie and Eric are the managers there and they have horrible customer service they will literally hang up on you in your face or get very rude with you . Not to mention my car was sitting at their shop for a whole month not touched after being told They ve started working on it highly don t recommend!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Maaco did an amazing make over on my car..I purchased a used car that had some minor scraps and dent especially along the top of the door..Well low and behold Maaco was able to repair everything. I'm very satisfied and will in the future be returning with my other vehicle.Great job guys..and Mr.Eddie was very professional and polite.

Sadly they have had my car for a month very little communication am going to have to go there in person to see if my car is even still thereUpdate: 2 weeks have gone by with no calls regarding the vehicles progress. Almost 2 months in the shop. After being told 3 weeks initially.

Jim is the Manager at this location. I brought my Toyota Camry in to have some minor bodywork and a full painting of the entire vehicle. From the time of walking through the color options and comparing my top picks, his team was above and beyond helpful! The quality of the work completed was the BEST PERIOD!! I adjusted auto claims for a top 5 insurance company in the past and customers always raved about Maaco and their service. If you haven't already used them, I would highly recommend them! Decent paint job, just Underwelming. For the money spent I shouldn't have spots of chip paint. I shouldn't see my old cars color on the side of the side mirrors and on the door handles with paint peeled in the door jams that I paid extra for. It's good enough for me to sell my car or keep. But they were very stingy on the paint and clear coat. And I paid for the top paint package and a light spray of clear coat is not enough for the Shine that it should have. Also the car was painted the color of two slots above the one I selected. It was too light in color compared to the color I selected. But it's decent. People still like it but they haven't looked closely to see all of the long list of imperfections and to see that they were very stingy with the paint and clear coat. Which the multiple chips of paint and the door jam paint peeling is the proof. Or the new paint sprayed on the black area where the windshield wiper sits. Decent but not great and I paid for Great.

These guys did a great job on my Trailblazer SS. The workmanship was quality and done ahead of schedule. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the end result. They even realized they could do the repairs without removing the back glass and took the time off the estimate, a high integrity move because I would have never known the difference either way. Very polite staff. They went the extra mile to make sure my '62 Bug 's colors were spot on. Even offered to repaint hood and fenders after finding flaws...can't ask for much more than that!! Don't waste your time here, they take advantage of people who don't know much about cars. I came here because my landlord required the parts of my car that were oxidized to be fixed, I didn't want the entire car to be painted. They told me that cars cannot be painted by panel and the whole thing had to be stripped and repainted. That wasn't true. I went to get a second opinion (Kalb's Autobody Shop is amazing and did a great job- I highly recommend!). Turns out, I just needed a clear coat on certain panels and it could be done in 2 days. Not only that, but the initial quote from MAACO was doubled when I came back AND they told me they couldn't fit me in during the scheduled time I had made an appointment. Some of the worst service I have ever gotten and would recommend everyone stay away from them if you want to find reasonable prices and work with honest people!Service: Painting

We took in our 2005 Scion XB, needed rust cut out and replaced under running boards under doors on each side. Their estimate was very good, the final price was commensurate with the estimate. Sierra, who waited on us, did the estimate on the spot and was really good! They had the car about a week and a half...lotta steps to get to the finish line. We are very happy with the quality of work, price, whole experience...Hey, better call Maaco! Specifically, this one!!! 5 stars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so unhappy 1, they call me my car was done ; I try to going to pick up it so;many unfinished job and it s not done or completed my car. I show them okay we can fixing and they told me coming back next day. The next day before I goes the shop I call to ; is done my car ? They told me yes . I try to go pick my car I looked at it still some things was done not right I just I found the second time I showed them again ok we will fixing . I just exhausted still I will go this Monday on10/31/2022 back to Maaco again.2 / all inside my car dust and paint all are messy they don t use extra covers or other staff3/ they don t give me any Apology any excuseServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible been coming back and forth since 2020 for paint that keeps peeling to the paint that was there before! This location ran thru so many employees since then so they not trying to fix what previous employees did even with warranty!!the supervisor Jim gone basically call me a liar and say they didn t do that paint job, goes thru records and see they did do the paint job, then goes on to say it s been hit that s why it s peeling on different area of the car. Oyeah he told me to bring it in to be fixed then denied he said that!instead of fixing it right they want you to call corporate cause they already got your money!!!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

They were, by far, the friendliest collision repair center that I received a quote from in Cincinnati! I went to five different places to evaluate the damage of my car and to receive an estimate, and Maaco was superior to the others in terms of customer service, pricing, project time, and offering the best overall experience. Their quote was significantly below all of their competitors. I would highly recommend them and I strongly believe they have the best representation by staff in the entire city - they re helpful, genuinely nice, and demonstrate a care for their customers. Maaco is outstanding!

I haven't had the Maaco car painting experience yet, but my friends have used their services in the past and had no complaints. However, car repairs by Will, is excellant and professional. Great affordable prices and I trust him and the mechanics to work on my truck. Everyone who works there is nice, helpful and friendly. They have a business and not slow to get the job done.

My paint job looks great. Everything else about how this business is run, is horrible. I scheduled a month out to have my truck painted, in which I was told it would take a week. 2 1/2 weeks later I was still getting vanilla answers on when it would be ready. The typical answer is "call back tomorrow after 1 and we'll let you know". I lost 3 days of work costing more than the paint job itself. Would not recommend people to waste their time and money at this place!

They miss so many spots on my car and when I acknowledge it they tried to make me use my warranty. They made me wait 2 weeks to come back to repaint it. He gave me a date saying it will be finish when that date came they didn t even touch it. . Paint still look trash.Service: PaintingService: Painting

When the work is done right it's great but lately... Uhhh....Nuhhh... My husband took his sub there for a warranty paint job and it took them over a month to do it. When He finally got his truck back it looked complete but upon closer examination there was spots chipped where they peeled tape off and you could see that the truck was never sanded which they promised to do. He had many other issues too many too write and he had to take it back again a whole other week and nothing was fixed again so as of now it's looking good but walking up on it, it looks horrible.

I am very disappointed by my experience with this location, when I first stopped in I was told by I believe her name was Melanie that it would $808.00, that's with putting primer on the hood. Well I went back a little over a week later the regional Manager tells me it cost to Primer the hood, so I said ok my Wife just gave me $250.00 towards the paint job. Then she tells me ok with that we can prime the hood fix a spot on the door, and a spot on the rocker. I was excited so I said ok go ahead, see my wife saved for a long time to buy this car for me, because I sold my first hotrod to take her on a honeymoon. Well fast forward I get the car back and none of the spots that I was told would be fixed we're not, And when I asked about them I was told by Jennifer that the paint couldn't be warranted because I did some body work on it before paint, but I thought that doesn't make sense she knew I did some work on it when she told me those spots were gonna be fixed. And when I asked for my $250 back I was told to bad. And now the front bumper is bubbling after only 2 months, and it's bubbling in a spot that I didn't do the prep work. So that leads me to believe, they did a bad job prepping before paint. Just don't go here, their rating tells you all you need to know.Service: Painting

I would first of all like to give a thank you to the great customer service and employees at Maaco for working their butts off to finish my car in 1.5 days. I was a first time Maaco customer and had a dent and deep scratch appraised on my "new to me" automobile. The price was well better than CARSTAR and other collision and paint shops anywhere I could find. Not only did they fast track my car to get finished before the holidays but they kept there word. Very important and meant a lot to me being a first time customer. They even called and told me about a shady previous repair job that had taken place before I purchased the vehicle that went unnoticed to me but not the experts there . I have a black 2011 Toyota Camry that looks flawless now thanks to the great people at Maaco. Once again I would like to reiterate that i am a first time customer and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Maaco!

Never again. Dropped my car off on a Saturday at the Kennedy location. To have bumper repaired and paint job. Was told id be ready for pick up on Wensday. 4 days. When i called. They tell me Saturday. Which would be a week. Now when i called they telling me another Wednesday which is almost 2 weeks just to get a bumper and a paimt job done? I came with my own parts so they didnt have to order anything!. They always have an excuse such as " our paint machines were down " If you do get a car painted or work done from here, i do not recommend trusting the pick up date. Especially if you work like me. And have to keep calling off and switching days you can return. It makes me seem like a lier. Like im unprepared because they bad at there job. Did not think it would take almost 2 weeks to have minor work done. Can i cancel the paint job and just pay for the labor of them fixing my bumper? Love, love, love our paint job. Our Jeep has a good 100,000 miles left in its life. We had the entire thing painted after we got keyed on one side, had scuff damage on the other and paint started peel in various places. Our car looks new. I am so happy we invested in this now so I can enjoy that new car feeling. They even cleaned our interior before I picked it up. We are VERY pleased.
