I can always rely on Spradlin Automotive for an honest and accurate diagnosis. The mechanics here are highly skilled, thorough, and do the job right the first time. The staff are friendly and courteous. 7/14/23update:had a bad experience at another local shop. They quoted me over $8k for repairs!?!?Brought it back to Spradlin and Jason PROPERLY diagnosed my issues. Got parts and properly addressed/repaired my issues. Had my car in and out in 2 day and cost me $350 out of pocket ($850 before after market warranty). Mike sat on the phone for HOURS to get my warranty approved, even after I told him that he didn't have to. He also lent me a car to use for a day, and I didn't have to rent a car afterwards since it was such a fast turnaround. Car drives straight and steady and met my expectations. Jason was straight with me about what I though could be a major repair, saying that it's not an immediate safety issue and to wait til it gets worse so when they do tear it down it will be more evident what needs to be replaced. Fair enough. Other place said I needed a new transfer case?? I asked why... "it's making a noise". OK, what is bad about the transfer case? *crickets chirping..Spradlin told me what they knew was bad and why, and nothing else. They didn't BS me on anything they couldn't reasonably quantify was a problem. Straight shooters and earned my trust and future business. Honest shop, good prices. I took my Toyota Camry here for 7 years until I moved out to the west coast. I wish I could find a shop like this where I live now. Mike and Barry were great at explaining issues they found with the car in language anyone can understand. I appreciated that they explained the consequences of not fixing something they found, so that I could decide for myself if I wanted to get it fixed.

Mike and the team At Spradlin Auto worked on Lexus RX330 for a number of years as well as my husbands Lexus SC & ES. Nothing but openness and honesty along with fairness and the BEST Quality work. My praise extends to them even though I moved to Florida. I have an issue with condensation in the front headlight and had it checked and received an estimate for repair. To be certain, I called & confirmed with Mike yes their quote is in line. So even miles away I still have a great mechanic friend to call. Thank you all especially Mike at Spradlin for your many years of outstanding service.

I never thought I'd rate a mechanic 5 stars. Mike and his team are super knowledgeable about the service they provide, and have shown that in spades over the few years I've used them.We had a transmission issue that they ended up saving me 4 grand on by having me take the car to a dealership instead and try to get it fixed through a warranty/recall that they felt it might fit under.On top of that, we had a pricey engine replacement that to no fault of theirs involved having it done twice (manufacturer defect) - over Thanksgiving and then Christmas Eve. Both times, their service people came in on a holiday to get the job done so they could knock it out and know it was done right.Can't recommend them enough - when it comes to car repairs you know you want it to be done right.

My aunt recommended I take my car here recently when I was having some car troubles and it was a great suggestion. They will talk to you about what is wrong with your vehicle, offer you a couple of cost options and let you make the right choice for you. They're not the cheapest place around, but they work fast, are super friendly, do an excellent job. I will definitely bring my car back to Spradlin's if/when I need further assistance in the future! Note: they specialize in foreign cars like Mazda, Toyota, Honda, etc.

Great, speedy service. Car lost both right tires on 71 around Cincinnati coming from Columbus, took it in for repair an hour before close. The team was transparent with the damage and went to work quickly to get me back on the road the next afternoon day. Cannot recommend enough!

I m just leaving a review about a previous review. I have never needed to use Spradlin since the parts department closed years ago. I m in the auto repair business. I was just looking at other shops reviews.L. Schwartz left a 1 star review of a import service center because they don t work on domestic vehicles. What a load of garbage.The reply from Spradlin was professional. Not sure I would have been that professional.Thanks for a laugh. Here s a 5 star review for free.

That thing that you hope never happens, happened while traveling through the area - car broke down. Mike managed to squeeze the repair into an already busy schedule to allow me to get back on the road same day. Excellent service at a great price. Hope I never have reason to look for a mechanic in this area, but if I do, I know where to go!

Spradlin is one of the very few auto repair shops that I truly trust. He never does any unnecessary work on my car and even advises me against certain repairs if it is unnecessary or not helpful to the car.I started taking my car there more than 5 years ago when I lived on the north side of Cincinnati. I now live in northern Kentucky and I still drive to sharonville to have my car serviced.

Well, they did the service well and they had very nice people working. The reason for the 3 stars is because they checked the car out and gave me a price, a price that I ran by my hometown guy and he said it wasn't too bad. I was from out of town and couldn't make it back home in the condition the car was in, so that's why I had to use these guys. So it doesn't take much time and I go back to get my car and pay the bill. When I get there the bill was $150 more than originally said. For context this was a bill that started around a couple hundred dollars. The extra charge was for the diagnosis, which is usually not charged when you use that mechanic after getting it checked, and that's been a consistent thing across America, and I've been to a lot of states. So the original price was higher than my guy would've charged, and that's understandable because that's how mechanics work, but the extra diagnosis charge was ridiculous. Not only was it high but it was not part of the original quote, I would've appreciated the upfront honesty if they included it in the quote. So all in all, they fixed my car and didn't take long doing it, but the extra costs and the sleezy way they slipped it in at the end was concerning and I won't be going back.

Mike and his Shop are my absolute go-to. Just drove nearly 4 hours to get my car repaired here after taking it to 2 other mechanics. It was well-done and affordable. A+ and two thumbs up.

Brought my car in to get new rear brakes put on. Mike did so and everything from there went downhill. As soon as I got the car back, it s been like night and day. My car has never rode right since, I took it back a week later, and he was unable to fix the problem. Good guy, not such a good mechanic.

We.have used Spradlin for both older (1999 CRV) and oldish (2007 Odyssey) Honda s, both with very good results. These guys know Hondas really well, and often know the problem based on description alone. They redid the oil seals and struts on my CRV, and it runs like a champ at 20 years old. Always fair on pricing, and willing to dig in to figure stuff out. You can tell they like what they do.

Took my car into Spradlins today for a blower motor that had conked out. Because this part had been replaced by Spradlins last winter the replacement this time was absolutely free....no questions asked. This is why I love dealing with Spradlins.......always complete honesty combined with excellent service and pricing. Have been taking my cars to Spradlins for the past 15 years and will continue to do so.

I 've never dealt with the Service end of this company, but as far as the Parts Department is concerned, they are SECOND TO NONE!!! Anyone who drives an AUDI or VW knows how difficult it can be to get parts and fluids locally without going to the dealership. They have always been able to get me the OE equipment I needed, and have even cross referenced and suggested that I go to the Dealership if they noticed it would save me money. THAT's what keeps me coming back to these guys! FANTASTIC AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I have been going this auto repair shop for over 20 years and have had nothing but the best service, both for repairing cars and customer service. Always honest and fair, Mike and his technicians are the best in the Cincinnati area.

These guys quoted me half as much for a head gasket and timing belt repair on my Subaru and got it done in a timely manner using quality parts. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else going forward

Very unfortunate encounter. I needed some to replace a starter on our 2014 Nissan . My husband works in Sharonville, commuting from the Dayton area. We asked if we could drop off our car to be serviced later and we're told "your lack of schedualing is not our problem." How the heck do you "schedual" a failed starter? So, no. So much for customer service :(
