I went to purchase oil and Terry and Jessica took the time to not only provide top tier customer service but also educated me on some things about oil that I didn t know and now I can share with others. This is my second great experience with Jessica and her knowledge that she shares!

Smyth always has the best, reliable, and least expensive auto parts. Great location, plenty of parking, right off the road. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Terry C. is my favorite Smyth employee! He is genuinely caring, very knowledgeable, and has helped me save so much money. He's educated me about my car, cars in general, and how not to be taken advantage of by mechanics, (I'm a woman). I'm extremely thankful and grateful!!!! Highly recommend Smyth!

Smyths is hands down the best auto parts store around Cincinnati, as someone who always has a few projects going on I find myself buying parts frequently and this is my go-to place. They always have better prices than the big name stores like Autozone or Orileys but even if they didn t I would still shop here because the staff is great they are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing is worse than going to an auto parts store and the guy behind the counter has no idea what he s talking about and that s never been an issue here they always make it an easy process!

Stop by for your Automotive needs, don't worry! These employees know what they're doing! Bonus! It's located so you can get in and out very fast! Check it out Norwood / Bond Hill area.

Very friendly and didn't hesitate to help me with my brake light even though he wasn't 100% certain how to install it. After watching a 30 second how to video , he had my new brake light in and I was on my way home . That was good customer service to not know something and to not send me away but to instead figure it out together and show me for future reference .

I needed a part for a 2010 Dodge Journey and Kenny told me you didn't have it. I called back minutes later for another part and talked to Terry and you had everything I needed on the shelf. Thanks for the great customer service Terry.

They have good prices when they get the part right.... I got a brake calibre today took it home went to put it on and it was wrong ..... Line always takes too long. I suggest only go there if you can have you part in hand too match it up. Or if your just going to pick up antifreeze or something of that nature.

Great auto parts store. They have a very knowledgeable staff, and the keep a huge inventory. Also every part I got from them worked great, and continues to work great. I have purchased broken parts from other stores, and purchased parts that went out within a couple months!

Told me i would have my parts any minute, 3 times over several hours. After multiple calls I was finally told "sorry cant get the parts today its gonna be Monday." These poor people are from Florida on their way home, they need their car Kenny. I had to call Oreilly's. They had the part and got it to me quick , Thanks Oreilly's.

2 times I got parts from them and they were the WRONG part. Make sure you give them the VIN because a part could have 2 version and they will only give you what they have and not mention the 2nd type.

They seem to have a lot of name brand parts so I can't find anywhere else. And they are priced pretty well

Poor service when you call they put you on hold and then don't pack back up, always send the wrong parts. I work as a tech and most of the time they cost me more money than they save me with there "discount" they give me. They also take forever to send me the wrong parts.

I posted 3 stars because alot of times I feel like there staff is more dedicated to talking to patrons on the phone rather than assisting customers that have actually commuted to the their store. Standing around tapping your foot and fidgeting your hands waiting for them to hang up the phone. They do usually have more in stock than some of the other places, but tend to be on the higher price side. I live close, so I will continue to visit when I need parts for my car. Unfortunately my vehicle (BMW) has to have the parts ordered and delivered (not in stock).If I knew how to reply to Smyths response I would, just can't figure out how to reply here.

No matter what time of day you come here, they are hoppin'! And for good reason-- parts are almost always cheapest and they are the name brand parts like Raybestos, Delphi, 3M and so on. Guys at the counter know their stuff and will give you their honest opinion and advice and not just try to get the sale. Good crew. Like that they are a local company too so the money stays in our community.

Very nice guys I grew up with one person who worked there and had a great time finding what I needed for my car...price was awesome so are the guys ..I will definitely return and recommend this shop!!!!

Somewhat disorganized, but i enjoyed their prices on some oddball items. The guy that helped me knew right away what kind of stuff my truck needed. I will go back.

Hey everyone I love this place they cheap than any where I go and they have good parts and garanteer you can go there whenever you want good parts they every where too
