I've bought 4 or 5 trailers from Smith over the last several years. Always professional and full service including almost any part you might need. I know for a fact you won't find a better on price within approximately a 80 mile radius and you won't find better people to deal with anywhere.

Great people to deal with. Super friendly and awesome selection even with high demand. Got the 7x14 I've been wanting. Pulls great and super easy to move around for storage. Already putting it to good use.

Smith Trailers made it easy to schedule a day to drop my pop up camper off to get the bearings and brakes checked. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the price was cheaper than the dealer! Would highly recommend for any trailer maintenance needs.

They sent us out on a trailer that had one tire s tread below the tread line , and another tire had a bald spot on it. The tire with the bald spot blew while towing $20k worth of equipment, taking up an hour extra of my time to change the tire only for us to get charged an extra $200 for a tire and a rim even though the rim was undamaged. Had they inspected the trailer beforehand, and made necessary safety repairs none of this would have happened. Be cautious if you ever rent a trailer from Smith trailers it will cost you more money , and can put you and others in unsafe situations on the road. Per the owners response these are pictures of the tires , these are not brand new 2 month old tires , but thanks for the great customer service!

Hitting the road to take a family vacation we blew one boat trailer tire and lost tread on a second all within an hour of each other. In a hurry, and during a stressful time for all of us involved we called and these guys exerted every option they had to get us back on the road to TN to start our vacation. Most welcoming, friendly & helpful staff we could ve asked for. Thank you for getting us on our way! Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone!

Had an unusual problem with a trailer i had purchased there 2 years earlier. They worked with the manufacturer to not just fix the problem at hand, but take care of some cosmetic issues as well and get it all under warranty. Communicated well in describing what the problem was, how they would fix it, how long it would take, and when i would get my trailer back. Wow, not sure what else they could have done right or better! Highly recommend! Thanks!

I stopped in today to buy something, My second time going to Smith and I think that's enough times to give a review. My review is fantastic, Jennifer Smith and her crew are absolutely a breath of fresh air for a consumer. Every place is struggling so bad with good people/service I would encourage anyone looking for a trailer or parts to go here, there's just a good vibe when you go in there and they are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My husband and I have been to every trailer sale place around looking at a trailer to purchase. My husband spoke with the employees at Smith trailers over the phone and was very please with the customer service here. We went in today and was even more pleased with the service. They were all very willing to help and answer questions, even walking us around in the freezing rain to look at inventory they had to offer. The owner even spoke with us and shared his opinions and expertise. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for the amazing service and help on our purchase.

I bought a receiver that was to big for my truck. They were super supportive and helped me locate the correct reviver I needed for my truck and they took the wrong one back with zero questions. Hands down very nice and friendly people!

Absolute all star customer service. Truly go above and beyond with no hesitation to stand behind their work as well as what they sell and offer great quality trailers, coming from someone who has pulled many different brands on a day to day basis and works them hard. Stout for commercial yet competitive prices.

Sell good trailers at a good price. More focused on moving trailers than customer warranty concerns however. Would rather sell trailers to new customers than take care of existing customers. Been trying to get them to just look at our trailer which is still under warranty been there three times and have waited for a half hour plus before leaving. All the meanwhile they're taking care of selling trailers.

Great staff to work with. Mark and Sarah are outstanding sale people and I do recommend. This is my sixth trailer in the last 15 years and I have been really happy with sure-trac trailers.

Called today (1-25-22) to check on a trailer availability. It was used and gone which was fine. Lady who answered the phone seemed very nice and sweet. Said she sold all 4 of the used ones. Didn t know they had 4 though which is okay.Problem I had was on ( 1-24-22) saw a post on face book market for a used enclosed trailer. Post was only 5 minutes old so I m sure I was one of the first people to acquire about.At first I did low ball them a little bit. Not knowing it was a dealership though cause they did not make it present in the add. We all know how a little haggling goes on marketplace ( trying to start a veteran owned small business)Asked the lady to call me .. no phone callAsked for more pictures. Pictures in add was a little vague no picturesNever even really got much off a response.But they sure could read all the messages though.Not sure if they was just discriminating or if some peoples money is not good enough there.Or if they just have a lousy person running there fb marketplace adds.So if you see any off there ads on fb and figure out it s them before it s too late best to call them or go up there in person.

I have been buying my Sure-Trac trailers from Randy at Smith Trailers for years purely for the fact of the customer service. Randy goes above and beyond for his customers to make sure they are taken care of and are satisfied. He sells a quality product at an affordable price with top tier service! Nice, friendly, and helpful folks. Mark spent a lot of time with me helping me sellect a trailer that was right for my needs. The Sure-Trac trailers they sell are well made right here in Indiana.I also bought some accessories at the same time and Mark packaged them in to a deal that saved me some money.I have used my trailer a few times now, and I am completely satisfied.I highly recommend this dealer.

I took my car to another trailer outlet to have my RV connection looked at. After 40 minutes they told me it would be $580 to fix. I called Smith trailers and spoke to Mark and he said bring it up he take a look at it. He took time out and went out to the parking lot and diagnosed the connection that the negative was not hooked up. He then went inside grabbed a part took off my old part put on the new part and fixed my connection in 20 minutes. Now, here s the best part. He charged me $20 to fix it. I gave him 30 and they were going to put that money into a fund to buy all the employees lunch. Not only did he take care of me but he also takes care of the people that he works with!

GREAT PEOPLE AND PRODUCT!!! I bought a trailer from Smith 25 years ago...it paid for itself hundreds of times over. The quality is unmatched to the big box stores!!! If you are looking for a trailer, talk to Smith Trailers and see how much more quality and extras you get compared to other trailers at almost the same price. The people at Smith's couldn't be nicer and more helpful...they are trailer EXPERTS!!! A++++++ SERVICE!!!!

I checked 4 other trailer before I bought the smith brand.. It had 4 features other trailers of. Same prices didn't have. Much better quality. The sales person ( Ronnie) was very professional. No pressure. Answered all my questions. I am a first time buyer of a trailer.
