Despite the fact that it was the first day after the Thanksgiving break, we were encountered with friendly staff and were able to get everything taken care of efficiently and without any problems. Thank you so much!

Great service, surprisingly I was in and out in like 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly, personable and professional. Stacey was directing people when they came in and she was an absolute darling! Mckenzie helped me at the window and was great also!

Absolutely terrible service. Zero accountability after they "can't find" my drivers license which was already expired beforei first went to this location on Jan. 23rd 2024 between the hours of 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. I called the next day after realizing I had left my license and received from this office over the phone a vocal confirmation that this location did indeed have my license and would hold it for me until I arrived next time at my own convenience. I will be expressing these events at my next court hearing regarding my suspended license. This location needs to find my identification before the 27th of this month or I will officially state this complaint to the judge. Because if this situation and how the events have occurred I am now unable to cash physical checks from my employer. How am I supposed to pay court fines when this bmv department lost my license and I can't cash my checks?

I had the most amazing experience just now getting my drivers license and a vanity plate for my car. The people were extremely helpful from the entrance information lady all the way to the picture. Shelllie worked with me and it was a charm.I am now officially a resident of Ohio

Today I came to the BMV to get new tags. I had no idea what I was doing and Stacey at the front door doing intake was very kind and sweet and helped me a lot. She s a very good worker and I appreciate her kind spirits. we need more workers like her in the BMV. Best experience I ve had yet appreciate people like that. Thank you for your help Stacey!

I was delighted by the little happy,warm, sunshine lady who greeted me and gave me my number to listen for. She was pleasant and helpful to everyone in line. She continued to be sunshine to everyone and apologized for the wait. I still smile when I think about her.

Great service!!! They have a check in station right when you walk in, with a wonderful receptionist. She checked to see that we had all the documents we needed. This saved us and others time and trouble!

Way above average customer service for a public office. Pam was so nice! Getting plates for a new car took less than 10 minutes in-and-out. Fsntsstic!

If you are planning on taking your written exam, you need to know that they are not working on Sunday and Mondays. So I m trying to save your trip thinking that they are open on Monday like me! It is the license bureau that is open on Monday.

Bad service! I went to the office to get my renewed title according to the date they gave me. But when I got there, they said my title was not there yet, and their attitude was not that good. Bureaucratic! It needs to improve their efficiency and serving attitude!

On testing side lady that s the manager Diane has a very nasty attitude towards customers. I m not sure how she became a manager unless it was by default. Came in to transfer my license from out of state. She told us we had to take a test as if we didn t have our license already. Recruiter at my new job asked to speak to her to get clarification as to why I had to retest. She gave us attitude said I m not touching your phone! As if I had Covid or something worse. Her whole demeanor says she shouldn t work with people. Other than that the other side they were much nicer. Ke was the person that helped us get everything switched out. She had great energy, great customer service and she smiled when communicating with us. Tell Diane to retire or have a better attitude when talking to customers. If you don t like your job I m sure they have a spot for you some where else. That doesn t involve interacting with people.

I brought my Granddaughter to the Sharonville BMV for her maneuverability test and she was told she had to have a form copied from the library that was not even open and she could not be squeezed in for a layer appointment thus losing time from work and losing time for an appointment for myself.
