Just got my car back from Schmoe s. What can I say? Quality work, fantastic service, the nicest people to work with it was a pleasure. They certainly made the process as painless as possible. I will certainly recommend them!

They fixed my car after I was involved in a wreck. They went above and beyond in helping me get everything back to normal. It looked like a new car.Friendly, helpful people. Great work.

Because word of mouth is so important I just wanted to tell you guys I had the absolute best, most positive experience with Schmoe s on Bridgetown with my auto body repairs.We had an very unfortunate incident occur with our camper, a family member and my car over the summer. Schmoe s came through and made my car look even better than before. They handled all the behind the scene stuff my insurance copy and got everything completed with that. They treated me with respect and like I was a human. I hate going to auto body/mechanics alone because as a female I feel like I m talked down to or things are dumbed down for me. I never once felt that way working directly with them. I will always come back to them for body work. They are definitely worth it!Highly highly recommend!

This place is awesome! They got me in for an appointment quickly and did such an amazing job fixing a big scrape on the side of my car. See the before and after photos for yourself! I am very happy with my car. This is my 3rd time going to Schmoe's. They are a little pricey but I like the work that they do and they let you know the price up front and never do anything without letting you know first so there are no surprises. My car is always cleaner inside and out when I pick up my car.

I typically use this place for detailing. They usually do a fairly good job but my last experience was not great. I paid $225for the full detail (I just got a new car) and it assumed that since I got the full detail I would get the works done. The car was obviously vacuumed and washed but it was very poorly done. There were multiple specs and stains that were still visible, they were not permanent stains because I was able to get them out myself after with a simple stain remover and some elbow grease. If I pay $225 I expect every removable stain to be removed and not have to go back over it myself and do the job correctly. The most disappointing thing was the head rest and the passengers seat. I was able to get the stains out myself but then what did I pay for a full detail for?Service: Auto detailing

Not recommended for detailing! Paid $275 for full detail, and mirrors, trunk door, and several interior spots were never touched. Also had to wait 25 minutes just for them to pull my car out of the garage. Maybe for collision repair but never again for auto detailing.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Simply the best body shop in town. After a recent car accident, Schmoe's Collision was extremely helpful making arrangements for a rental car, explaining insurance issues, and identifying and scheduling the necessary repairs. The staff at Schmoe's is friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating--and the work they do is nothing short of miraculous. They made my 12-year-old car look like a 12-day-old car!

Thank you so much for the excellent work you did on my car. I have never been to a shop where the customer comes first. From the moment I walked in the door my expectations were met. Before this repair I had stopped at Schoe's for minor scratches and the scratches were fixed on the spot. Everyone at Schoe;s Collision are so friendly and do not take advantage of the customer. I had a cracked side window & my bumper refinished. They replaced my window & even had it tinted to match my current window tint. When I picked up my car it was detailed inside & out, a very nice surprise! They did a nice job on my car & everyone was super friendly & so easy to work with! I've always gotten great work done here !! Our family car was hit while parked (biggest inconvenience) schmoes crew took over all of our worries with back and forth with insurance adjusters etc. We didn't have to do a thing ...thank u guys for being the best auto body spot in Cincinnati... Oh and BTW our impala looked brand new thanks for making her beautiful again, happy holidays everyone of u guys...love the Green family

My daughter was in a fender bender and we needed to get the van back on the road as quickly and cheaply as possible. I took the car up there and someone was able to take a look right away. I was called back with a very reasonable quote before I made it home and I live less than 2 miles from the place. The car was finished the next day and looked great. I drove up to pick up the keys and the woman at the front desk ran them out to me since I had my 2 youngest kids in the car. Great service, I definitely recommend!

Used Schmoes collision recently. Stopped by and got an estimate. Turned it in to the insurance and Schmoes took care of everything else. I am very pleased with the work they did. I know exactly where my car was hit and have scrutinized it from every angle and I can't tell it was ever hit. I would definitely recommend Schmoes! I also found out that they do detailing too. I know I will be using this service in the future. I keep my vehicles pretty clean, but with spine problems I can only do so much. I feel the detailing prices are very fair.

Outstanding work!!I am very pleased with the work they did to my kia soul. Not only did they fix that they also fixed the crummy work I received from a different body shop.They were friendly and very helpful with dealing with my insurance .They even cleaned my car!! It looks better then the day I bought it!!If you want quality work this is the place to go..

Schmoe's did an outstanding job detailing my car. They completely exceeded my expectations. The car I had detailed is used to take my dog to the vet, the groomers and of course Starbucks and Graeter's on occasion. My dog (Beagle-German Shepherd mix) sheds excessively, and the car had not been detailed in about 4 years. I thought for sure Schmoe's wouldn't be able to remove all the dog hair and that there might be spots (i.e. between the seat and center console) that would be overlooked. They got all the dog hair up and from every single nook and cranny. I'll definitely be using them again and highly recommend Schmoe's for car detailing.Service: Auto detailing

I had an amazing experience with Schmoe's! I brought my 2016 Hyundai Elantra in after a collision, and I was extremely pleased with everyone there. They were up front, professional, timely, friendly and called me regularly with updates. Every time I called them, they knew exactly who I was and what was going on with my car. Hopefully I'll never need their help again, but I'll definitely be back if needed. Thank you!

After my car suffered bumper damage I was referred to Schmoe's by my mechanic. Tony was friendly and professional. They were able to get my car in much more quickly than I ever would have imagined. The work was done in the time frame promised and my car looks great. Thank you! I would happily refer Schmoe's to anyone that needs body work.

I found out about them from a guy that I was in a fender bender with... As a honest guy, that you don t incounter all the time. He paid all the charges upfront. I dropped my car off Monday Mar19 @ night and it was finished Mar22 Wednesday afternoon. The job they did on my car was so perfect ! And they cleaned my car and wiped the windows real good. It s the small details they do that really count. Overalls Satisfied with there work

The car I left TO BE fixed was STOLEN!! Someone at schmoes company left the keys in the car and the car was stolen!! The car was almost finished with all the repair! It was drivable just so happens some one at schmoes didn t lock the doors on the car, so late that night the car got stolen out of the lot and for three weeks!! Ugh When the cops found the car it was completely destroyed. And guess what Berry still wanted the repair money!! B S We all know the insurance company covered It with liability !!! HmmmmmmService: General repairs & maintenance

Just had our F150 truck detailed today. Looks as good (if not better) then it did the day we purchased it! Would definitey recommend! This was a 65th birthday gift to my husband and he is extremely happy with it1 Great job!

Terrible customer service. I have never experienced anything like it before in my life when dealing with a body shop. From trying to get a service, to talking to the owner (who didn't seem to care that the several times I requested a service, it didn't happen) to being told I couldn't get my car unless I had the check from my insurance company and had to get proof from the insurance company in order to get my car, to getting the insurance company to cut them a new check on a Saturday and then come to get the car only to see appointment only on the building when it's not on their website (but having a summary of their website tell me there hours are 9am to Noon), to then coming in and then being handed a paper that said the insurance company will now directly pay them (which means I could have gotten the car earlier and was never given that option). I have never been given such a run around by a body shop that just did not care. For that fact alone I do not recommend them, even though their body shop did excellent work. They only care about getting their money and nothing else. Much better experiences dealing with Don Sanders but someone told me that Schmoe's was really good so I should try them. Never again!

Didn't even get a chance to do business with this company thanks to the person at the front desk. I had been sent over to Schmoe's by my mechanic and told to ask for a certain individual. When I asked for them the gentleman at the front desk told me i'd have to come back in a half hour and then went back to whatever he was reading at the desk. Things could've been a lot better with a simple statement like "is there anything I can help you with?". I just stood there for a second in disbelief and then told my wife we would go elsewhere.

Schmoes is a personable company. They treat you and your car like family. My car came back in perfect condition. I had used them once before and will continue....if the need arises.
