Do not go to this auto shop. I bought a used car and took it to Ryan's to look at it and let me know if anything was wrong with it so that if there was anything wrong with it, I could return it to the person who I bought it from.On my first visit there they fixed something and then about a week later my car started acting funny again. I sent it back to the shop and they fixed something else. About a week later my car completely broke down. (I spent about $800 in total for the repairs)This time when I called them, before I could even fully get the words out of my mouth they told me that something was wrong with the engine and that I would have to take it to the dealer to fix it which would cost around $5,000 (totaled). They had never told me this before but since he told me that without even looking at my car again, I knew that they knew that the entire time.They pretty much strung me along and got as much money as they could out of me and then when they couldn't get anymore money out of me (because they don't have the equipment to fix the broken engine) they finally told me what was wrong with my vehicle.If they would've told me what was wrong with it in the first place, I could've taken it back to the person who I bought it from and got my money back, but by the time they finally told me what was wrong with it, it was already too late. I'll never do business with Ryan's again. I promise that.

Very professional privately owned company. The skilled mechanic knew what the problem was and repaired it. No pressure to make addition repairs like at large businesses. Highly recommended for repeat business. Great job explaining the issue. Thanks.

Honest, Personable, and very kind workers who were straightforward about the issues with my car. They truly care about the well being of their customers, even offered to drive me home from the shop 5 minutes away while I waited! Went above and beyond to get me going again as soon as possible! Will definitely be working with them again in the future Thank you!

I ve been taking my vehicles there for at least 20 years, and have always been pleased with their service. Bob and Tom are honest and just great guys. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service and I appreciate that they were able to get me in so quickly. Would recommend. The only disappointment is that I was surprised by a $32 surcharge to use a credit card. Bring cash if you can.

absolutly the only place place I take my vehicle, for over seven years now. I recomend them to all of my friends and family, and they have all been going here now too. I work on my own vehicle as much as I can, ( tune-ups, oil changes, new battery) but when a job needs more attention then I can handle, Bob and Tom take great care of what it is you'd like done. Tom has the BEST knowledge on vehicles, then I could ever imagine. The most honest shop, Ive ever been to, and I will not go any where else at all.

I have been using Ryan's since I started driving and my parents have been using them well before that. Ryan's is the only shop we will use. It is a small shop so you get personalized attention. There is no pressure to have other work done that you don't really need that bigger shops try. The pries are very reasonable and competive to other places. I would recommend them to anyone.

A mechanic with your best interest in mind.I just went in to have my transmission coolant lines replaced and Midas wanted $317. Ryan's did the job for $77 out the door.I've gone here several times. There is no one else I would trust more to have your best interest, and the best interest of your car in mind.
