They did a great job getting my mom's car back to looking the way it was supposed to.They also worked on my truck, I wanted them to do the work because they do such a great job. Timely work, professional and courteous I highly recommend them

Robert was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the process, and was a great advocate when it came to my insurance. The repairs went great, my truck looked brand new when I picked it up. I would 100% recommend Russ Auto Body to anyone!

This place is just amazing . It started off rocky but in the end their pricing is good compared to other places . And we are just overall very pleased with Russ towing and I would recommend every single time !! I wrecked my vehicle and they just have the best prices around and most off all they truly try to help and you just walk in and instantly get into a better mood because the owner or worker and people who work their are so polite and professional !Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Their quality of work and customer service is unrivaled. I was in a fender bender and Robert handled all communication with all parties and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I am extremely happy with the quality of work and customer service. Robert and company were excellent. They told me what it would cost based upon a texted photo and provided a confirmed final cost when we arrived for our scheduled appointment, in which they did; And it was still a very reasonable number. They said it would take three days and kept me informed of the progress via text messages. After the third day, we picked up the car, and Robert gave a very thorough explanation on what it took to take off the hatch, the emblems, windshield, repair the large scratch, then blend the paint over the scratch and they blend it very well. It was a perfect job and we are very satisfied. Thank you Russ Auto Body

Just had my second amazing experience with Russ. After using them for my previous car getting hit I knew where to go when I damaged my current car. Russ was quick to respond when I needed a quote (had me in same day) and was able to schedule service the following week. Once I got the quote and got them connected to my insurance I didn t have to do anything else!They helped with my rental, sent updates, were conscious of a time constraint I had to get the work done, we re very safe with Covid procedures and were overall a breeze to work with. Really cannot rate them any higher. Plus, I m pretty sure they cleaned my floor mats! What a bonus!I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When our vehicle was damage by a thrown rock while driving on the highway, we went back to Russ Auto Body because of our positive experience with them previously. We were impressed with our prior experience because of their exceptional communication throughout the repair process. This was a few years ago. This time, the communication process was even better. The use of phone, email and text message continually kept us up to date on the process of our most recent repair. Their attention detail caught damaged items that we did not see. They contacted the insurance company on our behalf and was able to get the unseen damage approved on the claim. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the condition of the vehicle, when returned to us, was nearly better than new. The cleanliness of the interior and exterior was spotless. Don treated us with empathy and respect, for which we reciprocated. Great experience all around.

Nobody wants to be on the market for an auto body shop, especially when you don't know what to expect in the process time or price-wise. Russ' Auto Body & Towing made the process as painless as possible. They were upfront with what to expect and maintained communication throughout the month they had our car. They even answered many questions regarding how the insurance company would be involved and assisted us in organizing our rental car. While I hope to never have to use their service again (simply because I hope we don't get hit again!), I would certainly do it if anything happened in the future and would highly recommend them to others!

Robert, Don and the team at Russ Auto Body were great! They kept us informed about the progress of the work on my husband's car and offered detailed explanations on any questions we had. I even dropped by unexpectedly one day and they were very accommodating. Definitely earned the BBB rating they have. I would highly recommend this body shop to family and friends.

Don at Russ Auto Body was amazing. I came in today to get an estimate on my car damage, and he was very friendly, extremely helpful, and had my sister and I in and out in no time. He even secured a rental car for us! I will definitely come back and will refer people to him. I highly recommend, and I've dealt with alot of Auto Body places and insurance companies (my brother is a mechanic). Thank you so much for all the help!

They did an excellent job on my Kia. They got it in the shop right away and had the body work done in about a week. Car looks brand new after I got rear ended. There was an issue with the rental car at enterprise and the Russ staff resolved it for me; they were even willing to stay on hold for about 15 minutes of silence to do so. Their staff (every one I had the pleasure of speaking to) was so helpful and friendly. They made a bad experience (car accident) much less of a hassle. Hopefully I never need their service again but if I do this is the place I'd go first. I highly recommend them.

I am extremely impress with Russ's Auto Body. They clearly set the expectations for if I bring my car in by this time we can have the work done by this time. They explained realistic times for getting the parts in and completing the work. I was given accurate updates along the way to let me know we were still on track to have the work completed by the agreed upon time. This was extremely helpful and they were able to complete the work while I was out of town. This gave me great peace of mind knowing when I got back in town my car would be ready and I would not need to change my schedule resulting from not having my car available.I would highly HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend using them in the future! Make sure you talk to Don to have the same great experience I mentioned above!Brad

Russ Auto Body was referred to me by the good folks at Donovan Tire and they did not disappoint! From beginning to end of service, their team was professional and polite. Robert and his team did an excellent job repairing my car after my accident and even went above and beyond to reach out to the party of fault's insurance. I can't thank their team enough for such great customer service and repairs!

Obviously no one looks forward to the expense of having car repairs done but their work is 100% worth it. They worked with my insurance company and were very accommodating. I m so impressed with the results and their attention to detail. My car looks brand new. I couldn't be more pleased with the work Russ did on my car. Not only was their estimate considerably lower than other shops, but my car looks like new, and they matched my car's apparently unusual paint job perfectly you'd never know there was ever any damage. They also took COVID precautions seriously, which I can't say for other shops I visited. Thank you for an excellent experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellence in Quality & Customer Service. I brought my Acura in for repairs and they were very accommodating with my schedule and making sure that everything was taken care of, prior to my arrival. Overall quality of the repair was phenomenal and you can't tell where the repair even occurred on the vehicle. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs repair done to their vehicle and wants one on one customer service and excellence.

I originally had the door of my Silverado straightened out and painted in November. Over the last month or so for whatever reason the paint started peeling off the bottom near the gravel guard. I brought it back in since it was just taken care of less than a year ago. The Russ Auto Body team stood by their work and fixed the issue free of charge.Truly a great testament to customer service. I was not given a hard time, just great professional service all along the way. To be honest I expected it to be a difficult situation but it couldn t have been more seamless.If I have other auto body issues in the future this will be the first place I go to.

I took my car to Russ's after my car was involved in an accident, to have the repair work done. Robert was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everyone there was really great! The repair work was completed in a very reasonable time frame. My car looks amazing; even better than before the accident! I'd definitely come back and recommend Russ's to others.

Absolutely the worst and rudest company to work with. the drivers are incompetent. They did not have the proper equipment to tow a Mercedes Benz, and towed it anyhow causing additional damage to the car. They then attempted to charge $200 for towing on top of that. AVOID using this company. Trucks are run down and not equipped properly. Drivers are not educated how to handle high end cars. Drivers are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Brought my Scion fr-s in for hail damage. They did paintless dent repair (which I was a little leery about) The result was phenomenal! They repaired damage on almost every panel of the car, and it looked awesome when they were finished. Don't go looking for a Lexus style waiting area here. It's a garage. Employees were courteous and wanted me to be happy with the work. I am.

After my accident, I took my car to Russ Auto Body and Towing for repair. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Robert kept me informed on the progress of my car and even helped with arranging for a rental. The repairs made to my Kia were AMAZING!! It looked like a brand new car!! Way to go Russ!!

Quick, efficient, quality service. I had an insurance claim fixed through them and they were done in the timeframe they promised. They arranged my rental car seamlessly. Very friendly and responsive. Gave my car a cleaning inside and out. Highly recommend!

They were extremely professional and did a great job replacing my dented front bumper. The quote was very accurate and they had the job done the day after I brought it in. The paint looks great and I would recommend Russ to anybody!
