Last week, we needed a very specific trailer tire that seemed to be out of stock everywhere. RNR was able to order it for us that morning, it arrived that evening and they were able to get it mounted and balanced all that night! We were thrilled as we needed the tire by the next day for a trip! They were so helpful and so kind! Highly recommend!!

Craig took a deposit from me and was all Getty, to get me as a customer. He told me to bring proof of residency, 6 referrals, and proof of income. He said the wheels would be in on Wednesday then they scheduled me Friday. I drove an hour there just for them to tell me no. They can t lease because I m an hour away. Not one time side he mention this as he was taking my deposit and ordering the wheels. Then he accuses me of being another customer telling me I told him I was in between residencies. I ve lived in the same home for years, and that s completely untrue. On top of that, he was quick to take my deposits but I can t even get my deposit back immediately.I d take your money else where. The customer service was absolutely pitiful. He didn t even have me on the schedule after I d talked to them twice in the same week. No one in the building had a clue, and then he didn t even know what rims I wanted on my car, after he order them . The worse experience I ve had in customer service EVERUpdate.Here is the next day, and the branch is purposely hanging up the phone on me. Angela put me on hold, and then hung up. I ve called back 3 times and each of them are hanging up the phone on me. I don t leave bad reviews ever, but they deserve every bit of this one. There customer service is an absolute joke.

Absolutely love this place! They always help me with whatever I need. I have bought 3 sets of tires for 2 different cars through here. Kraig is amazing and has help us so much when we had issues. Thanks guys for all you do! Highly recommend for all your tire needs.

I purchased some tires from Tirerack. I hired Tirerack to came to my home with a mobile unit. After trying to mount the tires for 1.5 hours they came up with the conclusion that my wheels were to wide (10.5in) for their Mobile unit.I called several places (all the usual tire shops) in the area and no one would mount them since I did not purchase my tires from them. I called RNR and they got me in super quick. The guys were pretty awesome. Good to talk to and friendly. They got me in and out in a flash! Took them 10 minutes per tire.I would definitely recommend using them to do a larger custom tire.

This location will charge any card you give them for payment does not matter if it is authorized or not. They have charged a friend of mines acct 2x .ow because I was 7 days late

My experience was amazing with Kraig and RNR. I stopped by on a Friday, Kraig text me a few options within a few hours and I ordered my new wheels that afternoon. My new wheels came in and were installed on Monday. They look great and would recommend anytime!

Didn t have time to paint my calipers myself,you have to purchase your own paint which is understandable. Picked up my car and the manager tells me that they just don t use the brush on caliper paint how lucky I was that they had a can of spray paint. I didn t want my calibers spray painted no call just did what ever they wanted to my car. If I knew they were going to spray paint it I wouldn t have had it done. By the time I clean the overspray off I could ve done it myself the correct way. Manager told me it d come off eventually. Out my paint and 75.00 + tx. Lesson learned.Updated: I contacted customer service and asked for my paint back and never heard from these clowns again!

First off, I wish to say that the turnaround is quick, and the tires are great.After that, it seems to me that they are only interested in wheels and tires, and barely at that. Not even a week after getting my tires installed, which you would assume they get aligned, I had to go somewhere else and get an alignment because my front and backs were all misaligned. The turnaround is quick, but the lack of alignment and caring to go that little extra mile really shows how awful your experience can be. It really should be an industry standard to get alignment when getting tires installed, because that can be dangerous and lead to an accident if something doesn't go right.Now, I also will say that if they lift up your car to install everything (I assume they do, otherwise how else would they install everything?) then they should've also seen that if something else was wrong with the car, they would've pointed it out. Turns out I also had a tie-rod AND control arm issue, and I only am finding out about it since I went somewhere else for maintenance. They would've absolutely seen that my tie-rod was loose and my control arm was broken if they actually cared. I don't even care that it wasn't taken care of by them, since that's not what they do, but at least pointing it out would've been okay had I not almost crashed my car due to this becoming the issue it became.The pricing is as expected with weekly payment rentals, but the thing to take away from this review is STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!!

If you have aftermarket lug nuts with your wheels make sure you get your key back because they will keep it and sell it to someone else for $20 That's what they did to me now I'm fighting to find a key for my damn wheels for a truck that I can't drive because my lug nuts are so loose I was going to get tires for my Cadillac from there too but I think once I get these tires paid off I will take my business to a different rental company

Kraig is a great guy, helped me pick out a nice set of rims for my Cobalt and the process was a breeze. Plus the no-credit check payment plan is great thanks R&R Tire Express Eastgate! Will shop again very very soon for my wife's car.

Perfect service really clear about the process and what you re obligations are as the buying made being a first time buyer really easy and a joyful experience the whole staff welcomed me and was very Conversative. A highlight crew member was Katie (sorry if I got that wrong) the other staff were great but Katie was the person who walked me through the paperwork process and she made it really easy to understand and less daunting I ll recommend this tire and wheel shop to my group of car friends for sure.

First off they put my tire on inside out and didn't give me a new tire after I drove on it inside out. Then they charge you 7 dollars a week for your warranty that goes away soon as you buyout. Never again. Just cash out!

Came to the eastgate RNR and I enjoyed the process over the phone and inside the store. The entire staff was helpful, and even though they didnt have the part I needed they had the missing part within 1 business day. I can see myself returning for more work.

RNR is hands down the best Wheel n Tire Company in the Tri-State. I called on a Friday to see if they carry a certain wheel. Scott ask me to text him a picture of the wheel, and within 10 minutes he called me back to let me know that wheel was out of stock. He told me come into the store, and we can find plenty of wheels like it. I came in a week later, and he provided the same 5 star service, by helping me choose wheels like the picture that I sent him. All of the staff are friendly and have a service mentality. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my tires, and I live 45 minutes from the location. Great work team, and Scott you lead by example. (Your competition doesn't stand a chance).

If I could give 0 starts I would. Our payment was due on Friday. I forgot to pay it trying to focus on my daughter's bday party. Before closing on the same day it was due my wife was threatened with felony theft charges. This place is disgusting.

I have nothing but great thing to say about RNR Eastgate. I had 4 new tires put on in October I think and it took an hour or less. I love the roadside assistance that comes with the warranty and the great customer service in the store and on the phone. I would highly recommend you to anyone. Happy customers the Stoddard's.

I went in just to look and get some prices on some wheels and tires.. The selection is very large. They day I went in they were short staffed and it didn't seen to be an issue. They were prompt with me. I mentioned that I didn't wanna buy today, I just wanted to get some numbers. They asked what I was interested in and that was it. I wasn't being pressed or pushed by some sales antics. The dude that helped me showed me some options and gave me numbers which I felt were very fare. After I got the info I wanted he gave me a card with the quotes he mentioned to me and then explained there warranties on the rims and tires. The customer service was great and the prices seemed fair from other places I had looked at. I will be buying from here very soon. Scott is who helped me. I cannot stand to be pushed into buying when I'm not looking to buy. For him not to be pushy or try and sell me tip top brands and staying in my comfortable budget was what convinced me to buy from here. Come tax time they will be my offical tire shop. Thanks for great service, RNR.

I have to first state didn't buy tires, was price hunting. However, if this was smart they paid the young woman a lot. She knew her stuff. She didn't try scamming me and treated me extremely polite and respectfully. I am clueless to car parts and she took her time explaining everything. I am usually not impressed with sales people, but if my car would not have been totalled, this would be where I would go. I am hoping the rest of the staff are the same.

Everybody was great to work with. Prices were on par with others, even online. They even went and got the wheels and tires I wanted that day from their warehouse so I could get them that exact day. The only critical feedback I have is for the RNR website. Put up price ranges and make it more user friendly. Advertise that it isnt just payments for wheels, though I know that's the money maker.Overall a great experience, and they helped fix a mess an online retailer created with poor logistical choices!

I went to the location in Eastgate, OH on Saturday 8/24/21. I had put down a $100 deposit earlier in the week to order the tires and was going to due the 6 months same as cash plan. They called all my references I listed on the application and asked about me, my job and told them about my purchase. How RUDE!!!! I had no knowledge until the references started calling me when I was in the store. I cancelled the application and PAID IN FULL. Don't buy here!!!

I went into the store to check out inventory and my options, every wheel I asked about I was told they cant get them or they won't fit my truck ( they will but their paper said no). Middle of coversation the person helping walked away to help other customers and I stood for an hour and left. I called the next day asking about pricing and was told they would call back with options....no call. I called again weeks later and was told they would call back and again no call. How do I get someone to help me spend my hard earned money on YOUR product? Mind blowing honestly. Sad that I read reviews describing the same unacceptable service by the same tall blonde. Cash in hand willing to spend over 3k and they could care less, how does this place stay open?

We got to our appt 40min late but no matter they still squeezed us in. Took the time out to check & see what size tires we had & found us a pair of rims & brand new tires in store to match! Prices were great the place is nice & clean & the employees were super nice & gave a warm welcome! Would recommend highly to a friend!
