Had a wonderful experience here, having them install a used plow that I got from Facebook. Scott Newton was extremely helpful, even before I bought the plow, helping to estimate what would be needed to complete the install. I will definitely return for anything else I need for my truck or plow.

These guys are great! I'm a small business and Being brokedown is a bad thing. So I found them a few years back when Kaffenbargers blew me off. This trip was a quick find and repair but they had a guy stop what he was doing to look at my plow and get me back up and running.

Worst decision ever working with River City Body. I sent a dump truck in for repair in January of 2017. They told me it'd be back in 2-3 weeks. I didn't get it back until March. Then, they never invoiced me despite my attempt to pay when the truck was picked up. They'll me in August expecting payment but they never sent me an invoice. They called a few times and I kept telling them they never sent me the invoice. Mark, the General Manager, called me today yelling at me, claiming he spoke with me multiple times, and threatening to file a lien against the truck in-spite of the fact that they never sent me an invoice. When asked what phone number he tried to call he gave me two numbers that have never belonged to me before he gave me our actual phone number. Mark tried to tell me he faxed the invoice but I have literally never had a fax number or machine in my life. Absolutely shocked at their unprofessionalism, rudeness, and lack of ability running their office.

I am a supervisor for Batesville casket company out of Columbus Oh and I have used Riverside on 3-4 occasions when my delivery trucks lifts have broken down. Yesterday was one of those days and just like before knowing the product on our truck was for the deceased in the area they had me up and running in 45 minutes. Not only did they help me but also the families going to say goodbye to a loved one. It is awesome to see this kind of service is still available. I wish they were in Columbus because they would get all of my business. Wish there were 6 stars.
