The people at right way were extremely professional. Daryl was Very helpful in getting me in a car and a warranty with very low mileage. And I'm very happy with my purchase. I will come back to them again any time. Thanks again down for the great work

Horrible customer service. Car was dirty and was told that was the only car they had with 3rd row seat, so no other options. Car broke down in less than 24 hours. Manager, Sam, was rude when we tried to return vehicle the next day. Car broke down again after 3 weeks and had to be towed and now requires more than $1700 dollars in repairs that are not covered under the warranty that was purchased with the car. Again, the manager has done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. He will not return calls or messages. The Regional manager (out of Colerain store) has stepped to help resolve the issue. He has been very professional, courteous, caring, and is currently attempting to fix the problem, so far (not resolved yet). I am highly disappointed with Rightway of Fairfield. They only care about making the sale. Once they get your signature and down payment, they could care less about the junk that they sell you. They take no pride in their reputation as a dealer and could care less about you, as their customer. As said in other reviews..it's the absolute Wrong Way!!

I just bought a car from here, I came in with a difficult situation but they were still able to work with me and get me into something with a lower payment, which was my goal. Daryl was so patient and very adamant on making sure I left here with a vehicle. Very professional. I love my new 2018 Ford Ecosport, thank you again Daryl!

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. Daryl, thank you so much for making this the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Not only did it take hours longer than needed to make the transaction happen, this is due to him moving at the speed of a snail, but now I am going through troubles with the title. We had repeatedly asked him to not put my self and my boyfriend on the title, but he did anyways and now we are going through hell to get him removed, just so I can get tags on the car. Do not waste your time.

Really wanted to rate 0 stars because if you work for the government and your w2s doesn't look like normal w2s as mines do not they will not work with you at this location. I showed them my w2s proved that I actually worked where I work and they still had a problem

When you go just ask for Ayman he is the greatest!! His whole objective is to have you leaving with a car but also satisfied about your purchase .. my credit is horrible and he still made it work THANKS AYMAN :)

Ayman was very helpful when I came in desperate for a car after the engine burnt up in mine. They didn t mind that I spent almost 6 hours there waiting for my son to come and look at the vehicle I had picked out as he is my in house mechanic. Thank you for helping this lady here out!
