Warren was AMAZING! I am in my twenties and had sooo many questions (as well as concerns)!! Warren kept me updated every step of the way, he let me know every time he spoke with my insurance company and definitely exceeded my expectations. When I picked up my car today, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well Reliable Collision was able to make my car look brand new! The entire inside was shampooed and detailed, as well as the outside completely washed and sparkling clean. If anything unfortunate happens with my car in the future, I will 100% be bringing it back to Warren at Reliable Collision.

They did a wonderful job on my mom's 2018 Honda Pilot SUV. It looks the same way it did when she pulled it off the lot. Like it had never even been in a accident twice. I highly recommend if you need body work on your vehicle this is the place to bring it. And the paint job was beautiful even tho it was an odd color they got it down pack. And it smells good on the inside after the carpet cleaning. So from Linda to Warren u guy's are the best thank you. I will recommend you to all my family and friends.

Warren went above and beyond to help me get my car fixed and back too me in a reasonable time! It doesn't even look like it was wrecked and the paint matches to a T! He even made sure my carpet and floor mats in my car were shampooed, and it smells amazing! Thank you Warren for taking care of my car!

I will never do business with this company ever again!! They are based in Columbus, OH and tried to open an office in Cincinnati. So I was called by Warren for my business but I wasn't told that my car would be being towed to Columbus until I went to drop my car off and had already set up the rental (1 red flag I ignored). I was calling to check on the status of my car and wouldn't get an answer but a text that he was busy. So I finally called the Columbus office and got an answer. They had my car for almost 2 weeks for a very minor accident (3,000 in damages). When I got my car back everything looked good and they even fixed my windshield for free but then about a month or so passes and the door where the work took place started creaking when it was opened. I called Warren in the Cincinnati office and he said o no problem u can bring it in so I can take a look later this week. Later came, I'm calling to make sure I could still come never got a response until I called Columbus again and I was told that the Cincinnati office would be closed for a few weeks but they would set up some time to get my car looked at. Basically got the run around for 3 weeks until I called and asked for a manager. And guess who the manager was? Warren, who was rude and goes on to tell me that it would be "fiscally irresponsible" for them to fix my car in Cincinnati but they could do it if I drove 2 hrs there and 2 hrs back home even though their mechanic is the reason why my car isn't fixed correctly. I ended up going to my regular car shop and getting it fixed which I shouldn't have had to do. So, no I would not recommend this company!!

The bodywork they did on my 2017 Sonata is A+ my baby looks just as good as she did before the wreck and they paid for my extra day of having my rental through Enterprise my own insurance company wouldn't pay for it so i say job well done on their end and i will trust them with any other car i will need bodywork done on for sure

It took a bit longer to get my car back but it was worth the wait. Everything is back to the way it was like it was fresh out the factory. Thanks.
