This purchase was the easiest process I have ever come across. John York is amazing at his work and goes above and beyond to find what you want and always at the best price. My entire family is ford owners and collectively we are on our tenth purchase from John and he will be our go-to every time we need another vehicle. My only complaint is that I have no where to park when I go to visit my dad because they keep buying fords from John!

I purchased a 2017 Subaru WRX STI from Danny. The buying process was very simple and straight forward. Worked with me on pricing, ended up with a great deal. Things took a turn for the worse when I took it to my speed shop and they noticed contamination, typically associated with a blown head gasket which on these cars is about $3500 replacement. Danny told me to bring the car back and have their mechanics run full diagnostics at no charge. Compression came back clean, block came back clean. Everything was perfect! So not only did I get a great deal, they went out of their way to run diagnostics to put my mind at ease. One of the better buying experiences I've had in recent memory with a vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend working with Danny for your next vehicle purchase.

With this being my first experience buying a car, I have to say I was more than impressed and thankful for how easy this process was made for me. I was introduced to two gentleman, Luke who then introduced me to Michael. I worked with Michael in finding a car best for me while he also made me as comfortable as possible in the process. I truly have nothing but good things to say about the friendly staff and look forward to pointing more shoppers to this business. Amazing experience, thank you all.

Purchasing my car from Queen City was a great experience. I m always nervous about making large purchases but Andre, Lou, Josh, Mike I can t name everyone However, they were honest, fair & very accommodating. I left satisfied with my vehicle and knowing I would make my next purchase from them as well. Make sure you ask for Andre! Best sales associate hands down!

This was the best experience I have ever had . Danny Reichwein was just out of this world amazing, he was patience and very knowledgeable. I am a recovering addict and been clean over 4 years. But because of my past my credit was shot. It took many years and tries to finally be able to purchase a car. Danny and the financial team was determined to get me in a car and they did. I will be eternally grateful for there passion and compassion towards me

I had such a great experience at Queen City Ford. Owen made buying my used Ford Edge such an easy experience. I came from out of town and he even helped to make that less stressful too.Also, Mike in finance was so kind and really helped talk me through everything, even down to giving me shorter and safer directions back home.They gave me a really fair price/value for my trade in too. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, my new-to-me used car, and the people who work there.Owen has even been in touch with me days after my purchase just making sure I am happy with everything and making sure there isn't anything that I need.I would highly recommend Queen City Ford to anyone!

I recently purchased a Ford F- 150 Limited from Queen City Ford. My experience started in the Service Dept where I received Excellent service on my old truck. My service advisor, Dave, was outstanding and very knowledgeable about the challenges and repairs that my truck needs but also had the wherewithal to make a referral to a sales consultant that he thought could help explore my needs. I originally worked with Damian who had a feel for what I was looking for but unfortunately he became unavailable. Stepping right in and not missing a beat was Danny Reichwein and he didn't miss a beat. Danny's customer service skills were impeccable as he didn't push himself or a sales on me. He was very patient and answered or got all the answers to any questions I had until the sale was completed. What's even more impressive is that Danny continues to reach out after the sale was done and I drove off with my new truck. I would recommend Danny to any one is is exploring or looking to purchase a vehicle from Queen City Ford. PS. Hats off to Angie the Sales Manager as well!

I was associated with Woody Sandy Ford, they've done all my work on my car. I've never had to return my car to be corrected. Very pleased with their work. One of the services I really appreciate, very reasonably priced. They change the oil, rotate the tires and much more. One receives a report afterwards so you'll know what needs to be done and the miles you can drive to bring your car back for service. I was pleased to hear that Mark Williams had purchased Woody. A few new people but the same excellent service. Damien has a wonderful smile and is very helpful. So is Barb in service!

Daniel at Queen City Ford was one of the most knowledgeable and professional people that I have encountered in all of the times that I made purchases through dealerships. While I was searching for a specific vehicle, I was in contact with several dealerships across the region. Daniel was the only one of them who would periodically follow up with me to ask if there were any more questions he could answer, and basically just follow up on the status of my car search. He was very patient with me during the entire process. I am a person that takes a long time making my mind up on these big purchases and Daniel understood that.

I've been going to Woody Sander Ford, now known as Queen City Ford for 8 years now for mechanic/preventative maintenance on my 2016 Ford Focus. They always do good service. Ryan runs a tight ship there and they have a really great culture and great technicians. The kid that did the oil change service on my car does a phenomenal job. He also did the service on my car last time as well. Thank you all for what you do and I'll see you again next time.

Their salesman, John, is the only person I ll allow to sell me a car. He really makes everything so simple. He doesn t give you that ick you d get typically from salesmen. As a woman who doesn t like cars, I feel completely confident coming to him and knowing he won t take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Your Dad would want him to be your car salesman too.
