It was a big repair job, and John & Jim completed it. Took some time, but it was very labor intensive. Parts only $190.oo, it was much work.

Excellent services/staff. Owner is honest/knowledgeable and friendly . I would definitely recommend you get your car serviced here. They have serviced several of my family s cars. It s a blessing to go to a car repair shop and know that they re going to be honest about the needs of your car and not charge you crazy prices. Thank you

Every time I bring my cars to this place the gentleman are always helpful and fix my car without fail. I recently had overheating issues with my vehicle and they were very understanding and took the time to explain what was happening with my car. I highly recommend this shop.

James at Quality Tire and Towing on Hamilton Avenue and Adams Road is the person whom I have interacted for different needs. James is a gentleman, who is very honest, very prompt, very understanding and very efficient as well. I have always had great customer service, especially from James who never hesitates to cater to your needs, even recently when it was about 15 minutes before their closing time. The great service would want you make repeated return visits to their repair shop.I had approached Quality Tire and Towing on multiple occasions to make sure my car's front tires had enough air or only because it had low air in at least one or more of the four tires. James would immediately check not only this one front tire, but also all of the rest of the tires and make sure that each tire had sufficient air in it. James also has never charged me a single penny for these above services!I was also at their establishment once to fix a faulty trunk switch which was not working with the remote key, neither with the key manually opening it either! James promptly came out and inspected the vehicle and made sure to inform the technician handy to have a look as well, which he did as well. The new switch we provided was fixed within hours and it was great work. James also made sure to inform us by following up with a call as we we were out shopping so that we could pick up the car upon return. Quality Tire and Towing were also very affordable for this particular service.My recent experience with James was on a Thursday evening when my car got in contact with some unexpected road debris on the right lane of the Expressway which tore off partially the Splash shield underneath the car. I was not able to avoid the impact and the car started making a loud noise since I was still driving with it or dragging it and it was touching the road and as I was not really able to stop the car.I drove in, explained the situation and James promptly came out and inspected the car and at once drove in the car, pulled out the partially disengaged part from underneath the car and also made sure to use a tie to fix the other partial left side of the part which also had come loose due to the accident. This was a temporary fix and I later replaced the damaged part fully at my Car Dealer.I also wanted him to just check the air on one of my front tires, as the car had already been showing the "low tire pressure" sign for the past couple of days. James made sure to check all four tires and ensured enough air in all of the tires, even without making a request. James did not even charge me anything, even after I insisted. This really surprised me and actually was great customer service which you really don't see much these days and something which would amaze you! Great job, guys! I would highly recommend James and Quality Tire and Towing for any urgent or imminent needs or repair concerns! Thank you, as always for the great work and dedication you have shown. I will definitely visit again.

First let me first say the employees were very friendly BUT Tuesday I went to their first place who then sent me to(the one off of Ashtree/Hamilton) Was told at this shop to call back at 1:30 to make an appointment. Was not available that day. Went back on Wednesday. Needed a hud assemble. Friday smh arrived at 10:30am DID NOT LEAVE until they were locking up at 6pm! He had to order another part at 11:30am! IT DIDN'T ARRIVED TIL 3:30! I had to come home(Tennessee) on Saturday just to turn back around and pay to have(On the same tire that Quality Tire supposed to have fixed) two lugs on my Roeder that was broken while Quality Tire was fixing my tire! Never was told about it. So upset One flat tire turned into 242$!!! PLUS a 3hr30min drive of not knowing if my tire was going to fall off.

I came here to get my wife s tire replaced. The tire we had kept losing air so we stopped at quality tire to get another tire. The guy was quick and replaced the tire with another tire. Yet about a week later the same tire was losing air the same it was before I arrived which made me think the tire wasn t even replaced. We won t be coming back to this location.Service: Tire change
