Do not take your car here. They do not look underneath the car before jacking your vehicle up and will damage your pinch welds. Confronted them about it and they say not responsible. Will be reported to BBB.

Went in on Labor day and the store was open (thank you for that). The guy was super nice and fast. The price was fair ($65 for an suv tire). The tire looks brand new. I will definitely be back. Thanks Prime Tire. Now I can go turn up for the holiday.

He quoted me 160 per tire then I said I was quoted 121 for new at Walmart then he said 140 per tire like no sir you are a rip off.

If I could give this place 0 stars I WOULD!I purchased a tire from these guys to 1. Try and Save money but 2. Thinking based on Google Reviews, they would give me a good/decent tire that would hold up for sometime until I can get a new one.This tire lasted less than 72 hours!!!I drove my family to another city for Thanksgiving and by Friday it looked like the pictures below. The guy told me it was a good tire but it cant be that good if it goes flat in less than 2 days...CRAZY!!!Not to mention the owner charged me $5 more than he quoted me...I WILL NEVER BUY A TIRE FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!Its okay to sell used tires, its not okay to sell trash and try to call it great.The only good thing I will say is the guy that helped me with the Gold Fronts seemed cool and was as helpful as he could be.

Went there and bought a tire. The guy charged me $60 . The tire was almost new . Then I went back a few days later to get three more tires. He went in the back and pulled out some old tires. They have mud on them that I ve been sitting forever and still try to charge me the same not recommended.

The cheapest tire shop in Cincy, hands down. I got rare ones, 215/70/R16. Everybody I called, quoted $400-$500. Abdul charged me $360 plus bought my old ones for $5 a piece. Can't beat that! Highly reccomend!

Got a tire replaced and three weeks later the belt shreads on the tire while my girlfriend was driving it gave us the wrong size in the first place claims it will be fine and then go back to get the tire that was junk replaced they give me another tire after a small argument only to realize that tire had a small nail in it already be careful with this place not satisfied at all go to quality tire on westfork before anywhere

Don't waste your time or money. I've came here twice in the past 3 years and each time my tires weren't balanced properly which caused my car to shake at high speeds. I called about problem and he said he would take care of it. When I showed up he wanted me to pay to have them rebalanced.. (His mistake and extremely rude) ***Go somewhere else!***

I've used this place a few times the price of a tire depends on what mood there in. It's ridiculous.! Not sure how that even works

These guys are great! I bought two back tires and was on my way out of town. I went across the street to grab some lunch while I wait for the tires. As I was waiting on my food, I saw they had my tires finished. I got my food to go and got on the road. I wish I would have gotten their names. They worked Monday 6/6 around 12:30. Thank you!

I definitely love this place. It is a small business so I try my best to utilize their services when I can. Today, I needed my tire plugged, well...my new tire plugged, after it ran over a nail. I was able to go up there have my tire fixed in a timely manner all while I remained in my car and it only cost me $20. Thank you so much for being there when I need you and when I need to follow a smaller budget!

They were absolutely Amazing. I'm terrible with car maintenance and keeping an eye on my tires. I walked in ready to pay 60-80 for a used tire id be putting myself. My tires belt was starting to show it was so bad. The cost was 40 for a very nice used tire, and installation. I paid the extra 3 dollars for disposal of the tire. Both men were incredibly kind and fast service. I recommend them to anyone.

Very good guy gave me really good quality used tires for a great price. Also very courteous I told him i was in urgent need of tires he extended his hours to fit my schedule. Will definitely come back in the future or recommend his services.

It s only one star because I had to chose a A star to even make a post. Don t waste your money or time dealing with this Raggy place. Their service is an extra $10 for trash tires. They speak angrily in and different language and their energy was off. Beware don t go too this place. Your better off going somewhere professional and not this Ghetto over rated hole in the wall.

The guy was very nice. He fixed my tire where most people did not have my size. I told him my tire needed to be plugged he plugged it. My mistake it really needed a new tire he put the other tire on and did not charge me full price because I had already paid for the plug. Awesome Guy

I went here twice to get some new tires. Both times my tire went flat less than a week later, literally both times. I thought the first time was just coincidence, nope. And they took my caps off all my tires that you have on your tires so your tires don t leak air

Very nice man. Helped me replace the tire cheap ($45 out the door) with a good tire. Very friendly! Thanks for your help, especially on such a cold day! I especially liked how fast he was. I didn t have to wait!

This guy is the best!!! I went to so many different used tire places for a tire for my Chev truck and no one had the 235/75r/15 tires I needed I was so aggravated and could not afford a new tire at the moment I went here and this guy had the size I needed and had more available in stock gave me a choice of which one I wanted but to be honest every one was pretty much been new I was stuck and didn't know which one to choose because everyone was really nice this guy was super nice and had the best customer service I have ever had and he was pretty busy at the moment too but made sure he communicated with every one and made sure each and everyone was taken care of! I will definitely Return and will Def recommend!!! AAA+

Literally purchased two tires 3 weeks ago both caught a flat. Had my car towed there today because it says they re open from 9-5 only to get all the way there and see that they are closed on Mondays. I hate that they are the closest used tire shop near me but, I definitely will never return.

He has good used tires for great prices. Fast at putting them on and offers to expose of old for small fee. Staff was nice down to earth nice and worked hard to get you back on the road as fast as possible. Have used them in the past and will continue to. Highly recommend them.

My experience at prime new & used tires was all around good. I felt that I was taken care of in a timely manner. The employees here are very nice an super professional. I would most likely come back an refer to my friends an family

I got a screw in my tire and was losing air so fast it was barely drivable. This guy plugged my tire within a few minutes of me just showing up, on mother's day and I was back on the road right away and only 20 dollars later....very nice and professional.

I will never go there again. I spent $110 on supposed to good tires for my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe for the front of of my car..Over a two weeks period kept taking my car back. First the Driver's side they said the bolts weren't tighten. Then the passenger side kept leaking air, Nasty attitude kicked in. I gave up and had to go place where I had to pay for new tires guaranties etc. You pay for what you get! They're not the only ones leave these Used Tire places be!

I put a lot of miles on my work truck and burn through tired like crazy. I only go here because it doesn't make sense to buy brand new. They will be garbage in 6 months anyway. I just got a set of 4 like new tires for my truck for 220 that would normally cost about 800. Great guy too

Excellent service! They worked with me for a price on a tire and even stayed open past store to replace my tire. I definitely recommend them and when you go make sure you ask for Abdul. He is one hardest workers I've seen here.
