Neighbors! I was so impressed with my experience! I had a 3pm appointment to change my air and cabin filters for my 2022 Honda CRV. I called around 12:30PM to see if they were able to get me in earlier. Shane was so nice and told me to come on over. I came to the shop, was welcomed promptly and in and out in less than 30 minutes. The kindness and professionalism is top-notch. I will definitely come back. I was so happy with the experience! Thank you Shane and staff.

I am very happy with the service I got from these people. They are very nice and professional on the phone and in person. I gave them a tough job to do and they did it with no problems. No upcharging. And no price gouging.

Prewitt came highly recommended to me by several friends and they did not disappoint!From diagnosing a total loss on my old vehicle to inspecting and advising as I test drove pre-owned vehicles, Shane and his team were professional, friendly, trustworthy, and dependable. I ll never take my vehicles anywhere else!

I was very satisfied with prewitt auto repair. I had issues with my car and brought it in for a diagnostic. They were up front and honest with me. Over the phone before I brought it in I was told what it would cost for the diagnostic but after the diagnostic they let me know what was wrong with it and informed me it wasn t worth spending so much to repair it also when I Went to pick it up they told me they weren t going to charge me for the diagnostic. That was so amazing considering they took their time to do a diagnostic they would normally charge a good amount for. If you need a repair from an honest professional place this is the place to go.

Prewitt Auto always sends an electronic detailed report that includes pictures of any issues they have found with the vehicle. They are honest about pricing and how important any issues are to the vehicle s performance. They complete service promptly and provide an easy drop off and pickup process. I have a not so common case, and it's harder to work on for a lack of parts. So a lot of people don't even want to talk to me about it lol. They got me an appointment quickly, and got me my diagnosis quickly as well. Reasonable prices for good work. Definitely worth checking out!

If you are looking for a great local auto repair shop I can honestly vouch 1st hand as I have been using Previtt Auto Repair for a couple years now. With 3 boys I have an aging fleet of cars and trust Previtt to provide an honest assessment of repairs needed. Although I have never had to use their warranty coverage it's great peace of mind knowing that I will NOT have to pay for the same work for 36 months or 36,000 miles. The service advisor, Shane is a class act to work with...having older cars I have leaned on Shane's expertise to help prioritize repairs. They even have a loaner car I have used before. This shop is definitely worth giving a shot - we did and will NOT take our cars anywhere else!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Oil change

They Took car in at exact time of appt. Finished when said they would be. Best price I have ever had for same type of work. Gave me detailed sheet of work done & results & when I questioned 1 item, they explained so even I could understand. Work was just done yesterday so will see how car does in weeks ahead.

Took my daughters car in as another car place said brakes were needed. Prewitt Auto Repair said we didn t need brakes yet. Honest and dependable service and someone you can trust. I ve taken several cars there and highly recommend Prewitt Auto Repair.

My husband and I highly recommend Prewitt Auto Repair. They did a great job repairing the wheel bearing in our Toyota Highlander. No more noise and it drives like a new vehicle! Their customer service was excellent, and their price was very fair. We will definitely be taking our cars there from now on!
