I purchased a 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 4Matic going on about a month ago on the dealership side of the business. I have to say I was treated very nicely and the process of buying the Mercedes Benz was smooth and problem free! Phoenix Collision has never disappointed me. My first place to go if I need autobody paint. Their technicians have sufficient expertise and training. They never push for unnecessary service work. The owner is always the finest adviser; his assessment is concise and to the point.

I was in an accident, and the passenger front side was badly damaged, I was overjoyed to find the car in such good condition after the repair. They even cleaned the interior of my vehicle. The employees are terrific, and the owner is a wonderful person. I would recommend Phoenix Collision to everyone.

I purchased a car here recently and was very pleased with the experience. Tony was true to his his word, transparent, no sales pressure whatsoever. It was definitely one of the easiest car purchases I ve ever made. I am loving my new car! The deal was better than anything I could find in this crazy used car market and I feel like I really scored by finding my car here! He even went above and beyond to repair an issue with the car after I purchased it and provided a loaner vehicle during the repair. Super happy with my experience! I will be a repeat customer! I had recently purchased a vehicle. Few wks after, I got into an accident. I was recommended to Phoenix collision by a friend. I'm very pleased to say I am happy with the work they did. Match painted amazing, the shine on my car is glaring. Can not even tell my vehicle was wrecked. Thank you guys. Highly recommended, with excellent customer service

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They reprocessed my family member s vehicle for being 1 (!) day late, threatened them if they won t buy vehicle out. Tony - money hungry fat boy is always on the phone threatening people, ordering repossession, speaking with attorneys. Disgusting place.

Hole in the wall with money hungry owner, tried to force me into a vehicle I didn t want, also lied about milage. They attend Russian speaking network meetings in order to find clueless clients. Be extremely careful with them. There are so many reputable small car shops in the area, unfortunately this one is not one of them. Take your money elsewhere.

I highly recommend Phoenix Collision. Even though my car ended up being a total loss and the insurance company kept dragging their feet, Tony kept me regularly updated. I had a ton of questions throughout the process and he answered them all with kindness and candor. I really cannot recommend them enough!

A small dealership but very organized and professional. They sell used cars in great prices. The experience is much better than dealing with those salesperson in big dealership where information are always asymmetrical. Tony was very helpful and honest with me, I was looking for a car for my family and he got me a great price. They also do buy here pay here which is very convenient.

I took my Honda Civic 2019 after an accident here. Tony and his team did a fantastic job on it. My car looks brand new. Tony was very easy to work with. He patiently walked me through each step of the process and was always there to answer my questions. Phoenix Collision is a great find to get quality body work done at a reasonable price. These guys did an amazing job on our car. It looks like it never had a fender bender: colors, fit and finish are like on a new vehicle. I would recommend this place if you re looking for a spot that would take care of your car like its their own.

Don t buy from here! Tony promised to have an engine problem fixed on an Audi I got. After a couple trips to the shop NOTHING CHANGED! Then tony told me sorry for lying but you re on your own still have the text as proof. So don t buy from here. There are plenty of legit dealers in the city but this is not one. Take your money anywhere else.

Took daughter's car there to get repaired from an accident. Tim Kennedy was the technician who worked on her car. The results were amazing. He did marvelous job repairing it. Paint matching was spot on. You could not tell where the car was wrecked. Thank you Tim.
