It's OK like all other auto parts stores, trying to force synthetic oil into my old school 98 5.2 318 Magnum V8 Durango 306,500 miles later FORGETABOUTIT! Give me the conventional oil and STP

Staff was very helpful, I had a brake line bust and they allowed me to use their tool cart, but they also let me use a few wrenches off of the shelf without having to pay for them first and just return them once completed. This is not a common practice but it was definitely a huge help as I was a hour from home and didn't need any of the tools as I already have what was needed there, so it kept me from having to buy the same tools I already owned

Very helpful, highly knowledgeable small crew that work at this location. A gentleman named Mike cashed me out and even came out to my car to make sure that I had the correct part for my make, model, and year vehicle. Most definitely will return to this specific location from now on when I need parts/tools for my vehicle! Thanks again for the excellent customer service O'reilly's Auto Parts and more specifically a big thanks to Mike for going above and beyond helping me out!

Paid for cabin air filter today @ approx. 10:30am. Not ready for pickup in an hour and still haven't gotten a response on the item status @ 10:30pm. Poor customer service. Well the customer service is even worse today. Stopped by to pick up my filter and the lights were on but nobody was here. Yes, normal operating hours. I'm not shopping here in the future.

My dude who waited on me was awesome. Ask for Anthony! Very knowledgeable and very helpful and very friendly. I bought windshield wiper blades and I didn't know what the heck I was doing. Went back to the store and Anthony turned an embarrassing moment into a fun moment. We laughed and I was a very satisfied customer. Keep him O'Reilly's, Anthony is an asset.

I experienced several issues (customer service, etc.) during my first (& last) visit to this location, on 3/17/18. I sent an email through their website to let the corporate office know of these issues, especially since one of them violates a public health & building safety law. "David S." replied & told me my concerns were passed along to the district manager, who would address the issues & follow up. To date, this follow up hasn't happened, which is why I edited this from a rating to a written review. I'll shop elsewhere for my auto repair needs...

I walked in the door with a full box of stuff, thinking I'm going to have to argue you my way to return all of these items( only because they were from 3 different locations) but the young gentleman handled it like a champ and even had me walking out in an even better mood.

Everytime I step into the OReilly in Finneytown, the customer service is awesome. I'm greeted fast and the workers always want to help. If you need quality parts at a great price, check them out. However, please remember they are not mechanics. You need to know the correct vehicle make model and trim, to get the correct parts

I am a very happy camper! Lol. Had jugs of old motor oil in the garage that were long forgotten & needed to be disposed of properly. Called several places and none were really helpful till I called here. O'Reillys took them and will dispose of them. They have made me new customer of there's and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you O'Reillys!

When I was able to get in, everything was overpriced. Tonight when I tried to buy coolant at 15 till closing the door was locked, and the employee who saw me try to come in turned the open sign off as I walked away. Ugh.
