The person who took my order stopped and got on the phone with her associates caller to help them- before going to get my parts- and spoke for a while before she gave my order to someone else to complete. I found that inconsiderate-they were pleasant enough and helpful- but I would have appreciated if you would have put the caller on hold- and not me- standing there.

They was awesome and definitely knew what they was doing there. They have an amazing crew working there and was definitely helpful. They knew more than me and I know everything ha ha jk but I'd go back just cause how well they did.

Well where can I begin this place has smiling faces that greet you when you enter the location! Wow just to start the entrance is well lit and free of debris clean look freshly wiped down auto parts store and to add to the awesomeness Jessica (manager) has a can do attitude and is knowledgeable of products and services and knows her way around the systems I m order to achieve excellence! Jessica thank you for being such an amazing asset to the company.

I will NEVER stop at this location ever again. We drove 2 hours to get my friend's car out of the impound lot across the street (came from Kentucky) just to try to help her out. The car wouldn't start so a tow truck at the lot was willing to drop it at O'Reilly's so my other friend and I could try to jump it before we went into O'Reilly's to buy a new battery. The man working came up to me after I wasn't even there 2 minutes to let me know I couldn't park there and he had a tow truck on the way to tow me and my friend's 3 year old. I asked where I could park, he replied very rudely "Not here". I didn't even have the chance to let him know I was waiting to see if we needed to buy a battery. Luckily, the tow truck was able to jump it for us. I was never so happy to get back across the river into Kentucky. That man was so rude to a potential customer. The folks at the impound lot were so nice and the tow truck driver went above and beyond. But had we ended up needing that battery at O'Reilly's I would not have wanted to spend my money with people who treat people that way.

I was shocked and insulted by the lack of professionalism two of the three people working at this location demonstrated. The experience of willfully ignoring and or not being able to find an item that was ordered online was pathetic. The child waiting on me couldn't even produce a receipt after the, I assume, manager found the item I ordered online. It seemed like the child waiting on me was more intent of expressing himself as more important than the customer at any cost. The second child was mummering some stupid lyrics of impromptu rap that was nothing less than mindless gibberish of violence and disconnected self-loathing. Both of these children need to be either re-trained in the art of customer service or FIRED.

Excellent manager and very friendly. Helps customer with issues to the best if his ability. I was locked out of my van, and he helped me to get the key out or at least attempted to but after several tries was unsuccessful. The point is that though lockout services is not a part of their standard services, the manager attempted to help which is an excellent sign of customer service. I highly recommend this store for your auto parts and accessories needs.

I've visited this location several of times the past couple of days and the ladies are quite impressive, they know their stuff, awesome service! I dealt with some dude on the phone, no patience at all, felt extremely rushed and when I arrived to the store, the same dude sold me the wrong part. SMH, overall, the ladies made up for it so alls well, ends well.

Great experience at this location staff was very helpful in finding the parts I needed. I did have to go to another store to pick up part of the stuff I did buy. It wasn t available at that particular store. Overall great experience

I m not sure what the guy name is but he work glasses, brown hair, facial hair & I m pretty sure he was a manager, but he was EXTREMELY RUDE!! The guy in front of me was looking to be employed by the company & he nonchalantly told him that the district managers weren t rehiring anyone. I then approached the counter so that I could be helped & he looked up at me as if I had interrupted him & asked yes . I told him that I was coming to pick up a part & he said I m doing something else right now you re going to have to wait . I walked away & waited for the next available cashier. Ian was very nice & respectful. Whoever the manager is above him needs to bring in more people like him. He was very quick & polite!! Thank you so much Ian!!

Great parts, most of the workers don't have very good customer service. the women workers always have attitudes . Nobody seems to ever be happy to be at work but they have a great manager named James who help you with anything and us very nice.

Trash customer service. I walk in ( bell rings to let everyone know) and 5 employees all walk away from the counter.The "Manager" walkS by and said he had 2 phone calls to make before he could help anyone. Other 4 employees were too busy in the warehouse next door to be bothered. I left after 10 minutes and no help, WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DUMPSTER FIRE.

They had what I need but the customer service was less than poor. I worked at Advance Auto Parts and my knowledge wasn't always up to par with customer needs but if I didn't know the answer or couldn't help myself i got it figured out or found someone else who could help. My questions were completely dismissed. Mind you the reason for my visit was that my wipers suddenly stopped working in the middle of a downpour on the highway about 30 minutes from home on a good sunny day.

I was looking for some odds and ends for my beater wth a heater and they were local. I gotta say , once again, the STAFF make or break a business!! The prices were comparable, and when the gas cap I needed was out of stock they gave me a better one at same price. ( It has a key lock- thought that humorous on a 20+ year old ride that has sideswiped a building, hit a huge rock and hopped on 12 curbs- just since I've had it for 2 months! Those Hondas and Toyota though will drive until the wheels fall off!! ) So thanks amazing staff at O'Reillys

Asked them for the cheapest battery they had. They sold me one for $140. I looked when I got in the car Because that sounded high and they have one online for $110. I went in to exchange it 2 minutes later(never even left the parking lot) and they kept arguing with me that the one online wouldn t work for my car. (Because they got caught) I showed them that it had the same part number -26 and was the same exact size and cold cranking amps as the one they sold me. He exchanged it but still told me it was wrong. IT HAD THE SAME PART NUMBER AS THE ONE THEY SOLD ME. It was just a different brand. Shady...

Very nice people. Clean place, even the bathroom. Only place around that had my part. It was waiting for me at the counter for fast service since I had already called and put it on hold. The two ladies behind the counter were knowledgeable on the extra parts I needed and and on the locarion of them in the store.

Been a loyal O'Reilly customer for years and spent alot of money with this particular store. That ends today, I bought a part the most expensive version of this part they carried, when installing the included bolt snapped due to manufacture defect. I used a generic bolt I had to get the car on the road. Today I took the bolt, packaging and receipt back to orielly hoping to get a replacement bolt. O'Reilly refused to make it right. I guess I'm a loyal advanced customer now.

Manager told me to kick rocks after I told him parts were missing out of my box. After a 45 minute wait they couldn't find the parts so they scavenged them from another kit but that kit was missing some parts to it. the manager sold my he was already loosing money on the transaction so he couldn't do anything about it. Well now those parts are the wrong ones for my car and I can't return them because "there are missing parts from it" They F****d me on that one

Great service by Christian. I got the correct battery and Christian loaned me the tools to change battery in the parking. Very busy store and Christian remained professional. Thank you for getting the right battery for my truck!
