If didn't have to leave at least one star I wouldn't. I brought an 85 olds 442 to them for an idling issue they said over the phone it would be no problem they could handle it. After dropping the car off I get a call saying Tom refused to work on it because the interior was taken apart( the car is being restored). After pointing out to Mary that I wasn't paying them to work on the inside, so the missing interior should not be an issue. Then I get another excuse that we don't really have the equipment to work on older cars but yet a big giant sign above the shop clear as day says we specialize in classic car's. Thankfully the car was close so it didn't have to be towed to this shop and waste my money so Tom could make more excuses as to why he couldn't work on my car.

I've been to Northwest a few times since I moved to mount healthy and they have always been the most friendly helpful and timely shop that I've ever been to. I highly recommend them and would put a sixth star on here if I could. They even took both cars I bought recently for an on the spot inspection while I was on the test drive from the dealer free of charge just to ease our minds whether we are getting a good used car or not. Exceptional service with fair and simply explained pricing.

I really like Northwest Service center. They do an excellent job of fixing cars. I have two that have been serviced there. I couldn't imagine taking my cars anywhere else. The owners Tom and Mary are really nice and caring.

I've used Northwest service center for years and they have always done me right. If I'hought there was something wrong and they couldn't find it they didn't charge me for diagnostics. I had my rear view mirror fell off my windshield once and they replaced it or put it back on for free. I would recommend them toI would recommend them to anybody.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

The older lady at the desk was nice but the boss of that place is very rude and unprofessional. Why charge money to look as a truck just to say you can't fix it. Very plantation vibe if fell in that place also.

Tom Mary and John are great. Great service i have been using there shop for years. Family owned GREAT people very fair honest pricing. i could go on and on.

Tom, made the repair on my exhaust. A real quality repair. I know i do this for a living but did not have the place or time. Oh the price was MORE then fair !!

Always top notch service. Tom and staff have kept my cars running for years. I believe the life of my cars has been extende due to their excellent attention.

Always fix only what needs fixed. I have been using them for 31 years. I have never been charged over what I was quoted and In fact I have been charged less quite a few times. I will not go anywhere else!

The secretary was professional Mary , the work i needed done was done asap new radiator, belt, and water pump, only negative I can give is the Price of labor smh ridiculous that in it self placed a whole in my pockets but the car is still rolling.

I walked in to ask a question and I was completely ignore by 3 people in the office for a couple of minutes which is unacceptable while people were sitting around not doing anything. Do not recommend !
