Matt and the team are always helpful and honest. I've never felt like they were just trying to get more money from me like other repair places. In fact, several times they said I needed less than I thought I needed! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had our trailer tire explode and the other one was near the end of its life too. We still had 1.5 hours to drive home! We called and came in right when they were closing and they were all kind enough to stay over and install new tires! They are AWESOME. Thank you guys SO much, you saved us!

Matt was great to work with. I dropped my car off last night around midnight after having a flat and they had my tire repaired by 8AM this morning. Very quick turnaround, great pricing, I cannot recommend this place more!

I called Northgate Tire to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a loud front tire. I dropped off my car with no way home. They kindly took me back. A few hours later they called with good news. The noise was due to a loose splash guard. They fixed it free of charge and even brought my car back to me.A big thank you to Matt and the rest of the staff for their honesty and excellent customer service. Talk about going above and beyond. I can't recommend Northgate Tire highly enough.Robin Estes

I just want to say how thankful I am that my tire went flat where it did today. I was just a minute away from Northgate Tires on Springdale when my tire went flat. I went in their shop and told who I believe to have been the boss/ manager what happened and he immediately said "Well let's go put air in it so you can at least drive it here.." Within no time he had my car at the shop with a brand new used tire on. I was blown away by how inexpensive it was. I'm so thankful they were there and took care of my car so quickly! I would definitely recommend going here to others!-Ashley

As usual Matt and company were happy to change my oil and check out the car prior to a weekend trip. I had to get a left foot driving adapter and they helped getting it installed. I've been going to them for about 27 years. They are nothing but good and caring.

Too many specific visits to reference just one...BUT, I will say that EVERY visit has exceeded expectations!! The entire staff is ALWAYS incredibly friendly, helpful, courteous and responsive! Several times I've just stopped by for something minor and they get me in right away instead of having to schedule an appt at a later date. In today's world, to find a business, and especially it's employees, that consistently go above and beyond is rare - for me, they have been this rare business - thank you for all you do!!

They are always great people. They always get me in right away plus when I have tire issues they get them fixed right way an get me back out the door so I can keep moving and always great price when I come to them for any needs. Always dependable and reliable.

I had a slow coolant leak and took it to another garage. They couldn t find the leak after holding my vehicle for a day. Northgate tire found and fixed the leak in a few hours. I am a happy camper!

Awesome service!! Had a flat tire..they took my car in right away, replaced my flat with a used tire they had in stock, out the door in 1.5 hours!! Great price and Matt, the manager (?) was great!!

I have a 2010 Nissan Versa and the brakes were so so bad that when I went to the Nissan dealership they told me my car should get scraped just because it was going to be a hard fix but I decided to go to north gate tire to get a second look at it because my friends told me I could trust them. Matt helped me and he was very honest and kind about the whole situation and not only that I got my car back and fixed the same day! If you have any car needs go to Matt. They are very professional and I don t think I will go to any other shop after my experience. Thank you guys!!

We just moved to the Greater Cincinnati area and was looking for a mechanic. We visited Northgate Tire and was pleased with our first experience. So we went the second time to drop[ off my sons car. We dropped of Saturday and was told Monday I would get a call. Monday came and went with no call. Tuesday afternoon at 5pm I called and the car hasn't even been moved and they never called. Other cars were ready to go and ours wasn't even looked at. Seems like they didn't want to warranty there work and call me back.

I've been a customer at Northgate Tire for about 12 years and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else, even after I moved across town 5 years ago. Matt and his team are the best and I trust them completely. I go there for routine oil changes and all necessary servicing. They communicate well and don't do anything that isn't necessary. They even let me know that I will need something serviced soon and give me a time frame to expect, that way I get the longest life out of everything and I'm not surprised when things come up. I tell everyone to go to these guys, it's well worth it every time!

I have been a customer for over 10 years and have always had excellent experience. I find car repairs very stressful. Matt and his staff are friendly, professional and quick to respond back to me. Fair pricing and quality service.

I was hopeful for good customer service here, after reading the reviews, but that wasn't my experience. Called the day before for an appointment, because the radiator my body shop installed was acting up. Spoke to Jerry (quite friendly on the phone) and he said to bring it in the next day any time after 9.Brought in my car around 12:30-1pm, explain to the man at the desk who I was and that Jerry said to bring it in ANY TIME AFTER 9. Turns out Jerry is the man at the desk, and he grumbles, "Well, I wanted you here in the morning." Before proceeding with the rest of the interaction.Just found it very weird and rude that someone would complain about my arrival time, even though he didn't give me a specific time, or even a window of time. "Any time tomorrow after 9" isn't the same as "any time tomorrow MORNING after 9." If it's that important, why not say so, especially after I called asking for an available appointment?This interaction, combined with unmasked employees, was enough for me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, or maybe they were less concerned about me since my body shop was handling any possible fees. In any case, this isn't the shop for me.

Fixed my vehicle but broke the bolts off the exhaust manifold. It's an older vehicle so they don't worry about it .I could say more but this shows what you will receive.This review is for the Northgate tire . What I have said is true .

They had 4 Goodyear Endurance tires for our travel trailer, which we could not find anywhere else. Matt and Jerry were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the price and timing were right. Would go back for tires and services for our other vehicles.

I've been taking my Toyota there for22 yrs. First my Corolla for 11 years and now my Camry for 11.Nuy mt tires there. Good service. No gimmicks.

I'm a firm believer in first impressions and excellent customer service & I just called for a quote and although the pricing was decent... I will not call back or go there because the gentleman (Matt, I believe) didn't sound like he wanted my business & when I thanked him for my quote... He blatantly hung up without saying anything sincere.That's a household of customers lost based on the lack of even "good" customer service... So sad

Matt is the best manager out there. He goes to any length to please his customers. He is supported by a capable crew who do excellent tire and mechanical work. Give them all a raise especially Matt!

Very customer friendly. Great service! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Matt is great to work with, takes care of things quickly. He knows his customers. The business is always busy, but they always have time for you.

We had a nail in our tire and losing pressure. They fixed it right away in less than 20 minutes! Pleasant and efficient workers helped us.
