My mom bought a car a couple years back and love it and referred me. It s been a month he ordered brand new me a radio even though I bought the car knowing the radio needed service. He said the car wasn t ready because of that but I loved the car without it and needed transportation that day. He still held his and called me with a brand new double din radio with back up camera Yayyy! Love it!

The people are relatively nice. However, it s shady as can be. They do not inspect their cars before listing them or putting them on the lot. They didn t even know what the check engine light was for and come to find out after I bought the car, my oil plug is SEALED SHUT to the oil pan. Not done by our mechanic what s he for them? Just cleaning the cars? Heaven forbid they even look at their cars before they put them in their lot. It s a used car lot, yes. But no car lot should ever be like the car lot from Matilda. The man was nice, but knew nothing about cars. Hardly talked to us. Didn t seem interested at all. Do not buy a car from this dealer .

I have bought several cars over the year from New Horizon Auto. I have had no issues and the employees have been responsive before and after my purchases. I would recommend for anyone looking for a cheaper car to an expensive car.

TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU!Bought a 2006 Hyundai Tucson exactly 2 weeks later the check engine light comes on.Transmission failure!Also purchased a $200 CARS Protection Plan from New Horizon Auto under the assumption that the engine and transmission would be covered up to 4,000 miles from the purchase date.NOT TRUE! Transmission onlyCovered if one of the parts that cause the transmission to fail is also covered.I use my car to transfer special needs kids and was sold a lemon.Based off my experience and previous reviews I think you should STAY AWAY or TAKE A MECHANIC WITH YOU.

Bought a Chrysler Sebring here about 4 months ago and now the motor is about to go out and I had to blow money on a battery too. And did I mention this place doesn t even check if you have insurance before you drive off? How unprofessional. It took forever for my title to arrive. I highly suggest not going here if you re looking for a good reliable car I sure did get ripped off. $2,200 for a piece of junk

Bought a 08 Saturn Outlook from these crooks. It s been in the shop since the day I bought it over a month ago. From sun roof leaking to heat not working and transmission going out and more issues. The guy they use as a mechanic even told me they are crooks. Be advised before buying a car. Also they lost my title and won t buy a duplicate. So right now I have expired tags and car that don t run and no title and they refuse to get me another. Attorneys here I come.

So I bought a car from this place runs amazing haven t had any problems with the car, low miles but just one thing it was my 1 st time buying a car I came with my sister long story short he didn t tell me the radio didn t work & I forgot to check I feel that that s wrong you know young people like to listen to music but it was definitely particularly my fault for not checking but he still could have told me the radio didn t work I m sure someone else who don t care for radios would have bought it.

Don t buy a car from this place. They are trash and sell nothing but lemons. It s about time they be shut down. Car broke down a week after purchasing

ON THE 3RD DAY OF MORE THEN ADD SHOWRD PRICE I HWARD CLANKING THEN WAS STRANDED GOING HOME FROM WRK ( MAX 15 DTIVE) BY LAW THE 3RD DAY ITS ALL REFUNDABLE- THE DAD OWNS SUPPOSEDLY BUT I VIA FB MESSANGER DEAL WITH SON FOR SOME REASON. MY BOSS GAVE ME $ TO BUY A VEHICLE SO NOW IM BEING TOLD ITS TRANSMISSION. BOSS'S LAWYER IS BETTER THEN MINE SO THATS THE ACTION SINCE I DONT GET A RETURN CALL- PEOPLE THERE ARE LEMMON LAWS ON SUCH ACTIONS & CHANNEL 12 IF PUSHED TO THAT. BAD THINGS ARE NEVER LEFT UNTOLD. I REFUSE TO BITE THIS ALMOST 3000. BITE IT IS ILLEGAL.
