My #1 place for auto parts and oil. The guys running the counter are always ready and willing to hook me up with whatever I may need for my vehicle.

Don't ever go there ,I have purchased a tool from there and they said it has life time warranty on it and I went the parking lot to use it did break from the first used so I walked back to them to replace it and they told that they can't replace it because it's not a tool fault it's my fault and if I want I can purchase another one!!!!! Highly un recommended

These guys are awesome!!!! So we had an emergency situation. The drive shaft popped out of my truck on the highway and this particular Napa had my part in stock ( the only store in the whole Cincinnati area. They went out of their way to do whatever they could to help us. Awesome employess and customer satisfaction.

These guys Rock! I think they sell the Best Batteries. Have always had great luck with them. They have the knowledge and great quality in parts. Always helpful.

Not a great place to by parts.Sales people didn't know what they were doing and was not helpful at all.Only reason I gave a 1 start rating is because convent.Would not recomend. At 1 point sales rep was arguing with over a part number that she said she had 2 over and was trying to sell me a different part that clearly was not the same.Not to mention slow like watching paint dry.

Awful business ethics how could i buy breakpads and roto and those equipmen went out in less than two a year. I have warranty on this things but they needs a receipt to replace or look up my purchases. This is the age of computer unless if you want to pocket someones money. The run around is too much

Went in to get windshield wiper blades and the clerk (Rob) got me better quality blades for a lower price than the blades I picked out.

This store has the word "truck" parts in the logo on their building. This is the farthest thing imaginable from a truck parts store. I've tried them numerous times to only be disappointed. Don't waste your time, I'm nolonger going to.

Napa has always will be the best place to get hard to find car parts. Prices may be higher some some Napa brand parts but they are wayyy better than other store brand parts.

Better parts than Auto advance and Auto zone but i'll go on those two cause is Cheaper. Unless is something big.
